This cabin actually has HIGH SPEED INTERNET!! Next issue, Netflix was available and was FREE! Moving on to the bedrooms. The beds were so bad we didn't want to get out of them in the mornings. ;) Pillows were perfect and so were the beds. It's far enough away from the busy Pigeon Forge but close enough to just hop in the car to go eat or shop. Don't forget to try out the Ziplines and tell them you're staying there, 50% off if you do. Big gas grill with two tanks of gas, yea we took advantage of that and grilled some steaks!! Real honest issues. Basement was cold but with the heaters it made it tolerant. Maybe a split A/C unit would fix it. No matter what we set the thermostat on it would always go back to 68. I even set it to 72, pressed hold but it kept changing. We were hoping to heat the basement more than it was, plus it was a bit chilly with the temps being around 32. Hot water heater is not large enough or there was a larger issue. I as well as others could not take a complete shower without the water going cold. I knew from hearing the others so I used warm water, I was only able to wash my hair and was left rinsing with cold water. When we arrived the hot tub was cold, 68 degrees. We were kinda wanting to use it but with it being that cold it wasn't gonna heat up in time. No big deal breaker though just because we couldn't use the tub. All in all it was a great stay and quit honestly the best cabin we've stayed at. Since we are local we've stay in many cabins throughout the years. We would definitely rent again and I would encourage others to do the same!

Cabin is close enough to town to enjoy restaurants and attractions, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet and nature. Caveat - always purchase on the Secondary Market; presentations are ok to achieve lay of the land, but Never purchase from a developer. We wisely purchased our first vacation club in 1972, and have enjoyed the annual luxury travel every years since. Sales people will argue the benefit of timeshare exchanges - Interval International is superior to RCI; however, these exchange clubs always involve extra fees. Interval International has taken us to nearly all Marriott Vacation Club properties in the US, and we have exchanged abroad. Marriott Bonvoy is excellent for overseas hotel stays. Caveat: Always purchase in desirable locations that one will visit annually. We currently own four Atlantic Ocean Front Marriott Vacation Club properties and two Mountain properties. And this ownership leaves plenty of spring and fall time for 3-4 weeks of international travel. We always visit Smokies in spring; fall is delightful, but way too many leaf peepers. In 2025, Tree Tops improvements include new carpet and furniture, all important WIFI is now up-to-date, and TV service - Spectrum is great improved. Our Saturday check-in follows in-town dining and includes a pool and hot tub visit. Mountains or beach? Not applicable for us, we do both....

During our last day there we had a sales lady come to our room and tried to arrange a sales meeting to get our of our Bluegreen contract. She said that getting out of that contract would be no problem. We bought based on this promise and still trying to get out of our Bluegreen contract. Be very leery of buying from this firm.

Lots of towel, soaps, detergents, soaps for dishwasher, all kitchen supplies (Knife, cutting board, dishes, salt & pepper, etc) and charcoal grill. The house was spacious and felt simultaneously spacious and cozy. With a jacuzzi on the balcony, swinging benches on the other balcony, a pool table, foosball table, and a couple arcade games, it was definitely a fun place to stay with friends. I'd also recommend it with family! The views were fantastic as well. The location is nestled somewhat behind Dollywood. It shouldn't be too hard to find, but just be wary because the entrance does sneak up on you somewhat as you're driving in.

I would recommend this highly to anybody, but I'm kind of afraid because I wanna bring my family back here.
