Text message from the representative at 702 scooters

This company has the rudest people working for them. I ordered a scooter rental Thursday morning and within an hour got a confirmation email that my order was paid for and confirmed to be delivered to my hotel at 6pm. Around 6:15 I hadn't heard anything so I called them to make sure the order was still due for delivery and I spoke a guy who said he didn't know if they could deliver the scooters the same day and he'd check with his driver and call back. He didn't ask for any of my contact or order information and hung up. So, I called back and got the same guy and he was making a big deal about fulfilling the order and I mentioned I needed the Heavy Duty scooter and he said "why, are you 500lbs?".. very rude to say to a customer. SO I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money which they did almost immediately. Come Friday I decided to give them another shot, so I called at 9:30am and was told he was too busy to talk and to call back around 1pm. So, I called at the 1:30pm and he told me they weren't sure I'd they could fulfill a same day order but really didn't seem like he wanted to help me. After hanging up on the call I received a text message from the guy I talked to that said "U r not even handicapped a**wipe". (See the attached photo for proof). I decided to call scoot around Las Vegas and spoke with a very professional guy named Joey and he was able to have scooters delivered same day, and with insurance the rental was cheaper than 702. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!

I ordered a power chair from Las Vegas Scooters and this is what they sent me!

The cell service in town was spotty and then non existent at the drop off point so I didn't have the maps loaded. Then the trail makers were mostly gone, so I had to take guesses on some of the trails back. There's no phone service, so you have to download the maps to your phone! But the first trail was a great single track descent through the desert hills and cactus. I had a quick stop at the bottom for photos and then on to Cactus Slalom trail, bobbed and weaved through that and then took a right at Hurl and then couldn't find the correct trail back and almost missed my pick up time. That's mostly on me for not having maps to ride in the desert when it's 95 degrees. If you can, go early. The sun can be relentless and there's NO shade. Take more water than you think you need. The bike held up great and ate up the terrain with zero complaints. A great match for the trails. The scenery is astounding and unique. The pick up and drop of is amazingly easy and convenient! So glad i chose them and would happily do it again.

And then stopped at a gas station after the trip just to get us cold gatorades. We did cottonwood - Latenight trailhead. About 3 hours, barely difficult if you're out of shape but super fun otherwise! Highly recommend for something active with great views and a unique experience.

With our son being baptized last weekend, followed by 'real talk' with your medical specialist about the consequences of poor decisions, buffets and late nights all catching up after years of sedentary lifestyle, something needed to change. So I got a bike. The last time I used a bike regularly was in the 80's where my Tuffy took me miles away from home. And the desperate race to get home before dark and my father's whupping. I did my usual research, comparing and investigating different brands, different styles of bikes and their uses. I already had my heart set on a cyclocross or gravel bike. My buddy Gruber had a Surly that he rode 22 miles both ways to work in the dead of a Chicago winter from our apartment downtown. That sold me on the practical use of a bike that could take it under adverse conditions. I had actually looked for the right bike since. But I couldn't part ways with $3-5k on a Specialized or Trek. That was an expense I usually spared for firearms - truth talk. After my doctors appointment I made a call to the one closest to home. Giant on Blue Diamond. Spoke with Hanna and told her what I was looking for. She mentioned a couple of different models that fit the bill but what caught my attention was that one model was nearly $550 off the full price but it was the last model on the show floor. I gave it 2 weeks. And then 2 nights in a row I wake up with GI pain that kept me awake all night. I swung to the store when they opened and Pat and Hanna showed me some really cool features - 1. It was my size, 2. The tires were tubeless so there was no need to fill the tires with air - better for running over pointy things and keep on rolling, and 3. A brake system based on hydraulics. I was out of excuses. I bought it before anyone else could snap it up. Pat adjusted everything and Hanna shaved some of the seat stem after measuring - while cautioning me on the expectations and finer points of bicycling. Bottom line, I highly recommend! They're knowledgeable without being pretentious. Informative without being pushy or upselling at every opportunity. Both of them advising to spend on higher end items until I was properly broken in. Go here and ask for Pat and Hanna!

From the second I walked in, the team made me feel completely welcome -- no ego, no judgment, just genuine help. They didn't just fix my tire, they actually helped me understand the sport a little better. That meant a lot. When you're a beginner, that kind of patience and education builds confidence. Hannah especially was incredible -- her speed changing my tire was unreal. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Efficient, professional, and still super kind the entire time. What really stood out to me is that I don't even ride a Giant bike (yet), and they still treated me like I was family. That says everything about the culture of this shop. Because of how well I was treated, my next bike will absolutely be a Giant -- and I'll be coming here for life. Highly recommend.

This was our very first e-bike purchase, and he patiently walked us through two brands--Aima and Specialized. After test riding several models, we ended up choosing the Aima Big Sur (one standard, one small). The decision came down to the perfect mix of features and value. Chris was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He also helped us get set up with everything we needed--helmets, bags, a car rack, and heavy-duty tire inserts--making the process easy and stress-free. While we waited, the team tuned up the bikes and installed the accessories so we could ride out ready to go. It's clear that All Mountain truly cares about customer service, not just making a sale. In this day-and-age of ordering everything online, having Jeff and his crew use their experience and expertise to set me up with the bike that would work best for ME (my age, physical size, budget, and the type of riding I planned to do) is the personal interaction that made my buying experience absolutely AMAZING, and can't be replicated buying online. They even suggested I rent a bike first, just to make SURE it was something I wanted to invest in before buying one, then took the rental fee off the bike price when I bought one. These guys are a total class act, you'd be a fool to go anywhere else!!

I can't wake up so early OR I have too many plans for the evening: They offer two time slots, 9AM and 1PM. We did the 9AM tour and were the slowest participants (stopped at every designated stop to take pictures and videos). We still completed the tour in 2.5 - 3 miles 2. I'm a light packer so there's no way I can bring supplies for something like this: This company provided the bikes, helmets, jackets, neck warmers, gloves, backpack, water, and granola bar. We brought our own sunglasses, and there is an $8/person park entry fee that we covered. I saw online that they may offer sunblock, but that's probably for the summer participants. 3. I'm too out of shape: Guys, these are electric bicycles on a well-paved route. This isn't the Tour de France here. And you can take lots of breaks, like we did. I actually didn't use the e-assist that much, but my partner did to get up the inclines. 4. Isn't something like this super-expensive?: Our goal was to ride through Red Rock Canyon, and this experience combined ebike rental with a lot of guidance and support (they said we could call them if we got lost, popped a tire, etc., and they would come to us). I had looked into pure ebike rentals and they were all ~ $100-175 to rent for 4 hours, plus additional fees for insurance and security deposit. And no support! So no excuses!
