I immediately remembered I forgot a couple things in the bathroom drawer so I emailed and asked them to mail them to me and I would pay for the shipping. They said someone from lost and found would get back to me and that never happened. I messaged again and got a rude response. I know it was my fault that I forgot these items but being a little nicer about it and making me actually feel like the items were looked for and not just taken by the cleaning person or the next guest would have been nice. I would not rent from this company. We dealt with talking constantly with this company. Our pool wasn't able to be used more than two hours because of temp, downstairs unit went out and in fifties, freezer didn't work, cleaners not great, bees everywhere, and they forgot sheets for pull out. The electric fireplaces in rooms either didn't work for one the whole time and only two days for other. Just a total aggravating situation. Update....was offered some compensation and was asked to edit our reviews to show they were working with us. read more

First time my family and I have been to Pigeon Forge. Used Cabins USA as a recommendation from a friend. Our original cabin could no longer be rented so they put us in the bear and buck. Let me start by saying this is a beautiful updated cabin. Lots of amenities so if you just want to stay in for your vacation, that's absolutely possible! Express check-in is great especially if you have kids and don't want to stop anywhere extra. The first evening we realized the hot tub wasn't heating up- called the office where we were told maintenance would be out to fix it. The next day- called again to see if someone was going to come fix it and I never heard anything. I don't know anything about hot tubs so I started to google and learned the tub was just in an Eco mode and that fixed it on day 3. That same evening about 5/6pm someone from maintenance showed up- I know it's not an emergency however it's frustrating when you pay for something and you can't use it. In addition the refrigerator and freezer wasn't cold to the point frozen items were thawing out so we had to adjust those settings as well. Overall I'm giving a 2 star rating because of how dirty this cabin was. I'm aware that we could have called and had someone take care of it but after being in a car for 6 hours with 5 kids we were not about to standby to have someone do what already should have been done. If you walk barefoot or in white socks they would be black quickly- that doesn't compare to the mold and hair left for us in the big beautiful shower. For those with kids- bring baby gates for this cabin- there is no door heading to the downstairs. If you're not from the area you'll probably think the water is gross- we were told there was a large amount of iron in the water here that gives it the smell and from out experience the hotter the water, the worse the smell. We're on the fence about coming back to the mountains after this experience- the cabin is beautiful and updated the game room, pool, and theater are great, but spending thousands for a dirty cabin isn't something I ever plan on doing again. read more

This was our first family vacation and we was so excited and thinking was going to be perfect with paying $1200 + for a cabin from cabins USA. Well we get there obviously looks beautiful, get inside you could tell it had not been clean for a while. The note left from who cleaned the cabin was so old you could tell because the paper was changing to yellow color. Move to the master room. The heart tub was nasty was not cleaned has some sort of grease or oil all over inside it, we didn't even touch it. The bed was horriblely hard. The toilet in bathroom upstairs would complete move sideways, was not sturdy at all. The down stairs bathroom...the tub when u plugged it with the little rubber lay over plug it would not keep it plugged so we used a rag ok that's fine not a issue. But when u can hear water draining even know it was plugged we looked to where it looked to be a mark it was a crack in the side of tub and all the water was draining out of the side of tub out of a crack‍. The pool table had the leather on pockets tore. I had to wash all the dishes where they was put back into cabinets with food on them! Totally disgusting. I emailed the office and it took two days for anything. A guy came up Monday night to look at toilet he tried to fix it he said he needed to move the whole toilet and replace he sprayed pbr blaster or wd 40 on the bolt and on the tub he put silicone on hole. So the last two days there we had to deal with headaches and smell the smell of that pbr/wd40 it was so strong horrible. And still have not heard nothing from the office. For paying over $1200 I have learned to not rent off cabins USA again when I decide to return to Tennessee. I have been to Tennessee three times and this was the first time at a cabins USA cabin and the only time I have had a bad experience. We stayed at One More Night. Lesson learned! You would think the company would offer people some money back or even a sorry or something but nope. I came here a while ago and this was honestly the most unprofessional and and stressful experience. These people are so dishonest. I'm not someone that usually leaves review but I wish I would've read the reviews before I booked. Me and my family drove down from GA, we got stranded on one of their property and they said that there was nothing they could do to help. We were terrified but we got through it. I wish yelp would allow me to attach a video as well so y'all could see the roaches running around in the cabin- I'll be attaching pics. It's like they didn't even try. There were dirty towels and napkins everywhere! The craziest part about all this is how they forged my signature. I guess there were some paperworks that they should've given me to sign but forgot and after I received paperworks I saw a signature on the paperwork that wasn't even mine. Came to cabin at midnight with express check in, code didn't work. No after hours emergency number, no way of getting into cabin. Called and left multiple messages. Had to book a hotel after trying to get into cabin for 2 to 3 hours. Booked hotel for 2 nights because i was so late and we were exhausted and i knew we would likely sleep up until normal 11am checkout time. Woke up to still no one calling me back so I called them. Got a new pin for getting into cabin around 12:30pm, after missing the 11am check out time at hotel. Was severely frustrated.i had to make phone calls back and fourth while trying to vacation. I was told i would only be reimbursed for night. I was also told after i asked to speak with someone higher up then the property manager that if i tried to reach anyone above him, i would forfeit my refund. Its almost been a week now and still no refund. As a person that frequents Tennessee for vacation, I will Never use this establishment to book another cabin. Terrible customer service. read more

We rented Byrd Nest for our anniversary trip for 3 nights. When we arrived the cabin was nothing like the pictures posted online. The hot tub was dirty and not working properly, the fireplace is no longer gad and had been converted to electric so not much heat from that. Bugs in the floor, bathroom door knob is about to come off. 1 of the bedroom doors was off the hinge and hanging by 1 screw. Living room end table all busted up and the blinds in the kitchen had a piece broken. All the reservation manager said is we can refund you $25 per day for the hot tub not working. The whole reason we rented a cabin was for the hot tub after a long day out on the motorcycles. The beds need to be updated and bedside tables on each side of the bed. read more

We had no issues with reservations. Check-in location was easy to find. Romantic Nights 1 bedroom cabin was 2 miles from the Parkway, located in the Foothills. Cabin was very clean. There is only 1 spot to park and it was a very tight fit for our truck. Bring your own cookware as what is there is old and worn. Beautiful view of Pigeon Forge from bedroom. However there are no shades or curtains, no one can see in, but the lights from town are very bright and even at 2 am the room was lit. read more

Last year we had a horrible experience with Cabins USA and they gave us a free night to be used another time. We reluctantly booked Smokey Vista Lodge and checked in this afternoon. My firefighter husband retired yesterday after 27 years and this was suppose to be a relaxing get away of a lifetime. Boy, was I wrong!! So far since 5:30 we've had leaking water from the fridge, clogged toilet, and workers banging and mixing concrete at 8:00 pm directly outside our cabin!! When I called their customer service line and spoke with Emmie, I was told there was nothing Cabins USA could do for us. Basically, sorry about your luck. They absolutely are aware of the construction and failed to tell me that when it was booked. I practically begged them to please recommend a cabin that wouldn't have problems. If you look on a lot of their cabin reviews, some are dated far back with no recents for six months. Please book elsewhere. I've just had it will these people! read more

Stayed in Top of the Mountain Cabin June 7-14, 2024. The cabin was nothing like the pictures. The pictures and description on-line need to be updated. The carpeting was filthy, cookie crumbs all over the hide-a-bed mattress, no linen for the hide-a-bed, requested but never received. Amenities were absolutely ridiculous. Cabin slept 4, but there were only 3 dinner plates, 1 teaspoon, 4 forks & butter knives, 3 wine glasses, no coffee filters, 5 hangers, dresser with broken drawers, and the list goes on. There was a TV, but TV and internet was not available. However, the website does not state this. In fact, it states " Turn on the TV or enjoy each other's company ." I was informed there was a DVD player and DVDs, however it didn't work because the player was blue ray but the DVDs weren't. I have traveled all over the world and this was the worst place I have ever stayed. Very disappointed and do not recommend staying there!!! read more

I would not rent from this company. I have spent the last hour just trying to email my review of our cabins. The contact us it not working after I submit is says spam detected. So I copied my review on the live chat. After 15 minutes of nor response not even I apologize or we are reviewing your comments I logged off. We stayed at the Boot Camp Cabin in Servile,TN Overall the cabin was clean, although the cabin had numerous lady bugs inside. My daughter does not like bugs and every night my husband would have to kill ladybugs that were flying around and on the lights. On the first night my daughter found one on her pillow as she was about to go to sleep. Speaking of lights, on the first night we had to have a repair person come out for a few issues. He looked at the ceiling fan light, which was the only light for the side of the bedroom (was a porch). He told us he would go to Lowes in the morning and come back to repair it. He never returned and we never heard anything else back from him. So we had to go without a light on one side the the porch for the whole trip. It made is very difficult to find things in the room when it was dark outside. He also came out because the fire alarm was going off when we arrived. He brought a battery and changed it. I asked him if it was a CO2 monitor as well he told me yes, but my husband had checked it before he came and it clearly stated it was only fire alarm. I did not like the idea of my children sleeping next to a gas fireplace without a CO2 alarm, so I bought a $30 from the store. Later that night I saw there was one in the main living room. The maintenance worker should be familiar with safety equipment. We also had him check the gas fireplace fan. When you turn it on it sound like a tractor engine. It does quiet down some after a while, but it is the main heat source for the bedroom/porch and it is difficult to sleep with such a loud noise. It shows tvs in the bedrooms. The master bedroom only had a DVD player, which did not have a cord to connect it to the TV, and the porch bedroom just had a TV that had no service at all. So we had not TV option for any bedroom. My two children were so excited to make s'mores on the deck. We went down to both the table fire pit and the large fire pit at the bottom and both were completely out of gas. Same thing for the gas grill. So my father and husband went and paid for the propane tanks to be refilled at the store. Once they returned they noticed that the gas grill was rusted to pieces and a could not be cooked on. So they basically wasted the money for that propane tank to be refilled. I believe these things should not be listed on the cabin information if they are not in working order. Overall we had a great vacation, but we will not be using your company again, because the maintenance service was not up to par and the cabin description was misleading since many things were not in working order. read more

I booked the Family Gathering cabin rental for a two night stay in Feb., 2024. I had a group of 19 kids, teenagers and chaperones in Pigeon Forge to attend a Christian conference. Upon arrival we found: Broken door ripped off the framework w/ blood splatter on the wall next to it. Open alcohol contains, drugs, a lighter and more in the cabin. Dirty sheets in the made beds (like they just didn't wash them?!?) Jagged, broken metal railings on the bunk beds right at head level. Many other less bad problems as well. CabinsUSA did some bare minimum repairs, offered us about 7% of our money back and did basically nothing else. They are bad :( read more

The pictures of the cabin we rented were very deceptive. We thought we rented a cabin that had some privacy. There was none. It was placed directly next to another cabin with zero good parking and it was a struggle each time we parked with our low profile car. Too many houses around and in a hilltop neighborhood. The road was directly below and was noisy the entire time we were there. A neighbor was using power tools at 930pm on a Friday while we were sitting in the hot tub trying to relax and kids were running around screaming early on a Saturday morning. The hot tub faces the road and there is no view of the hillside as is misrepresented in the realty pictures. Sad as this was my husband's birthday weekend and relaxing outside in nature was definitely not in the cards for us. The cabin was somewhat nice on the inside but there were no instructions on how to use the TVs and remotes which was quite frustrating. The amount of dust under the beds was gross- dropped my glasses while reading and it was just gross. The proximity to town was nice but the lack of privacy was not. The amount we spent for only two nights was astronomical. While our actual per night rate was decent, the fees alone made this a frustrating visit. Had the place been more private with a view and no neighborhood noise, I may be more inclined to overlook the outrageous fees. We also had an issue with a credit card that was not taken care of promptly. I was promised a manager would call at a certain time and I had to call looking for that person. While that issue was resolved, I had to follow up myself. Absolutely frustrating. read more

Pros: Spacious Rooms Cons: Rats, rushed construction, no landscaping, not cleaned properly, small kitchen, equipment not working. I had to displace my family of 21 due to a RAT PROBLEM. Cabin has holes & cracks & the rat knew his way around the cabin as he was knowledgeable of where to run/ hide. They barely compensated me for my stay & they told me they weren't refunding our food {$500} that the rat destroyed/ touched even though we barely purchased 24 hours earlier. we stayed at Sunshine Mountain Vista. it was a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view. I wish I could leave a good review, but unfortunately I cannot. there was food smeared on the stained up couches. They looked like Salvation Army rejects. we had no place to sit all week. there was also food crumbs on the floors, food on the bedspread, mice droppings in the cabinets, on and on. we had constant internet problems maintenance was very responsive and tried their best. we sent pictures of the issues to management with no response. there are plenty of other cabin rentals to choose from while you stay in the Smokies. we have tried several. I would recommend Patriot Getaways. they are clean, responsive, and professional. read more

Angel's Attic was a wonderful little cabin for our Anniversary trip! The views were spectacular, but it was up a steep mountain so I'd consider that when booking during the winter months. The indoor whirlpool and outdoor hot tub were definitely nice amenities to have, and the double sided fireplace was gorgeous. We'll definitely stay here again! read more

If zero stars were possible... I don't know where to begin. This whole thing was a nightmare. My wife, two girls, and I were on a trip with our church youth group for the Hearts on Fire conference. Upon arrival, our code didn't work. After trying to get a cell signal, they texted me a master code to get in, never mind the cigarette butts on the upper and lower porch. Once inside, the cabin was dark and freezing. I had to fix a lamp to get some light. Then the heat wouldn't turn on. It was 45 degrees in the cabin. Then the fridge said it needed a new water filter and there was black mold in the ice maker. Meanwhile, I called in a maintenance request to have the heat and water filter replaced at least while we were gone. We get back and nothing is fixed. I was told on the third call to the office that they sent the maintenance to the wrong cabin. It's now 10pm and no heat and the water smelled strongly of sulfur which I was told could be treated but wouldn't be able to until the next afternoon. So no shower, no coffee, no cooking. I had to buy bottled water. After several calls, their rep Justin, the most apologetic during this incident, assured me someone would show up. Maintenance finally shows up around 11:15pm. Mind you, we have an early day with children for a conference on Saturday. He told my wife that "at least it's warmer in here than outside" and proceeded to ask her where the fuse box was. After I get back with water and other things we need, he tells me that he's not an HVAC technician and can't fix the heater but told me that it should be okay and to turn the heater off and on if it goes out again. This is now around 11:30pm. He also told me the fireplaces do not work as the gas was never turned on. 11:45 he leaves and the heat is working. 15 minutes later it goes out. After trying to call the maintenance department I finally get someone at 12:05am Saturday and tell them the heat is out again and that we need our water fixed so we can shower and stuff. They said they were just out there and it should be fine and that the water can't be fixed, then hung up on me. I left a message at the office saying we can't stay there and would leave early Saturday and not come back. It was cold then hot then cold all night in that cabin. I had to get up multiple times to fix the heat and I only got 2 hours of sleep. Meanwhile everyone else is miserable and we couldn't enjoy any our time that this company promised on their website. The game room was apparently in a separate building which was not indicated in the description. We couldn't even get into it because it was locked and my codes didn't work. I wouldn't want my kids wandering outside given the hazardous outdoor stairs and walkway which were very slippery. The inside of the cabin was so nasty. The table had a sticky residue on it, the placemats were filthy, the dishes had a residue on them, the carpet was severely stained and dirty, the furniture was worn, stained, and ripped, I mentioned the fridge and the ice maker (black mold), the sulfur smell form the water was making us all physically ill and so on and so on. I requested a full refund as this was the worst experience l've ever had staying in TN. I filed a complaint and I only got an apology from Justin and the rep I spoke with Saturday morning. Three calls made Saturday, one apology and the other two calls I got an attitude and that management would call me back. NO ONE EVER DID. you would think someone would immediately handle it. It's now Monday and all I got was this email thanking me for my stay and to leave a review. UPDATE: A member of management at Cabins USA called me today and apologized for the experience and condition of the cabin. They also refunded my full payment. read more

The BED BUGS ATE OUR KIDS!!! and roaches were so bad, we had throw everything away and sleep in the car. We have tons of video showing the cabins infestation. We were offered a settlement of $300 but they wouldn't except responsibility . I have read over a dozen reviews with the same problem. Beautiful cabins with bad management OWNERS BEWARE do not allow them to run your property to the ground! Reply: With all the video of the Active bad bugs. So many complaints in regards to bed but it seems to be under control huh. Maybe you all need to find a new pest control company that's why all the cabins are infected. The cabin was nice and cozy! Traveled with senior adult and NO handrails to get up the steps was a turn off. No extra linens were available, long hair in the shower, tub was clogged in back bedroom, table was dirty with crumbs. Give up the cleaning fee maybe!!!! We had waited for months to take a short get-away between Thanksgiving and Christmas to spend time with our kids, their spouses, and our first grandson. Our hopes for a good weekend were quickly dashed when we immediately discovered upon entering the cabin, there were plumbing issues. We later learned that they knew of these plumbing issues last week, and the day of check-in their housekeeping department reminded them of it. They told us they would move us to a house in Pigeon Forge that was actually nicer and bigger and very close to the attractions. Here are the problems. 1. We purchased a vacation rental cabin in the mountains for the wonderful view and we didn't plan on leaving the cabin much. 2. The house was not bigger or nicer. I've got plenty of pictures to show you it was a dump. It looked like something my wife and I would have rented when we were first married 38 years ago! 3. Instead of mountain views, our view was a sketchy looking neighborhood in the front, and a large pile of dirt and two run-down sheds in the back. 4. The enclosed patio had mold and mildew. 5. A blade was off one of the celling fans in a bedroom. We called, they promised to come fix it, but never did. 6. The vanity in the bathroom was cracked and not even attached to the wall. 7. The water wasn't hot. 8. The house was in need of various repairs. They breached the contract and refused to make it right. What did they offer? A refund on one night's stay. We tried and tried to talk with them but they were completely apathetic. We offered to send the pictures but they didn't want them. And had we done our homework, we would have noticed that they have horrible ratings on the Web, from multiple sites. These people are cons. Do NOT do business with them! They could have easily put us in a comparable cabin but chose not too. They could have given financial compensation for their breach of contract but chose not to. The house was not pleasant at all and we did end up spending money on attractions and food that we didn't not plan on spending. read more

Cheeky Chipmunk Cabin Pros: The cabin did sleep 4 comfortably. Cons: 1. Very dirty. The unit had cobwebs in every room. 2. Daily reoccurring smell of raw sewage! 3. Broken mini blinds. 4. Lights bulbs blown and lighting was minimal. 5. Pool table not level. 6. Arcade machine malfunction. 7. Location not at all private. The add implied secluded but in reality the cabin was in a rental subdivision. The only way to feel secluded was to lounge on the back porch and then you had to deal with the smell of sewage. 8. Horrible mattresses. All needing replaced. The master bed frame creaked badly and two supports were broken. 9. Front door sticking so badly we had to throw our shoulders into it to open. 10. Furniture poorly lasted out (couch in the way of getting to the back porch). 11. Grills needing replaced. In closing, at $300 a night we expect a higher level of comfort and amenities. read more

We just finished our vacation in Pigeon Forge. We rented a cabin named A Peaceful Easy Feeling through Cabins USA. While we had a great time our cabin was not the greatest. At first glance the cabin seemed nice and with a little TLC could be an awesome place to stay. Positives Hot water, the jetted tub in the master bath was great. Comfortable living room furniture despite having large tears. Beautiful large dining table. Hot tub once maintenance got it working. Good natural light during the day. Beautiful view from the porch. Community pool was nice. Staff was friendly when I called about issues. Cons It needed a good cleaning. There were old braces rubber bands on the window sill in the master bath. Tons of cob webs. Old insulin bottle from previous Tennant. Dirty windows. Dirty stove. Poor lighting at night. It was very dim inside. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom would only work when the light was on. The pull chain was broken off. Mold on the towel racks. Ceiling fan above the pool table was being held up by wires. The blind in the master bath was broken and each slat had to be turned individually to keep neighbors from seeing in. You could hear the next door neighbors in the next non attached unit arguing through the walls. Every bed was hard, uncomfortable and made loud creaking noises whenever someone rolled over. Th Hot tub was not functioning when we arrived but they did send someone to fix it. Furniture despite being comfortable had large tears. Again with a little TLC this would be a great cabin to stay in however on our next trip back we will try a different rental agency. read more

We just stayed at Bear Mountain Lodge over the weekend with some friends and upon arrival, everything looked fine. As the night went on and we started getting settled we realized problem after problem! The kitchen was filthy, all the silverware was disgusting - it hadn't even been washed nor had the pots and pans as they were covered in a layer of grease. We found out after we went to the store that the refrigerator was broken so we had to put all the groceries we had just bought into the freezer which ended up freezing and spoiling most everything we bought. They sent out a tech the next day and he confirmed the fridge was indeed broken but we were told we couldn't get a replacement until the following day. We NEVER got a replacement. The cabin had 2 microwaves (neither of which even worked).. when it was time to go to bed that night we pulled out the sleeper sofa to find the sheets from the previous guest not only still on the bed but with blood spots and dirt and filth all over & under the mattress. There was dust caked on the walls, air returns, door frames everywhere. Like what kind of cleaning is ever even done???? When we called and addressed all these issues, not only did we get the run around and have to call multiple times, with no call backs like they promised, my husband was hung up on as soon as he said why he was calling. We were told a cleaning crew would come out and clean again for us. We got back to the cabin later that afternoon and could tell they had indeed come bc all the beds were made and we had fresh towels along with fresh linens for the sofa sleeper only to figure out they just came in, dropped the new linens and left the disgusting dirty sheets still on the sofa bed. These were only a few of our problems! Come to find out had we read all these reviews before we booked we would have NEVER booked with them. Not only is it complaint after complaint the 'business manager' who replies doesn't even try to rectify the issue. All that is said is that it will be passed along to management. I do not even understand how they are still in business because this company is complete trash. If i could leave zero stars i would and i definitely wouldn't recommend ANYONE to ever book with them. read more

This stay was not even worth the discounted price we paid for it. The TV's did not work, the pool was extremely over-chlorinated (our kids got sick, coughing all week from the fumes, skin breaking out, etc.), they did not come to get the trash throughout the week (animals got in the trash from us not being able to do anything with it), the dryer did not work, the hot tub water was yellow, here is the icing on the cake; there was a DIRTY BANDAID in one of our beds. We called, called, and called but they refused to send anybody out to take care of anything. I would 100% recommended you rent cabins through another company. read more

Rented a cabin in 2023 which was a disaster. Wanted to make it "Right" with next stay by offering 1 night free. Sent 2 emails asking if I can apply it on this year's trip before I book and imagine that NO response. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Rented Bar Mountain in Sevierville Tn was super excited. I invited family and friends for my 50th birthday. We arrived and the cabin looked great on the outside. Once arriving and finding the cabin wasn't ready until 5 pm, the heat didn't work down stairs, the 2 hot tubs were cold. Once they said the hot tubs were fixed they over heated and was up to 111 degrees. We called the next day they sent someone out to fix. The man arrived and fixed, but never put his ladder away, left the picture off the wall and the breaker box open. We go on to ask for more towel and we're told to wash them and the dryer was broken, took 2 days to fix. I continued to call and asked 3 times for a manager to call me and still have I heard from anyone. The cabin is beautiful, but no money being put into it to care for it. It was to have a sauna and the sauna was out of order, the couch was torn, cracked window, kuereg didn't work,, tub jets filthy, no dressers or closets in some rooms so you need to live out of your suit case and the ones that did have dressers the drawer bottoms fell out, railing at the bottom of the steps is loose and waiting for an accident to happen, no movies for the movie room, the pin ball machine didn't work, the 2 other game machines were missing the knobs, ice maker stopped working, was told the Wi-Fi only worked in the game room, not a great place for it when trying to work, but couldn't even get it to connect. The floors were filthy dirty and not clean. No vacuum or broom to sweep any of the floors, had to go buy one. On top of all this the road is super narrow and bad turns where only 1 car can get through. This cabin is on a bad turn and super dangerous. I was taking the trash out and ppl fly around the 1 lane turn and abt hit me. I would say I will never book with cabins USA again. Customer service and the management is the worst of the worst . Talked to Stormy,Savanah, Megan and left a message for the manager Lori Hall and not a word from anyone! Ps.. the supervisor called me and wanted to give me 50$ refund and offered me a free day stay. We rented a cabin July 27, 24-August 3rd in Pigeon Forge in one of CabinsUSA cabins in Starr Crest Resort (Copper Ridge Lodge) -Our family goes on a family vacation once every 2 years. I picked this place, this cabin because it had everything we wanted & needed to make our vacation great & comfortable.  But the washing machine was broke when we arrived- took 2 days to get towels to us- the cabin's temperature was hot on main floor and more so in the 2 bedrooms on that level. Although the filters all were changed by my husband those 2 bedrooms were still not comfortable. And one of those bedrooms had an ant problem and my daughter, son in law had to move out of the bedroom. Also, only 3 out of the 6 jacuzzi tubs worked. And to top it off the hot tub/swim spa did not work the last 3 1/2 days we were there (out of 6 1/2 days) Also, included in cost of the stay was a cleaning fee but the cabin was dusty & there were spider webs in corners and on top of some of the kitchen cabinets..... Frustrated and very disappointed in our stay. read more

I would never recommend anyone stay at "Amazing Views to Remember", or any cabins from Cabin USA and because of our experience neither will all 38 guests we had at our wedding. We just got married and had our reception at our cabin. It could not have been any worse and now my guests will never forgot how there were BEDBUGS AT MY WEDDING. We had guests that drove 11 hours to stay in a room that was INFESTED BY BEDBUGS. They woke up on Friday night and asked my husband (the renter) to look at a bug they found. At first, we thought it may have been a tick but he began to find more and more until we noticed that the back wall of their room was swarming with them. We took 5 separate pictures of the bedbugs along the walls and on the bed. We reached out to Cabin USA that night via email, called the next day, and was requested to send our pictures. As of this review, we have heard NOTHING back from Cabin USA... The kicker was when we spoke to them the next morning, their initial solution for the bed bugs was to MOVE US TO ANOTHER CABIN on our final night there. First, we already had all of our supplies and decorations out for the wedding reception. Second, WHY would we move potential BED BUGS TO ANOTHER CABIN!? It seems like they weren't listening to us at all. Overall we enjoyed the view... some of our guests did not enjoy the trek up but since we had no location data we didn't know how far up the mountain this cabin was. We also had a few issues with parking with a kobuta backhoe in our driveway, but worst of all one of our rooms was infested with bed bugs. Cabin USA has done nothing to compensate or formally apologize to us for this stay. I wouldn't recommend Cabin USA or the "Amazing Views to Remember" cabin until it has been thoroughly cleaned and they can handle the amount of communication required to keep guests updated with information on THEIR progress to complete tasks. I hope this review spares at least one person the experience we had. Its the worst feeling to have had this kind of experience at our wedding and feel forgotten and ignored by Cabin USA. read more

**UPDATE** Cabins USA was kind and gave us a discount, taking $569 off of our bill. They are addressing the issues below. Good service. --------------------------------------------------- I am currently staying in the Mountain View Pool Lodge. 1) This cabin has roaches we have killed a total 10 plus roaches during our stay. 2) when we arrived the (very small) pool was not filled all the way and was dirty. We had to have the company come fill it and clean it. 3) the hot tub was also filthy and was filled with rain water. 4) The tvs were all missing their remotes and were unusable for 3 days. (That includes the tv in the theater) 5) the surround sound in the theater does not work with the tv. 6) A toilet seat was broken when we arrived. 7) we did not have enough bedding and when we requested it they said they would bring it but never did. 8) the ceiling leaked water in one of the upstairs bedrooms, during a thunderstorm. Honestly we deserve a discount. We paid for the pool, the hot tub and the theater but we were unable to use them during our entire stay. read more

The place is nice, just like the pictures on their website. The disappointing thing was that we was trying to avoid going to the office to pick up the code to enter the cabin, so we did their fast and easy process online (so we thought ) so that we can go straight to the cabin. Once complete, they are supposed to send the code 24 hours before the arrival, which we never received. We ended up having to go to the office before heading to the cabin because they said they never received the online process even though it gave us a thank you for enrollment response once we finished online. The cabin had plenty of games. One of my favorite was Foosball which we couldn't play because they had a flat ball which wasn't a Foosball to begin with. It looked like an orange ping pong ball. Also, the Foosball was missing a handle. The playroom also had a pool table. I was more attracted to the atari games. They also had some board games in a cabinet. Overall it was a nice game room. The sofa beds are extremely worn out & very uncomfortable. The entrance to the area is not lit up at all, so, if you don't know where you are going, the entrance can be missed. read more

Leaving a review for "ON THE ROCKS" We booked an entire week for our family of 8. To say I'm disappointed in spending almost $4000 to stay here. We had over 100 dead flies on the top of our kitchen cabinets that could be seen from the stairs walking to the top floor bedroom. The shower did not drain properly, cabin sleeps 14 people but only one person could use the shower at a time with 3 bathrooms. The cabin was NOT clean at all! Food grime on the cabinets that the cleaners just skip over. They never emptied our garbage cans for an entire week. we had to stack up multiple bags at the end of our trip. During the trip we had 3 women and 3 kids... there was two random vehicles that showed up trying to say they were scheduled to stain our entire cabin inside and out. I wouldn't even let these men step food on the porch, they barely spoke any english. There was old cans and trash all down the sides of the hot tub. The entire side of the cabin was covered in garbage. the cabinet in the kitchen fell off when I opened it to get a plate out. The dryers lint catcher was broken and cut out hands multiple times. To top it off as we were leaving... the cleaners (4 random men in a truck) showed up and creepily sat at the end of our small 2 car wide driveway watching us load up. I had to question them and make them leave as we had 45 minutes still and it was making my little uncomfortable. The tv in the "game/theater room" was alright but couldn't work any remotes besides the xbox. The kids room tv didn't work at all. no controllers nothing. My kids were bummed. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because I spent an entire week with my family, enjoying our vacation and we decided to not let the shitty cabin rental ruin our time. This is now my second time staying with cabins usa and I will never give any of their rentals another chance. The first one I thought maybe it's just this cabin... NOPE! They are only there for the money. I mean... I had to buy pans to cook with! Ridiculous, read there guidelines when renting too! they will refuse any sort of refund or discount because they do not care. I would look elsewhere, back to eden crest rentals I go!! read more
