I was looking for a tub to shower conversion. He came by on time, as promised, and spent a great deal of time going through options and answering any questions my neighbor and I may have had. I wanted to put the shower in sooner than later and he was able to get me scheduled for the following Monday. As promised at 8am on Monday the installers arrived on time, came in, explained what they would be doing, and went straight to work. They were extremely knowledgeable and throughout the day checked in with me to show where they were in the process and answer any questions. They were finished and cleaning up by 4pm. I must say in all my years of hiring contractors to do work for me, Chad and Carlos were outstanding! They new exactly what needed to be done and went right to it. A representative contacted me to inform me that they only installed in their state (which is to be expected for these services). However, the rep also located a similar business very close to where I live, a business that carries this line of products, and explained they might have the product. I spent a lot of time looking for this brand near me, and didn't find this business- which is why I was emailing SC from NYS. I never would have found it on my own (I am a relentless searcher and hadn't), and they didn't have to take time out to help out someone who can't use their services. But they did. This is a long review for a relatively to-the-side-of-the-point anecdote, but it's the kind of anecdote I'd like to know when deciding who to let touch my modest but well-loved house. He definitely not only satisfied my expectations but exceeded them. He was constant with his communication which was a struggle. People would come complete an estimate and then have to beg them for the information. Kelvin came in and even asked permission to bring his son in to help him for the summer. They were both very respectful and nice. My kitchen looks amazing and I loved how easy it was to do business with him. I called a lot of people and I am so glad I went with Kelvin.
