Although the job was small relatively speaking Steve treated it like a major overall. Steve has a good eye for design. He made some minor changes in our layout that makes our kitchen more functional. Utilized all the space wonderfully. Glen the contractor was very meticulous. When my wife ask for some trim work to be corrected he did it with a smile. He worked at our house for 12 straight days to complete the job. Wish I had the money to keep him on retainer. Very good and has a very pleasant disposition. Unlike many in the field he goes by the mantra the customer is always right. Overall very good job from start to finish. Some minor issues along the way but was taken care of. Job drug out a little longer than expected. Would certainly use Kitchen Sales when I do my bathroom.

The piece is special to me and I was devastated at the thought it would have to be scrapped. C&S successfully picked up the case and moved it to their work space. There, Alexander did his magic and returned the case to me, ready for another 100 years of use. So in the middle of one…read moreof my cleanings, my whole house vacuum lost its' power because one of my dust pans malfunctioned. I called Rhyne Vacuum and they told me they were making house calls, so I scheduled an appointment. They were involved in the initial installation when our house was built and since then, they have serviced on one occasion prior to today. They are a family owned business with a great reputation, so we had no thought about calling anyone else. Randy Rhyne, Jr. (one of the co-owners) was our service tech. He arrived exactly at the time of the scheduled appointment. When he entered our home, he immediately took his shoes off. That was a great sign of respect that was much appreciated. After we showed him the source of the issue, he got on it right away. After he fixed the dust pan, he went to each outlet and the main unit, servicing and cleaning each one. In fact he found another dysfunctional outlet and fixed it at no charge. He then serviced our power head as well. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I don't want anyone digging up any dirt about me, but I certainly want the dirt in my home vacuumed away as slick as a whistle. These guys know their stuff and my high recommend goes to them.
