I've been here a few times and when I come, Juan usually takes care of me. Excellent service, friendly and he always knows what to suggest. I ordered outside and had the ceviche. It was delicious! Thanks for making this an amazing experience Juan!

The ambience is dark and subtle, the music is piped in and sounds like tunes from the '70's and otherwise nondescript, the wait staff is very accommodating and extremely friendly. The food needs some serious CPR. The butternut squash soup lacks any flavor and the pumpkin seeds are not toasted enough and are more distracting than pleasing. A bit of sherry and a bit of salt would liven it up. The heirloom tomato and burrata salad was lackluster the truffle had no flavor. They get the basics correct, but the finishing touches are missing. The braised short rib empanadas are waaaay too oily. They need more sauce. The meat is tender though. The crab cakes are the star of the show. Ask for extra sauce and additional yellow pepper strips. They are not hot peppers, but they add just the right amount of crunch and flavor. The truffle polenta is more of a mushroom polenta. It's ok. The shrimp Linguine was good. The pasta was delicious and the shrimp were overcooked. Dessert was delicious. Highly recommend the Valhrona chocolate cake and the Bourbon Bombe

Visited a friend staying at the St. Regis for the weekend in November. Decided to have a no fuss lunch and the burger bar was a great option. I had the wagyu beef burger and truffle fries ($23). A $20+ burger why? But it was so delicious. My server was very timely and I received my food in about 10 minutes. As with anything the St.Regis does, this is a nice place for casual grub!

We loved the environment and had Angel as our server who was out of this world. We also enjoyed the extensive and well curated wine list and great recommendations from Dave the sommelier. We had the scallops to start and the ribeye with lobster tail and filet mignon for our main course. On the side we enjoyed the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and the service could not have been topped. We started the evening with a educational wine tasting with Head Sommelier Dave Gerardu. I recommend this if you are staying at the property as it was an exceptional experience.

I had the vegetarian burger, which they make the patties for in-house. It was delicious, the fries were great, and the staff was attentive and friendly. It was a very enjoyable lunch. But, it is not cheap, and if you aren't prepared to see luxury hotel prices for a lunch you may be shocked. If you are on a budget there are many less expensive lunch spots in neighborhood. I found it worth the price not because of the food nor the view, but having a peaceful and quiet lunch. Call to confirm they are open as this was the third time I intended to try it and the first time they were open.

A great addition to the St. Regis Bal Harbour restaurant lineup. A casual place whose bar has a great beer and wine selection. Two TVs to watch some sports which was sorely lacking from the Regis in past years. The burgers are cooked perfectly and the options to add are fresh and yummy. The hot dogs are great too, I recommend the kosher dog. The service is great. They recognized me the 2nd time I arrived and offered me the same beer I had last time I was in. It is not cheap, but it is a restaurant in a 5-star hotel so I assume you would know that already.

We went after watching Deco Drive. The burgers were excellent. You have the choice to order regular or Waygu beef. It was empty which was surprising as its in the St. Regis hotel. The onions rings were amazing, the truffle tater tots were okay, I personally like the truffle fries better. The server was really nice (Jake). I recommend it bit its not cheap so prepare to spend a few dollars. Out check was $193 with tip.

I had the grilled provolone & garlic shrimp appetizers. Both were delectable; I'll be thinking about the garlic shrimp for a while. The skit steak was incredibly tender & had a perfect char in the edges. The ribeye was juicy, tender & flavorful. I didn't even need to add salt. They come with honey mustard, panko or bbq sauce for dipping but I found them to overpower the steaks. This is a pricey place but i think you get what you pay for. The value is high. I'll be back!

We were very welcomed walking through the door. We were offered seating inside or out. The Floridians feel the weather is too muggy to sit outside, we were more than happy to do so. A word of caution, you are on a very busy street when you sit outside, so there is a good deal of traffic noise. To begin, they bring out a plate of four types of bread, along with a tray with green and black olives and a red tangy spread. This was quite good. We started out with an empanada appetizer. You have a choice of four kinds, we went with spinach. Before the appetizer arrived, the waitress brought out a plate of bread and olives. We are off to an excellent start. When the empanadas showed up, we were provided 8 cups of dips, six of which were different toppings to put on the appetizer. We tried them all. From barbecue sauce to salt, hummus, and a tomato based sauce, we had fun tasting the different flavors. For the entree, both of us went with the Outside skirt steak. We went this route as it was recommended by the waitress as one of their more signature dishes. We went with it prepared, medium. A short time later, the meal arrived, both of which were the 14 ounce portion. They do offer a larger portion if you're super hungry. The steak was slightly overcooked, but not enough to ruin the mood. The steak was flavorful, but a bit on the fatty side. I get the fat as it adds flavor so it really was not an issue. The meals come à la carte. So we ordered steamed broccoli and sweet potato fries. Overall good experience. A place I would return to again.

Shortly after, the manager or owner approached us and said I could not feed her those crackers because they were not kosher. I asked if there was something suitable we could order for her, but options were limited, so we ordered fries, which thankfully came out quickly. We initially wanted to order a smaller steak along with several appetizers, as we enjoy trying a variety of dishes. However, after a lot of back and forth, the server strongly pushed us toward their recommendation instead. We eventually went with it, but the food was mediocre and the sides were very basic. We felt pressured into ordering something we didn't really want. Later, the steak arrived medium rare instead of the medium well we requested, which meant we couldn't give much of it to our baby. Wanting to be respectful, I asked the manager if I could feed her a Serenity-branded baby food pouch. After examining it for a while, he said no -- again because it was not kosher -- with no explanation or alternative offered. Overall, the experience felt rigid and unwelcoming, especially for a family with a baby. The food did not justify the price, and we left feeling that we overpaid for a disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

We, of course, shared the spinach artichoke dip to start and our server anticipated our request and brought out additional chips and salsa for the table. I then enjoyed the kale salad with the yellowtail which was incredible. The fries with the special fry seasoning were fresh and crispy and paired well with the spicy aioli. My boyfriend loved his crispy chicken sandwich, which he orders every time we go to a Hillstone restaurant. The only not positive thing I have to share is that somehow there was a hair buried in our salt shaker, like mixed in with the salt. When i showed our server, he apologized, but did not do anything to correct the situation. We still had an excellent experience.

On top of that, they refuse to make even the slightest accommodation or deviation from the menu--none whatsoever. The food used to be very good here, but that's no longer the case. And whatever you do, don't order the crab cakes. While they contained very little filler, they had absolutely no seasoning and were completely tasteless. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This is, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited…read more From the moment my wife and I walked in at 4:00 PM, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant was practically empty, which should have been the first warning sign. We started by ordering drinks. The menu listed more than five beers, yet they only had two available because, according to them, their freezer was broken. Fine, things happen. We then ordered a Moscow Mule, only to be told they couldn't make it because they aren't a full bar. Understandable. Next, we asked for an Aperol Spritz. They didn't have that either. Finally, hoping they could at least make a simple mojito, we ordered one--only to be told they didn't have mint leaves. At that point, it was almost laughable. Then the food arrived. They served old bread that wasn't even warm. We ordered two appetizers: the garlic shrimp, which was just average, and the tuna tiradito. The tuna tiradito was easily the worst I've ever had. The presentation was terrible. The tuna looked like it had been cut with a dull rock instead of a sharp knife. The sauce was supposed to have fresh lemon and truffle oil, but it tasted like bottled fake lemon juice with some strange black paste dumped on top. It was completely unappetizing. (I'll attach a photo so you can judge for yourself.) The most frustrating part came when the waitress asked if everything was okay. We politely explained our concerns, including all the issues with the drinks and the food. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, she argued with us and became defensive. Customer service is about solving problems, not debating with your guests. Overall, this was an awful dining experience from beginning to end. I genuinely don't understand how this restaurant has a 4.8-star rating with over a thousand reviews because it certainly didn't reflect the experience we had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about the quality of its food and service.

This is nothing like Motek or Abbale, not even close. From the very first bite, my taste buds (and my expectations) were blown away. We came as a girls' night out, sharing plates and ordering "just one more dish"... and then another. The Truffle Wild Mushrooms Polenta was incredibly rich and silky, deeply earthy without feeling heavy. The Pappardelle Tomato was perfectly cooked, vibrant, and comforting in the best way. And the Cabbage "cacio e peppe"? Unexpected, bold, and absolutely addictive. The raw fish dishes were also a highlight, beautifully sliced, ultra-fresh, and paired with bright citrus, herbs, and crunch that elevated the fish without overpowering it. The grilled fish was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and plated with a smooth, flavorful puree that tied everything together effortlessly. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is a whole vibe. As the night goes on, the lights dim, the music comes on, and it transforms into the perfect setting for a stylish dinner that slowly turns into a fun night out with friends. Chic, warm, and energetic without feeling forced. I left wishing I had more room to try the entire menu, but happily signed up for their VIP rewards program (available to everyone), which basically guarantees my return. Next time, it's another girls' night at Neya, and we're coming hungry. If you love Mediterranean inspired cuisine done with precision, creativity, and soul, Neya is a must.
