Although the job was small relatively speaking Steve treated it like a major overall. Steve has a good eye for design. He made some minor changes in our layout that makes our kitchen more functional. Utilized all the space wonderfully. Glen the contractor was very meticulous. When my wife ask for some trim work to be corrected he did it with a smile. He worked at our house for 12 straight days to complete the job. Wish I had the money to keep him on retainer. Very good and has a very pleasant disposition. Unlike many in the field he goes by the mantra the customer is always right. Overall very good job from start to finish. Some minor issues along the way but was taken care of. Job drug out a little longer than expected. Would certainly use Kitchen Sales when I do my bathroom.

We've been waiting 15-months for our Wolf Pro range and Thermadore French Door refrigerator kickplates, and to fix improperly installed Wolf stovetop grate pads. These are top-of-the-line appliances with substandard service after sale. Simple ask. Warranty process is a joke. Worse yet, ghosting is a regular occurrence with our assigned representatives...20 plus calls. Emptor caveat.

I have followed up only to be told they are busy and have people on vacation this summer. They then say they sent me the quote but can't provide any record of the email to show it was a "emailing mistake" (because this wasn't) This is nothing short of poor customer service, people falling through the cracks, and failure to follow up with customers. I'm glad we will be remodeling our kitchen with another company, after the runaround just trying to get a quote I would hate to experience actually working with them on a project. What a nightmare of a customer experience!
