Can't recommend this salon. The women are consistently rude and are always trying to pressure you into getting additional services. There are plenty of other nail salons around that do a better job and are nicer. read more

Here i am writing another bad review. I've been to cacie nails before and have never had a worse experience. I wanted to give them another shot so i went back yesterday. The service was amazing and i was beyond happy with the results. I payed 60$ and was super happy. The next morning i woke up and the nails are starting to peel up and form a bubble and the polish doesn't cover the whole nail. I am beyond disappointed because i was happy with the results. I leave for hawaii on thursday and i had to get my nails done a little early ad i wasn't going to have enough time. Now im not even sure they will last until thursday, and being gell polish they should be last a long. I cant get a good picture of the peeling. read more

I was hesitant getting my nails done here due to the reviews. However, I was whiling to try them out and find out for myself. Let me tell you.... My nail tech Kim did such an amazing job at my first ever Powder Dip nail service! She was really sweet, fast, and efficient! A plus for me is, she didn't talk a lot, just enough, haha (I like my peace). I took my daughter & her friend for a pedicure to celebrate her friend's birthday. Classic pedicures for both. The technician "cut" the birthday girl's toe and it got severely infected. The tech didn't even tell me and I was in the waiting area the entire time! Birthday girl's mom finally told me...she didn't want to but didn't want me going here again. Which I won't! So disappointed. What was meant to be a special day for the teens has now traumatized my daughter's friend. read more

Go here all the time with my daughter! Best service with kids and myself Kids pedicure are same price as adults! It's so worth it! I promised my daughter once she turns 4 I'll start taking her They did an outstanding job for her first pedicure. I want to say first off people need to understand that make an apt!!! Mornings are obviously more Convenient if you need something specific done Some people walk in knowing you have to wait and than our nail techs start to rush because y'all are being rude. Be respectful and ask how long is it going to be. I did write a review a couple years ago but they made Positive changes and offer variety of different spa pedicure services. I've been coming here for 3 years now They scrub my feet, paint my nails sometimes I just cut the massage in half. I just don't necessarily like ppl touching me (massages) lol I know I'm weird I have not learned anyone of their names! But they always remember my daughter and treat her well read more

I came here several years ago and was treated poorly because I asked them to use a new file for my nails, this is a sanitary practice that should be used in all nail salons. I did not return for several years but decided to try to give it another chance yesterday. I walked in and requested a pedicure, I was asked to pick a color and was seated about 10 minutes later in a chair with my feet soaking in water. About 30 minutes into the whole process after I walked in I asked how many more minutes I would be waiting with my feet in the water. When I was told 15 minutes I expressed that I was not told it would be a 45 minute wait. If that were the case, I would not have stayed. When I asked to speak to management they said they didn't have a manager. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this one is warranted. read more

We have been coming here for several years now and haven't had any issues before until today. If I can rate this place less than one star, I would. Not happy with the service I got from one of the technician here. She doesn't engage herself at all, she doesn't pay attention to what she was doing, more concern about her itch. Felt like I paid for nothing, she doesn't know the basic of cleaning, just horrible service! Not worth your money. read more

I've been coming here a long time! I always go to the same couple girls because you grow to have a relationship with them and they know you! They recently just got some new chairs in and they are really nice! The massage ability is always nice while you're being pampered. I always get a great experience when I come in here. My nails always look great and last a long time which is why I continue to come in here. I have tried to go elsewhere but I always end up saying, "should have just gone to Cacie nails." Because my nails don't look as nice. They are a little on the pricey side and charge a fee for using your card to pay, but hey also give you 5% off if you pay in cash. SHELLAC NOT DRY!!! I called and asked to have my toes re-painted due to the shellac not being cured all the way and polish all over my cuticles the previous day. The nail artists simply buffed off a layer of polish, cut my cuticles even more to attempt to take off extra color. At this point I had already been in the salon for almost 20 minutes. I didn't have enough time to keep fighting for my shellac to be completely re-painted. It was not only a waste of time but a waste of a $73 experience. If you want to relax and not worry, this is definitely not the place for you. ***I should also note this is my second attempt with Cacie nails... My first visit my fingers became pruned with acetone it was left on so long taking off shellac. read more

I went in for a pedi/mani. One lady made an error and used rubbing alcohol to melt my shellac. She she realized it, the then used acetone. It started to feel hot and she eventually removed it all. A week later, my finger tips are still white, rough and dry. Same with cuticule. That was $75. I feel she also seem to think i was making a big deal. The main lady was not there and i so wish she had been there. I am super disappointed . read more

I am a customer for over 6 years and today I'm flabbergasted. My daughter comes in to remove her shellac. The listed price on the wall says five dollars. They tell her it's ten bucks. I come in after I park and ask them about the discrepancy. They don't honor the listed price and they start talking to each other in a different language then tell me a lie. They say it's ten dollars because she's not having another color applied and it's five dollars when you have another color applied. Are you kidding me??? I always come remove my shellac and have another applied and I'm never charged $5. In fact, I still have my shellac from last week which I had done at this place as well. They removed the old color and applied the new for only $20. No extra charge for removal. A picture of the price list to follow. read more

Ok, so I felt the need to do an updated review because the service and quality of work sucks. The only time I had great service was when a temporary worker helped out the salon. (See previous review.) Unfortunately, I was never able to book her again since she was there for relief, but I decided to give them another shot. First off, the women are not very friendly. Even if you don't speak English, a smile goes a long way. Second, lack of professionalism. I made an appointment at 10:30 to get my nails dipped. About halfway through the appointment, someone from the street walked in wanting their eyebrows waxed. The woman doing my nails got up and performed the wax service without a word. She was gone for 10 minutes while I sat there. What is the point of having an appointment if you're going to stop in the middle to perform another service? My dipped nails were of poor quality and they began chipping after a week. I guess the previous good experience I had at this place was a fluke. I've had poor service more often than not, and will not be back. There are much better nail salons in Renton. read more

I came in with a previously poorly done manicure and they transformed my hands Tina was my manicurist and she was 11/10 and when it came to designs we made this one up together and it was exactly what I wanted and more! Well, the 2nd time I went for a dip, and this time, there's tiny bubbles on some of the nails. This was a different person that did the dip. A bit rough with the grinder tool where I can feel a bit too close to hurting when it goes close to the cuticles. They may need to use brighter lightbulbs for the nail station so that they can see the quality of their work better. read more

Looked up to this place on google and tried them for the first time. They were so friendly and nice there. Nancy did a great job on my nails. She was so particular and detailed. Spent time on my nails and didn't rush them. Shaped them exactly how I wanted. Everyone sitting next to me had their nails done really nice also by other techs so it wasn't just mine. As soon as I walked in I greeted one of the employees of Nuyen Nail Care & Spa with a "hello" and immediately she asked me if I had an appointment. I responded with, "no, do you take walk ins? Immediately she turns me away. It was just weird because my mom had been in just a week before for a pedicure as a WALK IN! I just said to them ok and I left. I won't beg anyone to do my nails, but I just thought it was rude. I hope others don't receive this same treatment as well. If I could give zero stars I would.
