We stayed in Hideaway Heart on Little Cabin Loop in Pigeon Forge. It was perfect for the 2 of us. I wanted something that felt out in the countryside, yet close to everything so we weren't in traffic for hours. This was it. Nice, well-kept circular, hilly drive of cabins. Although cabins are fairly close to each other, they are built for privacy. Wrap around deck had hot tub facing the woods. Nice, big comfy bed, very rustic. The closet is tiny, but there is a large dresser and nightstands. The kitchen has the basics, coffee pot, some dishes/cups, but don't forget paper products like coffee filters. There is a dishwasher pod and paper towels and that's about it. We enjoyed the swimming pool a few days. TVs are older and small, but okay. That's not what I'm there for. The best part for us was the location. Just a short drive from the main drag, but off on a country road. read more

Sleeping options were a bed with a mattress topper instead of a mattress and a pull out couch from the 80's both options very painful. Kitchen was dirty and too dark to even cook Bathroom came with hair. Hot tub had a scum and sand or something in the bottom. As I was trolling deeper into reviews I saw someone posted the same comments about hot tub. 4 years earlier!Ceiling was cracked and sagging. Called and emailed for 3 days and I did receive minimal response. They actually brought air mattresses Of course that leaked. Cost for a one room dirty neglected cabin was almost gouging due to being holiday weekend. Too many safety and sanitary issues to list Requested refund and after 3 days received 10% refund. Love it!!! Bed was terrible and we couldn't sleep on it and the maid slacked on cleaning areas like under the bed. But everything else was perfect!!! Loved it there!! Wish I could go back!!!! Review for GATEHOUSE 505 - CONDOS I booked this condo for my husband's surprise birthday getaway with one of our close friends. The interior of the condo was very outdated, the beds were horrible - very old, crackling, and there was a dip in the middle (in both beds). The decor was outdated. The only thing that was slightly updated was the stove. The sliding door blinds would not open (there were also missing blinds) fully. It opened enough to were we were able to go out sideways without messing up the blinds. The door to the balcony's lock was broke (in the main room). It literally took a while for us to get it to stay lock. The bathroom door in this main room was getting stuck shut and I actually was stuck in the bathroom. We were told that we would need a parking ticket so we went to the office at the condos, they literally gave us a piece of notepad paper with our number on it and said that would get us by. We stayed at the INDOOR POOL LODGE CABIN. don't get me wrong but the cabin was huge and the pool was great as was the hot tub however. There was bags of trash tossed down the hill by the cabin there was bags of trash tossed in the gravel by the parking area that should have been cleaned up. The refrigerator leaked water and was the breading area for roaches which was under the towels that I laid down to soak up the water. The coffee maker did not work. The dryer was so full of lint that I had to clean it out so it would work. The hardwood floor in the living area made my grand daughters feet black so we had to clean that. The game room had a broken video game which made my grand sons mad. The pool sticks for the pool table was missing their felt tips ugh. And a lot of details that are missed. Very disappointed for spending over $4000 for this stay and we visit the are 2 to 3 times a year. Let's get it together people read more

Arrived at 4:10 which check in time is 4:00pm. Our cabin had not been cleaned so immediately called. Left a message for the supervisor to call me. They finally had someone to show up at 8:30. Supervisor still never called. As we were going to bed, we noticed white stain on our beds comforter and bed pillows, so we started checking our kids blankets and they were the same way. The cleaning ppl did not change any of the blankets or pillow cases, only the sheets. I immediately called and only got a recording. So therefore my kids had to sleep on the couches in which one we had to clean toe nails off of it. Next morning I called as soon as they opened and they assured me they would bring more blankets. We went out for the day to come back to no new blankets still the dirty nasty things that were already there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE. I can't express how disappointed I am with this rental company that my friends and I used this past weekend. I was apart of a group of 11 who rented a 6 bedroom cabin from Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge. We were very excited to take this getaway together. Although it was good to see friends, the experience of staying in the cabin placed a damper on our yearly trip together. The cabin was extremely filthy. Upon arriving dirty towels were in the floor. The showers were gross with mildew and dirt. The shower curtains had not been changed and were also covered in mold in each of the bathrooms. There were spider webs throughout the house. A phone call was placed to the property management office and they promised to send someone to clean but no one showed. As a result, management gave $200.00 back to our party of 11. If I could rate the cabin and management responsiveness, it would be a zero. It is evident that sanitation, cleanliness, and customer service are not priority to Cabins USA. We will not be returning. Made reservations today spent almost $300. Taking in consideration with the Covid factor, they have had more than enough time to address the issues inside the Bear Heaven cabin. First I was told to arrive at 4pm cleaning crew was still cleaning at 4, had to wait another 30 min before I could enter the cabin. Once we got in the cabin the couch arm was peeling, the recliner was broken, the stairs was wobbly, the grill outside was dirty along with the jacuzzi. I spent an HR and half on the phone with them they finally sent us to another cabin and when we got there the a/c was broken and the jacuzzi was dirty. Spent another 30 min on the phone and finally had to demand a refund and we left. read more

We stayed in Knotty and Nice and it is a great cabin. Very comfortable and has a big yard. It is secluded but still close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This is the second time renting a cabin through Cabins USA and I can't imagine going to anyone else. The staff is friendly and checking in and out is very easy. Express check in makes it where I don't even have to go to the office but do it all online. It is so nice to have a nice place to go and relax after a day of enjoying all the attractions in the area. I have already booked a cabin for May and September 2016, and look forward to coming back. read more

Do not patronize this business. I planned a surprise anniversary weekend to a romantic cabin at a Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge, TN. When we arrived the cabin was infested with wasps. We called and informed Cabins USA and they had someone come and spray the wasps...along with the countertops, our luggage and our cooler of food. We called and asked what we should do about the insecticide that covered everything. They sent someone out to clean again and they told us we could come back to the cabin. When we walked in the door there were more wasps than before and they were agitated. We called Cabins USA again and informed them of my allergy to bee sting venom. They said I should be carrying an epi pen with me. They would not do anything for us eg., another cabin or put us up in a hotel. We filed a report with The BBB and they lied and told BBB that they offered us another cabin plus reimbursement but we refused. How insane would we be to refuse. Then, we received a letter from their attorney stating if we did not stop bad mouthing them they would file a slander suit. They do not do honest business and I'm asking that you not give them your money. If you own a cabin there I would hire another rental agency. read more

Long post warning! I reserved a cabin through this company last May (2019). We got checked in quickly from super friendly and polite staff and were off to our 5 day stay in a matter of a few minutes. We got to the cabin and the trip went south from there. There was a dead animal in our ventilation system that was attracting bears and the cabin smelled AWFUL from the moment we walked in. I contacted the manager who sent a couple gentlemen out to see what was going on, and they couldn't diagnose the problem other than it was a dead animal and bears were trying to get to it. So the next day I finally got a call that we could move to a new cabin (we were obviously very excited to get out of there). Unfortunately, we had to check out of first cabin by 11am and they couldn't get us into cabin #2 until 3 pm, so we were stuck with ALL of our stuff piled in our car driving around with no where to go or anything to do in case our food went bad or if something were to get taken. Finally get to cabin #2 and they call to tell me it is only available for 1 night and we would have to move again to another cabin the next day. By this point I was pretty annoyed with this. Next day we check out at 11 from cabin 2 and can't get in to cabin 3 until 3 pm...stuck driving around with all of our stuff again. This was only a 4 day trip and ended up in 3 different cabins. When I finally left the last cabin to head home I called and requested to speak to the GM of the office. I explain how upset I am that they ruined our 1 time per year vacation and wanted a refund for all the hassle. I got 1/4 of my $1,000 trip refunded, and was offered 2 free nights to come back anytime I wanted. Fast forward to this week (January 2020), I decide to give them another shot and call to use my 2 free nights. Guess what? They can't do that because someone didn't leave the correct notes. I call again and ask for the manager who tells me they'll offer me a 20% off return Customer discount. Needless to say after this long post, it's a terrible company with even worse management and they don't deserve your money. We rented 2 cabins, one was 7 bedroom, & the one right next to us was a 4 bedroom. The AC went out in the 4 bedroom at 2 pm. We called several times, someone finally got to the cabin around 10 PM!! & then they didn't have the part to fix it, so they left & came back & left & came back & by this time it was midnight & they left 2 portable AC units & two box fans to try & make it bearable! Mind you this was at the end of August....so it was 90 something degrees everyday! The worst part is the people that were staying in the 4 bedroom cabin were all at least 70 years old!! Ridiculous!!! Would NOT recommend at all! Horrible company & piss poor management! When we called to complain after we checked out on our last day we were given the run around & was told that they are working on it. After another WEEK, we were given all kinds of excuses & only offered one free night on our next booking!!! read more

I stayed at 1 in a Million for two nights on August 3 and 4. This was the worst cabin that I've stayed in. To start, my husband and I arrived at 4:12 to decorate for my sisters 40th birthday. They were still cleaning the cabin. Even though check-in time is 4 pm, we didn't get in until 5 pm which completely threw off our entire evening. Once we did get into the cabin, we found that it was NOTHING like the pictures on the website. The cabin furniture is completely different than what is posted. The black pleather couch in the living room is falling apart as is the couch in the basement. The kitchen table has 4 chairs which do not match. The once wood floor is so scuffed that it looks black. The theatre room is a joke. It contains a couch, chair and gaming chairs. The sauna, well what used to be the sauna, has been poorly turned into a closet. The upstairs foyer is empty except for one night stand. The lamp shades are hanging on by tape. The ice machine on the freezer shoots out ice at random. There is a bullet hole in the upstairs bedroom that traveled through the wall and into the bathroom. The screen door on the deck with the hot tub is just laying on the deck. The beds are terrible. The basement bed squeaks so much that it's impossible to sleep and feels like concrete. And the fully stocked kitchen...it doesn't include a baking tray, pot holders, etc. I paid $800 for two nights and feel ripped off. Do not spend your money on this cabin. The owners certainly aren't. As a returning customer who has been using cabins USA for the last several years to book cabin rentals for family vacations as well as work get togethers I have always had very good experiences with cabins USA. This last time was an exception. The cabin is super nice and spacious. The cleanliness was only surface clean on main level and the the other levels were even worse. (How's that make you feel during a pandemic) My son's room had what looked like some one exploded a soda or something all over the tv screen. There was trash behind the downstairs hideaway bed. They did offer to send someone out to clean again but we had already unpacked and just cleaned things ourselves. We had a few maintenance issues that I reported 3 times 2 days in a row . We had two ceiling leaks and one room that you had to take the top off the toilet and manually flush yourself which was an inconvenience for the amount of money we paid for this cabin. The remotes to a few televisions did not work at all so no TV for them rooms even after changing batteries. Finally after a last attempt to get issues resolved I called back and told them how upset I was that I had made several calls and would be checking out the next day and none of my issues had been addressed. I told them I had always been very pleased with cabins USA in the past but they had really let us down this time. The only response I got was, "l'm sorry mam they working as fast as they can to get to your ticket". One of the leaks the first day had leaked all over our daughters suitcase and purse. They finally send maintenance at 10:00pm the night before we were supposed to check out (we literally checked out around 10am...) The maintenance worker was very nice, but showed up without a mask. How many other cabins was he at previously with no mask? It's not enough I have to worry about my newborn grandson and the many other children with us being exposed to the coronavirus on the trip, but we have to worry about Cabins USA sending their workers to our cabin with no mask after being around who knows how many people. We asked him where his mask was and he said he could go get one and come back but he didn't really know if he had any parts to fix the toilet and couldn't address the leaks with it being so late. We politely just ask him to come back the next day since we was checking out in the morning and it was already so late. I felt very let down by cabins USA considering the money we spent on this cabin! They didn't seem very concerned about our issues. Very disappointing as I have always looked forward to using them. In addition, I feel deep regret for ever recommending them to my friends and family. I would never want to see them treated like this and feel like their hard-earned money is being wasted. Overall, we managed and had a decent time. The cabin is beautiful and spacious private baths for each bedroom which is super nice and two little half baths. Nice hot tub. The cabin is on a huge slope and makes parking a bit of challenge especially when leaving. read more

Got a cabin for 1 night was a cute little cabin was nice n homie for 2 people we were both excited about the hot tub just to come to terms that it was nasty and not been cleaned it looks in a while . there was dirt all in the bottom and a dirt ring around the water line at the top of the hot tub . we did have problems with the Wi-Fi at first but figured it all out probably due to weather . I arrived at my cabin Sundaze and the key code did not work, call the office and spoke with Jason and he tried several different new codes he said he was getting someone out here but he don't know how long it would take.... and he had a attitude as if we did something wrong.... with the COVID-19 going this is a very serious matter to get my husband who which is a dialysis patient with heart disease and has COPD, tomorrow is his bday and we just want to do a small cabin get together and this place has missed that up.... I have my groceries and my whole standing outside in the storming rain and my husband need show breathing treatment. I have the office several more times to find out what Jason said about getting someone out here to open door and the phone just keeps ringing... This will be the last time we ever book with cabins USA. We booked rushing water for 4 nights. Had roaches coming out the second day i actually went to the office and showed the lady the ones we killed that were on my children's snack on the counter and the ones that came out the toaster..we had to throw away all that food because we didn't know how many more went into that food. The lady at the counter seemed as if we were bothering her . She told us we will receive a call from Greg the supervisor mind you this was at 9am he didn't call til 6pm..Greg said we couldn't get more that 149.26 because we refused to spray the cabin.. we have 6 kids under 7 and bought food to cook at the cabin and the pest control man told us he didn't recommend it since we had small children. So he lied we didn't refuse it .. it was not safe for us. We asked how he came up with this random number and he couldn't even tell us. Basically he was not able to explain anything to us .We told Greg we wanted to speak to Melissa his manager he refused to give us her number and he hung up on my husband. There was screws on the deck by the pool my sister sat on one while changing the baby and the top step and railing are very loose we didn't let the kids go up there.. so we spent all 3 days eating out after that money wasted on eating out everyday..next time I will book with hearthside cabins where they at least send a huge packets of free stuff and discounted attractions before we get there..CABINS USA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.!!! My family just returned from The River Mist Resort. We had an amazing 8 nights! The drive arriving was a little intimidating at first but we got used to it (kinda, lol) but it was so worth it! We went to the national park one day and the kids(2 families ages 8-16) begged to go back to the cabin! Inside the cabin was very comfortable and clean but we spent most of our time outdoors! Had we not been there for a softball tournament we could have spent every second of each day at the cabin happily enjoying the creek, making s'mores, and catching lightning bugs. Our hot tub wasn't functioning but personally it wasn't enough to negatively impact our stay! Not only are we looking forward to returning i the future I had about 10 people message for information seeing our pictures! Amazing Majestic Oaks .. nothing amazing about it. Pictures first all are years ago and cabin had leaks in the living room with mold on the wood with lots of water damage. We only got to stay one night the smell was horrible and when we arrived the back door was wide open trying to let the musty mold air out. The heat would only get to 63 degrees running all night. The COVID cleaning was a joke it was dirty and just needed a lot of work to everything. By far the worst place we have ever rented. All this mentioned to Cabin USA when we arrived and they offered nothing to resolve it. We had to stay one night because we drove so far. I wouldn't recommend renting anything from Cabinusa. I then saw a roach run across the floor. I immediately called and was put in a different cabin 30 mins away. Whatever you do make sure you read the contract that you sign, or better yet just don't ever book with Cabins USA! Here is our story, my family booked with them for our annual Family Mountain Christmas getaway. We all prayed for snow and boy did we get it, it was beautiful until the lights went out. We were trapped in this cabin for 2 freezing cold nights with no help from anyone. There were 14 people, which included 2 babies and 2 elderly people over 70, in a 5 bedroom cabin. Only 1 room had a gas fireplace. The second night it was 28 degrees INSIDE the cabin downstairs! The cabin had a generator, but it did not work. We even took the battery out of one of our cars to try and get it to work, with no luck. It was probably a good thing because the propane tank was reading near empty! We had to get water from the hot tub to flush the toilets. We tried to cook on the propane grill outside and it did not work either. We called every Cabins USA number we could find every hour for 2 straight days trying to get some help to get us out and no one ever answered the phone. We got in touch with the maintenance man the first morning after the lights went out and he told us we were not the only ones with no electricity, he had been up all night, the whole mountain was without power, try and stay warm and hopefully the lights would come back on soon. Never heard from him again. We even called 911 non emergency line and they pretty much said the same thing. Finally on the 3rd day of no sleep, no showers and no COFFEE, a good friend of ours went to wal mart and got us some icy melt, the men walked up the frozen driveway to meet him and Thank God we got out of there!! Here is the problem, we don't fault Cabins USA for the weather, what we do fault them for is the poor maintenance on this cabin. The generator should have been maintained, the propane tank should be full every time someone stays there and most of all if there is a flipping snow storm, they should ck on their guest and make sure everyone is ok. Over the next few weeks after our stay I talked to someone four times and was told please don't worry the manager will make this right and I would get a call from them soon. I got a call from a girl, who was not a manager, she said that the contract states that they are not responsible for any of the equipment in the cabin not working and they are not responsible for the cabin losing electricity. She did try and offer us 2 nights on a 5 night stay in the future. I told her that was unacceptable. When we finally got out we had to go all the way to Knoxville to get a room and we had to pay $160 per room for 5 rooms, thank God for credit cards! I also told her we were willing to pay for the one night that we had power. I told her we would take 2 nights on a 4 night future stay and she said she would get back in touch with me, I have not heard from anyone from there since! Did I mention the cabin was NASTY, you could write your name in the dust on the furniture, there was spider webs and dust bunnies in every corner. One of the toilets was broken when we got there, we had a call in for them to fix that the first day, and that never happened! The only day we had power, my sis in law got IN the Jacuzzi full of nice hot water, turned on the jets and BLACK BLOBS OF GOO shot out from every jet in the tub! I will not even start on how that hot tub water smelled as they were bringing it in to flush the toilets! So that big cleaning fee you have to pay obviously is not worth it. Our family works hard to pay for our Mountain vacations every year, and this one was by far the worst vacation we have ever had. If the cabin would have been properly maintained and the generator worked like it should have, it would have been the best family vacation. We will not EVER book with Cabins USA again. In closing I would like to add that we spoke with another cabin company who was taking food, propane heaters, blankets and refunding money to the people who were staying in their cabins. Let me start off by saying that we have stayed with Cabins USA for over 15 years. We take vacations to this area frequently. With that being said our recent stay at Sea of Clouds was unacceptable and unsatisfactory. We scheduled an anniversary trip and selected a place online for my husband and I and 3 teenage children. The pictures online to this cabins are misleading. It is NOT how it's pictured. The grass was knee high, no one has mowed or bothered to pick up trash in the yard. Once inside the floors were dirty, broken glass vase on the counter top, dust thick enough to draw your name in, the light in the stove will not cut off, the bunk beds pictured as an additional bedroom is actually bunk beds in a laundry room! Who wants to spend vacation sleeping in the laundry room!! Once upstairs the game room and bathroom have been updated. Of course every place is entitled to make renovations to property as they should as times change and things are used. It would be nice if the website reflected the updated pictures so you know exactly what you are renting. When I mentioned this to the customer service dept I was told it was due to covid 19, funny thing is there is a similar review for the same cabin and same issue back in October of 2019. Upon arrival on Thursday I asked for management to call me to address the issues and see if any additional accommodations could be made. To my surprise no one called for 2 days, we were at dinner on Saturday night around 8:30, we were due to check out on Sunday. I was told they go in order of issue and get to everyone as they can. I guess they must be swamped with calls and complaints or more realistically ignoring their customer issues. They wanted to offer a $50 refund and a free night stay. So they have a 2 night minimum to stay at their cabins, so to be clear they want to give me $50 to come spend more money with your company. Absolutely not...I'm sure you will respond to this message with the common "Thank you for your comments but... statement that seems to be rehearsed to a perfection. Let me save you the trouble. No we will not consider staying with you again... ever. I will gladly give our business to a company who appreciates their customers and makes every effort to accommodate issues. Finally let me be clear the only reason I'm giving you a 1 star is because giving less than that isn't an option. read more

I would give zero stars if that were an option... We put a deposit (+ an extra $364 for insurance) down on a cabin for this July. A couple of weeks later, I received an email and the company changed our cabin (that we paid for) from a secluded cabin to one in the middle of a cabin resort... I've called numerous times to tell them that I would like to change to another cabin or get a refund to no avail. I finally get someone via email and they tell me if I want to change cabins that I must pay a price difference after THEY changed my original reservation to a smaller cabin that didn't need the criteria I gave initially. They said the would partially refund my deposit, however they wouldn't do the entire deposit because I cancelled... I CANCELLED BECAUSE THE COMPANY COULDN'T provide the cabin I reserved. Lowest quality customer service, no one has yet to call me, I suppose I will have to make a stop while I'm visiting (staying at another cabin from a more reputable company) and see if I can get anywhere. Extremely disappointed, I highly recommend renting through someone else. If I could give no stars I would!!!!!! ( Everyone should see this) Just today two girlfriends and I returned from a trip renting a cabin through Cabins USA 5/28-5/31. THE WORST RENTAL WE HAVE EVER BOOKED. We originally booked another cabin, but after still looking around we located a cabin through Cabins USA called Absolutely Fabulous (we were so excited). However, upon arrival this is what unraveled: we found men's underwear in the washing machine, hair in the master bathroom shower and jacuzzi tub in the room, the master bathroom toilet never worked properly either so we couldn't use it at all, shower curtain in the shower has not been cleaned almost since it was put in there with the amount of mold that is growing on it. We also found cockroaches in the kitchen, a leak in the ceiling that now has BLACK MOLD growing (extremely visible, just look up!). Pool sticks were missing tips, beds were barley presentable, we found someone's glasses under the bed.... I could actually keep going. Also, mold growing on fridge where your ICE COMES FROM INTO YOUR DRINK GLAD!! We spent almost $800 for a disgustingly never cleaned properly cabin, but personally what's more concerning is that there was such a lack of cleaning as is, and even more so such a lack of cleaning during the time of a pandemic when cleanliness is at its most importance... Just got back from our family vacation in Gatlinburg. I can not say enough great things about our cabin. Ours was called Gatlinburg Views. There was 9 of us and everyone of us loved the cabin. It had amazing views, it was clean, the beds were comfortable. It was a 3 level house and every level had a balcony and rocking chairs to enjoy the gorgeous view. We took advantage of the hot tub and pool table as well. I can wait to come back again to the Smoky Mountains and will definitely use Cabins USA again. read more

Check-in process was great with the expedited check-in and door code. The home itself was lovely but there were several issues once we got settled in. The air hockey table didn't work as there were loose, hanging wires beneath it. My son tinkered with it until he was able to get it working again and the air only blew out a little bit. The fridge didn't cool our food, even when the dial was turned all the way on "colder." There were a lot of dust bunnies and cobwebs, which suggested that the home wasn't completely cleaned (ESPECIALLY DURING COVID) so we went through, re-cleaned, and sanitized the high traffic areas that we knew we'd primarily be in. There is only 1 remote that changed the channels for all of the TVs so we had to share that throughout the house. Once it started raining, there was a leak coming from the kitchen ceiling, right above the table area. Moving into the snowstorm, the home was not NEARLY adequately prepared for any kind of inclement weather. We live in the mountains back home, so we are well-versed in dealing with inclement weather and this cabin had NOTHING. There were no matches at all in the entire home to generate light once we lost power. I called Cabins USA numerous times and was informed that they would send someone with matches to the home but they never showed up. The candles that were there were very old and had been used, so we had to restrict their use to ensure that we would have light for the next day in case the power did not come back on - WHICH IT DID NOT. There was an oil lantern - turns out that was decorative and useless. The fireplace was also fake, so we were without heat in the cabin for over 40 hours. Despite numerous calls to Cabins USA, nothing was done about the power and no attempt was made to even try and get another heat source to the home. We were told to bundle up in blankets and ride out the storm. The maintenance guy kept cracking jokes and didn't take my concerns seriously during a very scary time for me and my family - even sarcastically remarking "Oh, your power is out? Wow! You're not the only ones!" as well as expressing how he hasn't had the chance to go home or sleep on Christmas Day because of the circumstances. He made constant remarks about how the phone was ringing off the hook and how he was "putting a ticket in" to get issues taken care of - yet NOTHING was done. During the storm, an entire tree fell within mere feet of the home, nearly hitting the house. It was so large, it blocked the entry to the home and prevented us from even leaving without having to climb over it. I called maintenance to inform him of this (I actually called a total of 14 times during the duration of our stay) and he said he'd get someone up there to remove it - which never happened. I climbed over the tree to go down and assess the roads and realized that there was another giant tree down on the property that was blocking the only exit from the home! So if we wanted to leave the cabin and get somewhere safe and warm, WE COULDN'T. This had to have been one of the worst vacations my family has ever been on - spending Christmas Eve and Christmas Day FREEZING and HUNGRY (because we couldn't cook anything and had to rely on snacks). We are all now SICK WITH COLDS because of spending more than 40 hours in the below freezing temperatures. We were fortunate that the cabin above us had someone come and chop up the tree that fell across the road because otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to leave because Cabins USA DID NOTHING. I have never been so disappointed with a rental establishment - I HIGHLY recommend that you find another company to book with if you're looking to vacation in Pigeon Forge. read more

We have always used Cabins USA - for about 10 years now. We have never been disappointed with their cabins. Their rental policies are one of the best. The only thing I can say is that the personal customer service has changed a little - if I was a new customer I may rethink renting again but knowing the quality of the cabins we deal with the change. We just miss the extra friendly and very responsive customer service we experienced in the earlier years. Sometimes hard to get a response from staff and talking to manager is almost impossible. Thank goodness there has only been a few times in all those years we felt it was necessary to ask for one. read more

The most unprofessional company I've dealt with in my life. My wife & I have been doing business with this company for 3 years now up until now! Literally got her 2 days ago & have been harassed and discriminated against since arriving due to the previous guess leaving something of there own. We did express checkout previous to arriving (paying in full) so that we would not be bother, hoping our family could have a peaceful vacation! After all that's what vacation is all about right?! Literally each day we have had the company call us or the police sent to our cabin. Today sitting at the table this morning trying to enjoy breakfast with my interracial family we have a cop come to the door (which we had open to feel the breeze) & try to force his way in! We call the Cabin USA to get this situated to get any way accommodated for there breach of contract & are told by Courtney in MANAGEMENT "Shut up and don't call again, we can come in your cabin whenever we feel the need" I feel so humiliated, discriminated against & just outright helpless because I know these people simply don't care. If you are a person of color or plan on bring anyone with you that is, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Thank me later & have a blessed day read more

This is the absolute worst company to rent from! Very unprofessional and disrespectful employees. They completely inconvenienced us during our stay. Entered into the cabin we were staying in without our permission and went through all of our belongings. I do not recommend this company to anyone EVER!!! read more
