Used CABINS USA for me & my girlfriend's first ever cabin getaway this past Valentine's Day and I must say that I walked away 100% satisfied. Checking in at the office was a breeze, the turn-by-turn directions to the cabin were spot on, the cabin itself was BEAUTIFUL and EXACTLY as the website advertised. Best part was the ease of check-out, which simply involves calling the office and telling them you're leaving - that's right, no key to drop off (the cabins are locked with electronic keypads). The only issue we ran into was our keypad acting up but a quick call to the very helpful and friendly staff easily fixed that. Again, I cannot give a higher recommendation for cabin reservations in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. I was a very satisfied customer will absolutely use them again. read more

My daughter and 12 of her college friends rented the Breathtaker cabin from Sunday January 2 through January 5. The very first of many horrific experiences happened as soon as they arrived. The driveway was so steep, 3 of the 4 cars struggled to get up it. One of the cars actually slid backwards down the drive at one point. During the reservation, the student booking the cabin specifically asked about the drive and if 4-wheel drive was necessary and was told by CabinsUSA that the driveway would be no problem for any vehicle. About 12 hours after arriving at the Breathtaker, the power went out due to the weather. The students made numerous attempts to reach CabinsUSA but had a very difficult time reaching someone and when finally they did, nothing at all was done to assist them. NOTHING!! There were absolutely no emergency standards in place from this rental agency although they rent property in the mountains of Tennessee where winter weather is a frequent occurrence. No candles, no flashlights, no generator, no alternate heating source except a faulty gas log fireplace in the main living room that had to be manually turned on every 45 minutes due to missing buttons, therefore providing no heat once everyone went to sleep. The cabin was advertised to have 6 total gas fireplaces, however, 5 of them were electric and useless without electricity. These 19-22 year old young people were stuck in this cabin with no electricity, no water, no heat, no way to prepare food, no way to flush a toilet or take a shower, with nowhere to go and no way to leave. The temperature was in the teens both nights they were without power, making this a very dangerous situation for these young people who were 5 hours from home!!! A maintenance staff came by on Tuesday but only to check the internet because other cabins' internet was being affected. He brought nothing at all to assist the students. A few of the students have reached out to CabinsUSA since returning home. One supervisor offered a $125 refund, although the students paid almost $1700 for these three nights, which want event 10% of the rental fee. I have reached out myself as a very concerned parent and spoken with a supervisor who stated he would contact me back, as well as emailed several times and have continued to be ignored. I would not recommend CabinsUSA to anyone- they obviously could care less about the safety and well being of their guests. They are very fortunate that this trip did not end in tragedy!! We wanted a great cabin with pool access. We were given a few. We called Eagle Ridge and if you are not staying in one of there cabins YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE POOL ON SIGHT! The lady told me that Cabins USA has been demanding they let us use the pool but have not been giving permission! Instead Cabins USA tells us you can use it and they are lying! Cabins USA is just a bunch of lies! What a horrible experience we will not book again! We will be using Eagle Ridge Resort from now on! read more

We stayed in Absolutely Viewtiful. The place was great. Not too far out but an amazing view. The cabin was so clean. It was very big and plenty of stuff to do. They had a pool table, an arcade game, bar area in the basement, 2 jacuzzis, and a hot tub. We will definitely be back. read more

Terrible experience at the Sugar Plum cabin. The hot tub was obviously not emptied out/cleaned. Found hair and tobacco inside the hot tub. It doesn't stop there. Internet did not work. Cable did not work. Cob webs on the wall and the cabin was dusty. Jacuzzi had a yellow ring around the tub and I didn't notice until I had filled up the jacuzzi and got in there. When I turned on the jacuzzi the bubbles around the jacuzzi were yellow bubbles and that's when I found out there was a yellow ring around the jacuzzi. On our way to the cabin there were multiple pot holes and about 2 feet deep making it difficult to come in and out of the property. Other than that it was easy to reserve the cabin. My boyfriend and I rented "Agape Ridge" cabin #4 through Cabins USA in Gatlinburg TN. We love the Smokey Mountains and couldn't wait to spend a long romantic weekend in what they claimed to be a beautiful cabin. Upon arrival the cabin appeared to be in acceptable condition. A few flaws but nothing disastrous. We got settled in, warmed up the "not very clean" jacuzzi and sparked up a nice fire in the fireplace. While enjoying a nice bottle of wine and preparing our dinner, we noticed a few uninvited guests creeping out from the stove burners, outlets, toaster and many on cupboards above stove. I live in a suburban neighborhood so when I took a vacation to the Smokey Mountains I want to get away from the neighbors and enjoy nature. We rented a cabin from Cabins USA and the pictures are misleading. Apparently some more cabins were built after the pictures were taken. I am right back in a neighborhood only its a cabin. The cabin is shabby as well. It smells musty. Granted it is one of their cheaper cabins but I mean come on man. I called the office and asked if they could do anything, I told them I'd pay double what I paid for the cabin I'm currently sitting in if they could get me what I want. They basically told me I was out of luck and all cabins were full. Money was not an option and I'm stuck with this smelly shabby cabin. As I am writing this my girlfriend is trying to find us lodging elsewhere. If you want to use this company I highly recommend calling and asking a ton of questions to insure you don't waste your money. This week has been horrible, first off this company has spotty customer service. You work in the hospitality business act like you like the people who calls and comes in to your office. One person you talk to is nice and friendly and then the next person is very rude and could care less. On to the cabin... so we unpack and are going to start making supper and there's no salt and pepper, dish soap to clean the dishes. So bad out to the grocery store we go for the basics. Now we get ready for bed and the go to bed, we wake up in the morning to flea bites, yes I said FLEAS! I called the office and they tell me that the will have Orkin out and that they may try and move us and that they would call me later in the day. Never heard anything from them until I called as we were heading back. They tell me that Orkin didn't find anything and they didn't even spray. So as soon as we get in the cabin my wife checked the bed and it was still flea infested. She called down and asked for new bedding, all they bring is sheets, the comforter was infested too but never gave us a new one. Next morning we wake up to more bites and more itching. I called again and they finally move us. The cabin they moved us to was a smaller, less private, less view of the mountains and more view of the strip in pigeon forge, no pool table like the other cabin that we saved up for since January. Next time we get a cabin it will not be from Cabins USA. The cabin we wanted was Just Breathtaking which they say is a 4 star cabin and the cabin they moved us is Autumn Breeze which they claim is a 5 star. They is no comparison between the 2, Autumn Breeze is at best a 3 star, only way it's a 5 is because of the short drive to town that's it. This place needs to learn how to run a hospitality business because this is not how you run it. Please stay away from them! read more

The cabin itself was clean. But pool table torn in multiple places. The pool sticks missing tips. Broken pool balls, broken darts, games missing pieces, and the wifi had no internet service . The gas grill didn't work and we called right after 9am and was told someone on the way right now. After 3 more calls and its coming up on 6pm now we had to drive all the way back to a store to buy a charcoal grill to prevent throwing over 100 bucks in meat away. It's obvious the grill hasn't worked in a while as someone before us had givin up and put charcoal inside. It wouldn't have been as bad if they didnt lie and were just honest that they couldn't get anyone up there to fix. We wouldn't have wasted a whole day of a 3 day trip waiting on maintenance that was never coming. If they were honest and just said they couldn't make it to fix the grill I could have given 2 or 3 star because the cabin itself was nice but lying to us repeatedly telling us maintenance should be there any minute all day is inexcusable. We finally got a call back about 01:30AM that they could send someone now to fix when we checking out by 11am just to add salt to the wound. Extremely disappointed how Cabin USA handled the whole situation and didn't even try and offer any form of compensation so you made sure none of us will ever stay at any of your cabins again. read more

I really loved the cabin I stayed in: A Dream Come True. The view was absolutely gorgeous: you could see the mountains from the front porch. There were rocking chairs, a hot tub in the back, a fire pit in the back, and a Jacuzzi in the mastee bathroom. The beds were king sized and it was quiet and calm where we were. We were just a few streets behind the main Parkway (near the KFC), but it felt like we were in a small neighborhood. There were a few cabins below us but they were very quiet. I really had a great time and would like to stay there again in the future. I've stayed in three different cabins by CabinsUSA, and this is my favorite so far. Their company really works hard to help you if something needs to be repaired. Nothing needed it at A Dream Come True, but we stayed in a chalet of theirs one time, and the air conditioner broke while we were there. It was evening and they offered to come out right then! Since it was cool, we said that it wasn't necessary, so they came out the following morning and it was repaired immediately. I really appreciate their service. If something does happen during your stay, don't hesitate to call and get it rectified. Their company is quick to fix any issues. If you stay at a CabinsUSA cabin, make sure to use Express Check In and Express Check Out. You sign the paperwork online and then you can go directly to your cabin when you get to town. To check out, you just text the company the name of your cabin. I think you won't be disappointed of you stay at a cabin with CabinsUSA, especially not the beautiful one called A Dream Come True! We just stayed at Bears Hideaway in Pigeon Forge and it was a nice cabin with a game room which was great for the kids. The pinball and gaming systems were a blast. There were a few minor issues when we arrived, which I didn't worry about complaining because I can deal with small issues. Coffee pot was not working properly, bathroom rugs were dirty, Hot tub had stuff floating in it, bathroom door handle was laying on the floor (which I fixed), etc... nothing major until I got up the 2cnd morning and a roach was on kitchen counter, still not a major issue but really didn't like it but it is in the woods so it happened. Killed it and kept food secured and away from any bugs being able to get in. A couple other small issues but no biggie until the day of our departure. As I was going thru the checkout process of taking out trash, gathering towels to place bathroom floors etc. as I went to the bunk beds where my kids were sleeping and peeled back covers the bed had several dead ants on it. It was a darker room and bottom bunk so we only pulled the covers back for them to climb inside and didn't see them beforehand or I would have definitely complained. I climbed across the bed to look between it and the wall to where several hundred more dead ants laid. Just hate my kids slept in this condition and we were unaware. Also checkout is 11am so to my surprise when I start loading the car at 9:45 the cleaning lady is already parked beside my car waiting for us to leave. Not sure what they are cleaning but they need some lessons. First time staying with cabins usa @ can't bear to leave was quite a disappointment from the arrival and so on. First thing we noticed when we walked in was when we checked out the beds and noticed a pair of dirty underwear underneath the upstairs bedroom. Next was the theater room we get to looking around and find old popcorn down in the seats...i could go on with more but the place was simply not clean and you expect things to work and they dont such as the video games, washing machine and the surround sound in the theater wouldn't work with Netflix...such an easy fix. Overall the cabin just needs upkeep. First disappointment while staying in the pigeon forge area. Will probably not use them again. read more

You Get What You Pay For... Me and my family rented a cabin for my son and my girlfriends birthday with auto be nice to get out of Indianapolis and to make 2021 the year of traveling. We ended up finding this cabin online and my girlfriend thought it would be a nice trip that's not too far away and a change of scenery, go somewhere we've never been so we decided to go ahead and book the cabin. Fast forward we get our rental car And starts to hit the highway just to be delayed a few hours because of traffic now keep in mind when I first talk to one of the representatives they said that I had to be there by 4 o'clock so of course we were in a rush in a panic because we thought we were gonna lose our reservation so after calling and notifying the office another person then Jennifer told me that we didn't have to rush as long as we were there within Business hours which warriors 8 AM to 10 PM I do believe. We arrived around 7:30 PM got checked in found the cabin those roads are no joke and if you are not an experienced driver you're in for a very difficult task. But we managed to maneuver through the crazy course and finally got parked the rental car unloaded and entered the cabin. Upon the first outlook it was really nice but then we started to compare the pictures online to what was actually there and the pictures seem to be outdated because a lot of things that we thought was going to be included in the cabin really weren't. Instead of a grill on the patio there was a grill mounted on the bottom floor by where the vehicles park and not even a good grill at that more of a grill you'd see at a recreational park. Along with that one of the bedrooms showed a Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom like right next to the bed we checked all the rooms and that sub was nowhere to be found. Lastly all the furniture there especially downstairs in the game room seemed very fragile in a sense of if more than one person is sitting around or laying on something the body weight of the combine individuals would probably break it. Cabinet doors were really fragile and some of them seemed rigged to hold for show, bed upstairs was really loose along with the desk everything just seemed like it was really worn out and need it to be tightened up. Upstairs in the main dining area there's a register that sits next to the dining table one of my kids was walking around the table to sit down and eat and slice the bottom of his foot open on the register grate because it was not mounted to the floor like it should've been it was really flimsy and loose and of course that was a unexpected injury that had to be taken care of luckily my girlfriend is a nurse so she was able to patch him up... does somethings up I guess you get what you pay for it's not the best place in the world in my opinion I probably will not book another cabin just for the simple fact that it really wasn't what we expected and if you have kids it's hard to keep them entertained when everything is roughly 30 minutes away in pigeon Forge you're better off booking a hotel that way you can actually explore all the places and attractions instead of being stuck in traffic and worrying about driving off the edge of those steep grade hills in the mountains not to mention furniture to actually supports your weight and doors/cabinets that won't fall off when you open them. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I definitely would! My family and I came to pigeon forge this past weekend to spend time together and make memories. Several months ago we made reservations for a cabin and when we got there everything seemed fine. We got unpacked and that's when things went wrong. The toilet in the bedroom beside the living room was clogged and the toilet upstairs was clogged as well. We called maintenance and they made us aware that house keeping had called management earlier in the day to let them know about the issue. The plumbing guy came and he could not fix it. Therefore, we called management to let them know the situation. Their first solution was for us to just leave and go home but 4 of us live in Louisville and the 3 others, including a newborn live in Nashville so that was not an option. The second solution they gave was as stated: "this house is newer and much nicer than the cabin you are staying in and all the upgrades"....... Yeah they are full of crap. When we got to the house, we noticed dirt and gravel all around and we were definitely in the trailer park....when we walked in, my husband, a realtor, immediately knew they were lying. This house was not new as it was built in the 1960s. There was mold and mildew in the sunroom, a big crack in one of the bathrooms, rust in the other bathroom, missing lightbulbs, and missing ceiling fans. The mold and mildew made me the angriest because we had a newborn with us and his nose immediately stopped up. The only thing this company said they could do is take a night off our price and refund the deposit. I think they are full of crap and do not give a shit about any of their customers. I do NOT recommend Cabins USA as they are highly unethical and just plain rude!!! read more

We stayed at the Indoor Pool Lodge. To say the least we had a HORRIBLE experience. We had a late check in due to cabin still need to be cleaned. When we got there we found garbage from the previous guest. We wiped the hand rails, and our wipes were black. The pool was freezing cold we could not use it our entire stay. Called Cabins USA upon check in and they stated going to send someone each time I called which was at least 10 times and no one showed up all week. The two upstairs bedrooms couldn't even sleep in because they were so hot. Garbage around the front and side of cabin still there when we left. Refrigerator not cold enough and way to small for the size of cabin. Window blinds, tiles, carpet were damaged all through the house. Then the icing on the cake was the cabin had ROACHES!!! Very poor customer service from Cabins USA, things were never fixed just kept putting us off until the week was over. read more

I recently booked a couple retreat cabin at "Royal Vista" on February 15, 2019. We stayed for 3 nights. When we first came to the cabin, upon opening the door, the cabin had a bad smell to it. Our sheets had stains, the bathroom and room had bugs. The kitchen had spider webs and bugs was flying around in the cabin. We had to go to the store and purchase cleaning supplies, sheets, etc. We had to clean the entire cabin on our first night of our vacation The worst part was the WATER!! The water smelled like sewer water. Now imagine cooking, washing your body, and even brushing your teeth! We didn't have a chance to enjoy the hot tub in our room because if you leave the water on, the smell will circulate amongst the room causing the room to smell BAD! The driveway was also was not good! The side of my bumper came off when leaving out of the cabin. My car scrub when I was coming in the cabins driveway as well. One of the sofa in the living is really old. When you sit down, it's almost as if you're sinking in the furniture. Two days after leaving the cabins, the supervisor called me and asked about our stay and I told her the issues we had. She mentioned that she will call back and try to talk more about our stay. She didn't call back at all! So that let's me know that customer service is not something that USA Cabins have. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND staying in this cabin AT ALL!!! This was our first couples cabins trip and it was a BAD EXPERIENCE! I am so DISAPPOINTED at the way that the supervisor responded to my concerns and the cabin itself. Have stayed in two different cabins from Cabins USA. The website is simple to use and offers plenty of pictures of each cabin. Both times the cabins were well kept, clean and easy to find based on directions given. Check in went smoothly and the office is easy to find since it is reight beside the Titanic attraction. The last time we visited there was an issue with a jacuzzi being out of order, and we were not notified of this before arriving at the cabin. Took a few calls back and forth but eventually the issue was resolved with a partial refund. If you are a repeat customer you may call and make your reservation for an extra 5% discount. Checkout is at 11 am and you have to call the office to do so. Waiting times to checkout over the phone are ridiculously long. Overall our cabin stays have been pleasant and we have already made a reservation to go back again soon. read more

Back in September of 2018 I rented a cabin from Cabin's USA that had a pool. Besides that fact that the pool was way to cold, the overall stay was ok but the unit itself was very dirty. So the kids had a decent time and I wasn't going to allow that to ruin a vacation and we all had a decent time even though the pool was cold the kids had fun. All was well but I learned that Cabin's USA didn't do a good job of doing maintenance or cleaning of the units they rented for owners. I said I would never rent from that company again. Fast forward until September 2021. I rented the cabin Amazing Grace because honestly it was the only cabin available. I should have known it was an issue and stuck to my original point of never renting from Cabin's USA and gone on another platform and paid more (main point for us was an indoor pool). Quite an expensive cabin, also with a pool. I want to preface this with that the kids (now a few more) had a great time. All in all I am not saying it was horrible. But this will be the last time I give Cabin's USA any of my business. In no order here are the issues that this cabin had. I am listing them all out hoping that Cabin's USA or the cabin owner considers actually repairing the cabin/taking care of it. 1) Code to get into the door was wrong had to wait 2 hours to get in. 2) WiFi information provided was incorrect 3) Pool was low on water so had to add water when we arrived 4) Water spigot on the back porch is bent but it does work just should be repaired 4) Right flood light on front porch does not work 5) Dryer does not dry well requiring multiple cycles to get something dry 6) Floor in living room is coming apart, this appears to be water damage from the roof leaking onto the deck. There is also damage around the windows due to water. 7) Bathroom above kitchen leaks into the kitchen when taking a shower above the stove 8) All of the bathroom showers are cracked and very dirty 9) AC can't keep up when it gets to about 85 degrees outside causing it to get extremely warm inside 10) Living room couch does not recline on one side it is broken 11) Most of the remotes are missing the backs 12) The place is just dirty in general. Dust on all of the light fixtures. The kitchen floor was turning the kids feet black so we had to buy a swifter wet and clean it. It was pure black. 13) Roaches roaming the kitchen, bathrooms, walls, in the cabinets with the dishes. 14) Pool table needs repair as one of the ball holders is broken causing the balls to fly out when going into that pocket 15) Clothing drawers were dirty so we just didn't use them put everything on top after dusting 16) Horrible water pressure but that is to be expected as least most of the cabins I have been to have the same issue. 17) Carpet torn coming out of pool room 18) Holes in the walls in the entertainment room (pool table, game area) Now keep in mind we stayed at the unit for 8 nights at over 5 grand. So of course we made the best of it. Most of the issues are pretty minor but just shows that they do not take care of the cabins. The biggest issue is the roaches. Once we got home we didn't take any of our luggage inside, we put it all on the porch and brought it in as we were able to clean all clothing by taking them directly to washer. Some of the luggage actually had roaches crawling out of them. Now we did call them about the issues with roaches and they did send someone who was not able to spray because we were at the unit. I also called them at least 20 times over 4 days and left messages multiple times to ask them to pick up the trash but they never did. I finally was able to get them to answer using the chat function on the website but they did not ever pick up the trash. Honestly if I was the owner of this unit I would be super concerned based on the damage allowed to happen while Cabin's USA is managing it. Maybe they know about it but do not want to spend the money to fix the unit but based on all damage at the unit I can't imagine they would be happy with how it is being taken care of. One small note the guy who came and let us into the unit after waiting 2 hours because they didn't know the code, he was a pretty nice guy. No complaints. However he was able to get into the unit because of a code I guess they put into all of the units. They never offered that code when we called multiple times because I guess it is the code for all of the units. Try to deal with kids, 9, 6,4,2 and less than 1 for 2 hours sitting outside of a unit and it makes little difference. There is also no cell coverage at the Amazing Grace cabin so i had to drive away each time to get them on the phone. Finally they just stopped answering. We were actually about to just leave when the Cabin's USA guy finally showed up. In short, beyond the roaches, the Cabin is livable. But do the math, it is expensive. Save yourself the trouble and never rent from Cabin's USA. I will never make the mistake again. read more

We rented Alexander the Great through Cabins USA on 2/12-2/15 and upon arrival at the cabin it was very outdated and broken windows and chairs the area rug on the 2nd floor was very dirty and old. Not to mention the bathroom on the second floor has a leak that leaked down to the 3rd floor and flooded down stairs. We called maintenance and all they did was brought some fans up to dry out the water. My expectations for this cabin was very disappointing this was a couples retreat for 7 couples. Cabins USA has been a horrible experience for us. If you have upcoming reservations with them I'd suggest you cancel them immediately. Go with a company who is invested in their customers satisfaction and takes pride in the services they offer. "This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. We checked in on a Thursday and intend to check out on Sunday. On Thursday, we arrived to no internet, a dirty cabin, nasty dishes and a badly leaking sink. To top all of that off, we were told we could be moved to a new cabin on Friday morning. We called time after time and were NEVER answered even when voicemails were left about moving cabins. At 4pm on Saturday we were told that we could be moved to a 2 bedroom condo, not a cabin like we'd paid for. The customer service by the Supervisor Chase was subpar. He is beyond rude and disrespectful to guests who are paying to stay with this company and acts as if there is nothing he can do to help you. Our entire stay has been spent waiting for someone to fix or repair something. We have missed out on plans that we had to accommodate a company who can't be bothered to even show up when they tell us they're coming. Last, but surely not least there is a very apparent infestation of stink bugs and Japanese bettles which cover the floors and are all over the light fixtures. We stayed at the Bear-E-Nice cabin. The location was great, and we were very impressed when we walked through the door. The only issues we had was one of the rooms downstairs's, ceiling leaked when the above floor took a shower. The flush knobs on both the main downstairs and middle floors both came off when people went to flush. I called maintenance and spoke to a lady who told me the leaking ceiling was normal and was considered a "splash out". She said the curtains some times get placed outside of the showers and this can happen. I didn't realize it at the time, but there are no curtains in the showers at this cabin. Needless to say, that shouldn't be "normal". As for the toilet flushers, maintenance was suppose to come fix it, but they didn't. One of the ladies with us temporarily fixed it. We liked how close this cabin was to Pigeon Forge, but I can't imagine how someone would be able to get up the hill in the winter. It has to be the steepest hill I have seen a cabin have, and I've been to a lot of cabins in this area. Would we stay here again? Yes, but I would hope they fix the issues I've stated. read more

We rented from Cabins USA. I will not go there anymore. We drove about 6 hours to get there and they needed the card we paid the deposit with but I left it at home. They told us we needed another card that was not a prepaid card to charge. I had the cash to pay the final price of the cabin but they had to have a card to charge incase we did something to the cabin where they would have to charge us later. They said it was in their policy but I guess it was in small print. One lady wasn't very polite while the one who was actually checking us in was trying to be nice. They also talk about other customers business with the customers next in line. The guy beside us had a cabin his mother had purchased for him but with him being 18 they werent going to let him check-in unless his mother was there. The rude desk clerk was letting everyone know that she wasn't letting him check-in until his mother came up there. I know that's none of my business but she made it everyone in the buildings business. The cabin we stayed in was Suite Retreat. It was alright. The dryer did not work properly. You had to run it about 4 cycles before it would get the clothes dry. The furniture in the downstairs was in bad shape. It could use some updating. It was fairly clean. We went to Wal-Mart and bought some spray cleaner so I could clean the countertops and the stovetop. The dining table was really dirty. The satellite tv didn't pick up many channels. WARNING!! Do Not Stay in a Cabins USA cabin!! This company has not been responsive to us as guests and they will not return our phone calls. Cabins USA is not trustworthy and does not live up to their obligations to their guests and makes no effort to correct an obviously wrong and unfair situation. My family rented a cabin with it's own private indoor pool and paid about $1700 more than we would have paid for an equivalent cabin without a pool. Upon arriving, the pool was not usable. The water level was about 12" low, there were no working lights in the pool room and the pool heater was not working. After making at least 20 attempts to speak with someone by phone about this issue, there was zero attempt to address our issues and concerns. This issue clearly existed before our reservation and we were never contacted by the company before we drove 8 hours to stay there. If we were made aware of the pool issue, we most likely would have made other arrangements with the company by changing our dates or cancelling the reservation all together. After speaking with several staff members and "managers" we were offered only an insulting $350 refund. It seems that once they get your money, Cabins USA does not care at all about taking care of their guests! In addition to our main complaint of not being able to use the pool, we had a long list of issues that were also never addressed. -We had to wait 3 hours past the stated check in time to get into the cabin. -The exterior lights were not working which made it dangerous to enter or exit the cabin in the dark. -The cabin was not cleaned before we arrived with food crumbs all over the floor and garbage left in the cabin. -The dishes in the cabin were not clean. -There were bugs all over the first floor of the cabin. -The water pressure was extremely weak. -The refrigerator was not cold enough to keep our food fresh. Unfortunately, our holiday family vacation was pretty much ruined not at all what we expected and we will never again do business with Cabins USA!! Do not book with Cabins USA they are misleading. For a small cabin the size of a tiny house in Pigeon Forge, we thought rent for one night was $150 with a $150 deposit. Turns out you do not get the deposit back at the end (which they were happy to notify me of in the fine print), so we paid over $300 for one night to say the least. The internet and TV did not work, the water had a foul/rotten smell, and the dishwasher leaked water all over the floor. Save your money, save the frustration and hassle read more

Being a holiday week, a 4 night minimum was required. This company rents privately owned cabins. We arrived at the cabin at 4:00 pm but were not able to unload until 5, as it was still being cleaned. The hot tub was filled after that, & not up to temperature until 9:30. The cleanliness of this unit was very poor. The tv reception also very poor. Our disappointment led us to check out 14 hours after arrival. Seeking at least partial compensation only resulted in "sorry, no refunds. The cabin is yours thru Sunday. This is positively a buyer be ware high risk situation. Suggestion : only rent from a company that owns & maintains its own properties. It will result in a totally different experience. read more

Upon arriving to our cabin on 10/30 - the cabin was unclean, unsafe, and not as described. Customer serviced would not fix Upon arrival at A Mountain Escape on 10/30/2020 we immediately found the cabin which was advertised as being located in "tranquil wooded surroundings" was just steps away from a busy highway with 45mph traffic. The stairs to enter were uneven and unstable, the staircase inside had loose spindles and could not be enclosed accessibly with a safety gate, so we were unable to use half the cabin with small children as they could slip through the spindles.. When I called customer service they would not assist me but assured me a manager would call back, we left to grab dinner and await the call. When we went out to our car we discovered other vacationers staying in a different Cabins USA cabin loudly engaging in sex outside. We called the company to complain again, they again promised a manager call back, they did not provide an address or phone number to file a complaint with the police. The manager never called. That evening exhausted with no options we came back to our cabin to be harrassed and yelled at by the same vacationers as earlier from their cabin. We began to unpack only necessities in hopes we could get a refund and find acceptable arrangements the next day. We discovered the bathroom and bedrooms were in unclean condition and documented in photos. The sheets had clearly not been changed and the bathrooms had hair in the tub from the previous tenants. The upstairs bathroom had laundry lint and messes on the floor and was also obviously never cleaned. Absolutely despicable in the middle of COVID-19! We went by the office in Pigeon Forge on 11/1 again, to request help, again we were promised a manager that never called. After leaving on 11/7 I have reached out numerous times and been hung up on, and had no phone call returned ever. We are not picky travelers, the cabin was missadvertised, unacceptable, unsanitary and unsafe. We will now be reaching out to the Tennessee Attorney General to file a consumer complaint and calling the Sevier County Health Department with our documentation if we do not receive an immediate response and refund for our exhausting, miserable stay where we were never accommodated, and treated poorly. I hope that Cabins USA sees the importance of responding. We never would've requested a full refund but the complete lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve anything in any way has been disgusting and added insult to injury. Nothing less than a full refund, and assurance that sanitation issues will be addressed to be made acceptable and safe, and the advertisement corrected to no longer reflect "tranquil wooded surroundings." is acceptable at this point. This cabin should not be inhabited. If the maid - Genesis actually ever comes out to clean, she should be fired or given strictest training. It was filthy and especially unsafe during a pandemic when cleaning protocols are supposed to be at their most stringent. read more
