I initially was scheduled to move into a new home, and was told to go ahead and set up all services/utilities; water/lights/gas/cable/internet. Needless to say, the agent was unaware that another person had rented the home already. So I had to cancel ALL of the services a week after starting them. Alexis cancelled my Spectrum account and contract with ZERO penalty and helped me return all the equipment with a smile on her face. Our wasn't busy so we didn't have to sign in. Staff was friendly, helpful and very quick but could be due to us returning equipment. We were in and out around 1pm on a Friday afternoon. The parking situation is horrible. Since it is connected to order major businesses, it's a nightmare trying to get in and out.
