Cacio E Pepe hands-down is the best neighborhood Italian restaurant in North Miami. Manny who is the new manager there has really made the place amazing again. The last few times I've gone there the food has been absolutely outstanding. Definitely recommend the chicken piccata and the salmon carpaccio. The wine selections great! On top of that the place is extremely clean and has a very unique feel. I love the new ambience of the black shelves with the white background. The music really gets you in the mood.
