After using self-checkout, I had to take my bagged items to a table, where an employee took out EVERYTHING I bought, and counted for each item. I only used this self-checkout line because no employees were at the registers. The whole process was ridiculous! I can only imagine how it is on busy days, where people who have used self-checkout have to then line up in a second line, and have only one employee removed all their bagged items and count them. I understand stealing is an issue, but maybe instead of having this inefficient checkout process at self-checkout, hire more cashiers.

I am living on Social Security, and don't need store credit sitting and waiting for me to forget about it or die before getting to use it. It's December and really don't need this headache. After spending 2 hours in heavy traffic both ways I am fed up and will not not ever shop there again. The employee was fine, and I know she was only doing her job with the tools she was provided. I was in CS for 35 years and get it. My issue is with Lane Bryant's in store return policy for the on line order. I got a printed receipt stapled to the original invoice which is 9x11, and I am expected to produce this when using in store, OH YES, STORE CREDIT ISNT GOOD ONLINE. I AM NOT DRIVING AN HOUR, WHICH I AM SURE LANE BRYANT IS HOPING! KEEP MY CASH AND HOPING I WILL MOVE ON. Rediculous!!! I will going back to JCPenney from now on!
