It didn't work , tire wouldn't even spin, and then after arguing with the owner I get this message saying "You never even gave us the opportunity to respond professionally before letting emotion get the better of you and making a post. I am not trying to impress you with my responses, just trying to guarantee our work, like I would with any other customer." At least he admits he's not trying to impress anyone. Well. Bummer. Update. Mike and his crew are top of the line when answering any bike related questions. Their pricing is solid and affordable. I brought in a bicycle frame I planned on building as a gift for my dad. Not completely back to original state but close to it. Mike went above and beyond restoring it. In a sense, bicycles are an art form, which require passion and talent. Fantastic Northwest Las Vegas bicycle shop. In fact...it is worth the drive outside of that area if you are looking for reliable service, professionalism, and a friendly atmosphere. Been here three times in the past month for tire related issues/preventative maintenance. These guys did a great job with the maintenance package, and I thought it was reasonably priced. Went back twice more due to inner tube issues, and they were kind enough to waive the charge because of a defective tube. They even went a step further and replaced the inner rim tape to help prevent further issues. Bottom line...I'll return for all my bicycle related needs. read more

I have been getting more and more into biking which initially started because the doctor says I need more exercise. Now I love biking and wanted to get something better than the cheapy Walmart bikes. I called a few shops in town. Called Mike and he was the first person to offer a test ride when he gets his new shipment of bikes in. Other places I went to didn't want me riding their bikes, or just didn't care. Mike and his team have been EXTREMELY helpful and was willing to answer all my questions. If you want a place that is helpful and not trying to upsell you on things you don't need, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I love my bike, I'm planning on coming back to upgrade my wife's bike and hopefully next year have enough to invest in a decent road bike. My sister shops at a different bike shop, but after the customer service they offer here she clearly can see it's night and day and is planning to be a regular for services. Their selection of bikes is good for their small footprint. We visited this shop originally when the opened and didn't have the extra money to purchase two bikes at that time. They do not sell the cheap bikes that you will find at major retailers. Instead, they step it up a notch and will offer you a customized approach to finding a bike that suits your needs. This summer, we decided it was time to purchase a set of wheels so we can enjoy biking outdoors in the cooler fall/spring temperatures. We walked in just looking to browse and fell in love the Haro bikes. From the inside out, you can tell you that the Haro bikes are built to a high standard. After discussing our budget and goals, we decided that the Haro bikes were the right fit for us. I purchased last years floor model and received a fair discount on the bike (SCORE). My husband, being the tall giant that he is, ordered a new model from the catalog. All in all, the owner and employee that helped us were approachable and trustworthy. You can tell they love what they do and they love the sport of cycling - and everything that comes with the cycling lifestyle. We were happy to shop local for this purchase. I bought my son a $400 BMX bike for Xmas from this shop. They assembled it, never noticed a huge dent and scratch on the frame and didn't put the pegs on. We accepted it the way it was after they offered to send it back when I found the dent. A child can't wait for his bike so we left. I attempted to put the pegs on myself and messed it up. Brought it back and they charged my labor for a simple fix. They could've just put the pegs on to begin with. So now they swindled almost $25 outta me for labor. Slimy move read more

I brought my new bike after assembling it and needed some help adjusting the brakes, as I'm not familiar with disc brakes.
