Always a great experience. Been coming here exclusively since 2013 for various repairs. I ride a lot and get a few flats each year and Southwest always takes care of me!

We went to so many bike shops in all of Las Vegas and they were the only ones who offered a decent priced SE bike for my 12 yr old son. He had been asking for this bike since we first seen it . The guy who took care of us even gifted my son a light .

I have rented mountain bikes from Southwest bikes in the past, so when I finally decided to purchase one, I knew I wanted to come here. Dan was so helpful and had my husband and I try different bikes and ride them in the parking lot. They have a variety of mountain bikes and other gear as well as tune up service. They have different price ranges depending on what you're looking for, and they made sure we felt confident in our purchase. I highly recommend Southwest Bikes for purchasing and renting bikes!

Called the closest shop near me and asked if they had a new chain for my bike than popped in and they not only put the new chain on they also did there best to help me get smaller stuff fixed while they put on the new chain, left with a new chain and also filled the air in the tires, super dope people highly recommend coming here for anyone in need of there services or questions!

Review #25 of 2024 July 1st Visit 1000 hours I recently got my hands on the latest model Catrike Max from a, locally owned small business. The process was quick, with a short wait from ordering to picking it up. After getting all my adjustments done, adding new pedals, and taking it for a few test spins, I finally took it home. A big thank you goes out to all the staff, especially Dan, for their patience and thorough setup. My take: definitely drop by this business for any bike parts, great prices and excellent service. They open at 10 a.m.

I took my Cub Scout Pack here for a bike safety demo. Dylan was patient and showed our large group of young kids all about bikes and talked about safety, hand signals, filling your tires and choosing the right bike. The kids had a blast and I will recommend this shop to everyone. Thanks for showing the Cubs a great time!

Awesome shop for bike repair . Had two tires and tubes changed while I waited which took about 30 minutes. Bike is riding better this before .

They were very helpful in solving my problem with finding a rear carrier for my ice-trike. Fits perfect and looks like it came on the bike.

Solid selection across the board. Seems to be one of the few shops where if it's for 2 wheels they either have it or can get it in quick.

Honestly, this was one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had…read more I found the exact bike I wanted through the Specialized site and it came up as available at Swanny's. I'm in LA but figured I'd call to see if it was any cheaper than my local shop. They informed me that because they were shipping from Nevada to LA there wasn't any sales tax (10.5%) and they would throw a little love on top. They sent an invoice and I paid it. A day later it was shipped out and the next morning my bike arrived. The turn around was shockingly fast. Something did go wrong though. A helmet I ordered was damaged in shipment AND THEY SAID "KEEP IT, WE'LL GET ANOTHER ONE SENT OUT!!" I'm floored with the easy purchase, no hassle pricing, and especially the customer service. I don't think I'll ever buy a bike from another shop. The 5 star rating they have with hundreds of reviews isn't bullshit and is well earned. Much love to the ownership and team hear. Truly a top tier shop.

I initially went to REI feeling completely lost and unsure of what I needed. After walking around for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged, I decided to leave and I'm glad I did because I found this shop instead. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away. Zabi took the time to look over my bike and made helpful recommendations on what I needed to get it road-ready again. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything. Instead, he made sure I felt comfortable and understood my options. The customer service was outstanding, not only from him but from everyone else in the shop as well. Even if larger corporate stores are running sales, I would much rather drive here and support a business where customers are genuinely welcomed and cared for. Overall, this is an excellent shop with knowledgeable staff, great customer service, and a team that truly cares about its customers.

With our son being baptized last weekend, followed by 'real talk' with your medical specialist about the consequences of poor decisions, buffets and late nights all catching up after years of sedentary lifestyle, something needed to change. So I got a bike. The last time I used a bike regularly was in the 80's where my Tuffy took me miles away from home. And the desperate race to get home before dark and my father's whupping. I did my usual research, comparing and investigating different brands, different styles of bikes and their uses. I already had my heart set on a cyclocross or gravel bike. My buddy Gruber had a Surly that he rode 22 miles both ways to work in the dead of a Chicago winter from our apartment downtown. That sold me on the practical use of a bike that could take it under adverse conditions. I had actually looked for the right bike since. But I couldn't part ways with $3-5k on a Specialized or Trek. That was an expense I usually spared for firearms - truth talk. After my doctors appointment I made a call to the one closest to home. Giant on Blue Diamond. Spoke with Hanna and told her what I was looking for. She mentioned a couple of different models that fit the bill but what caught my attention was that one model was nearly $550 off the full price but it was the last model on the show floor. I gave it 2 weeks. And then 2 nights in a row I wake up with GI pain that kept me awake all night. I swung to the store when they opened and Pat and Hanna showed me some really cool features - 1. It was my size, 2. The tires were tubeless so there was no need to fill the tires with air - better for running over pointy things and keep on rolling, and 3. A brake system based on hydraulics. I was out of excuses. I bought it before anyone else could snap it up. Pat adjusted everything and Hanna shaved some of the seat stem after measuring - while cautioning me on the expectations and finer points of bicycling. Bottom line, I highly recommend! They're knowledgeable without being pretentious. Informative without being pushy or upselling at every opportunity. Both of them advising to spend on higher end items until I was properly broken in. Go here and ask for Pat and Hanna!
