    I was told to come in here and boy am I glad I did. This place is drop dead coolness!! They have light fixtures I have never seen before. Beautiful!! Every kind of sink fixture/shower fixtures. The prices are alittle high but not as high as the displays they have that came from here in the Tile Shop. Imagine that. The staff lets you walk around without bugging you for a sale, I like that. Very friendly and helpful. I have a big project ahead of me...I'll be back! If your looking for extraordinary, this is it. Love it---

    No stars if I could.. went in to get a specific item from the store.. walk in.. no acknowledgement…read morewe were there.. go to the section of the store and wait.. and wait. Employee goes by and says to the group which is six people so far.. when an employee sees you they will come help.. and nada. Then I overhear an employee in a neighbor section telling customers the have a virtual kiosk line already six people deep.. ummmm.. what kiosk line? So we opted to order in store on our phones for the item to be picked up. We left the store without one employee making eye contact or acknowledgment from staff. We came in to pick up the item. I will not return to this store ever. They made zero effort for the customer of even putting a name down so an employee can make sure everyone is seen in the order they came in. So I drive 25 miles to buy a computer in their store, walked over to the Geek Squad to do data transfer. The kid employee asked me, "do you know how much this service is?" I said yes, $99. He said, "no, it's more than $200." He tried to flim flam me. Beat me out of several hundred dollars. He flat out lied. I left the store and tried to call the store manager. You can't do that either. It's an AI system that sends you to the Philippines. Tried calling again. Same results. Finally, got a number for the store, but again, no store employee answers. Some guy in Corporate Sales (US at-least) answered. He was apologetic and said the kid was trying to upsell me. It's fraud. So I can't return the computer or I will owe 15% restocking fee. So lesson learned. DO NOT BUY form BEST BUY. Absolute horrible customer service. GEEK SQUAD are there to fleece your wallet.

After another…read moreservice company was unable to fix our two year old dryer after two visits, Lowe's hooked me up with Mr Appliance. Paul was the technician and was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. I had my dryer back. I have a 17 year old six burner Dacor cooktop. Two of the burners never really would start unless I used a match. Even after it was newly installed the technicians from the local appliance store from where it was bought couldn't fix it. I decided to see if Paul at Mr Applaince could fix it. To my amazement he had it fixed within a half a hour and it was a ridiculously simply fix that only cost the fee for his time. i got a call before each service telling me when Paul would arrive. He was on time every time. I highly recommend this company and Paul. I have been 100% satisfied each and every time.

From the start, the technician misdiagnosed the issue, sending us down the wrong path. That mistake ended up costing us over $1,400 in parts that did not fix anything, leaving us with a dishwasher that still does not work and is now filled with "warranted" parts that serve no purpose. To make matters worse, those parts were priced higher than what the manufacturer charges. The process dragged on through multiple visits and payments, only for the dishwasher to begin showing entirely new error codes afterward. When we tried to get help, the company became unresponsive. Even more concerning, they publicly responded to our online reviews with false claims about rodent infestations, something never mentioned to us during service. It felt less like customer support and more like an attempt to discredit our experience. While they acknowledged how poor the experience was, they have made no effort to address the financial loss, wasted time, or ongoing frustration. If you are looking for a reliable repair experience, look elsewhere. Choose a company that diagnoses accurately, communicates honestly, and stands behind their work, because this one does not.

    This review is about one employee, the clown Marty in Customer Service. He's one of the most…read moreunpleasant individuals I've ever experienced. He should be assigned to cleaning toilets and not in customer service. While waiting for a manager I saw this buffoon actually hang up on customers instead of answering the phone. So when you call this store and get disconnected this Bozo is the reason why. I returned a Toro mower. A female manager approved this return. Douche Marty got involved. He told me I had to remove the gas in the mower. He then tried to extort me to buy a gas can which I went and obtained. Upon returning he told me I could not pour the gas out, but I had to buy a pump,or he would not process my return. Off I go to get pump, which no one in the store can find. Upon returning to customer service I told Jack off Marty I wanted to speak to a manager. I hate doing the Karen thing but I felt this idiot was trying to make me buy unnecessary items. While waiting I saw clown boy hanging up on customers even when there was no customers at the counter. He was more busy playing with his greasy hair than helping customers. He even didn't have the decency to acknowledge a handicap co worker. While waiting for a manager, Ferrari helped me. He authored the return and actually completed the return. Thank you Ferrari and to the lady manager who originally helped me.
