The final result wasn't an exact copy of the photo, it was actually better, and she was thrilled with how it turned out (the flower was hand drawn not a jewel). What impressed me most was that they genuinely cared about making sure she was happy and were willing to make changes along the way until she loved the result. I occasionally noticed staff helping other customers while I was there, but I never felt neglected and the delays were brief. For me, a salon visit is a chance to relax, so it wasn't an issue at all. If I had been in a hurry, I believe I could have communicated that and they would have accommodated me. Overall, I found the staff kind, accommodating, and focused on customer satisfaction. I worked with Kim in the beginning and then Anna continued my service. Both women were very nice. I will be back for all my builder gel needs, etc. Anna taught me builder and hard gel are the same thing. Essentially hard gel is the brand name. The salon itself is a bit tricky to find if you're unfamiliar-- it is inside the 99 area mall, to the left of 99 if you enter from the front. It's its own storefront and is pretty quiet and calm inside. First appointment after tip was close to 300. After I've had a range of 130-200 after tip depending on design. I've tried other salons for less that provide acrylic or gel tips that have good reviews and techs but I've always had a nail break or my natural nails would suffer. I've been coming for a few months and my nails are healthier longer and I get compliments always. :)
