So I rang to get a mobility scooter and it was delivered in less than an hour to my hotel. It made such a difference my husband and I are in our late 60's he decided to walk close to 10,000 plus steps a day by day 3 he was pretty sore. We would've got to see more if he had one too. Don't give them your credit card info! They will send mutiple charges to your account. I had to close my account and contact police dept to report this fraudulent activity. This company has the rudest people working for them. I ordered a scooter rental Thursday morning and within an hour got a confirmation email that my order was paid for and confirmed to be delivered to my hotel at 6pm. Around 6:15 I hadn't heard anything so I called them to make sure the order was still due for delivery and I spoke a guy who said he didn't know if they could deliver the scooters the same day and he'd check with his driver and call back. He didn't ask for any of my contact or order information and hung up. So, I called back and got the same guy and he was making a big deal about fulfilling the order and I mentioned I needed the Heavy Duty scooter and he said "why, are you 500lbs?".. very rude to say to a customer. SO I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money which they did almost immediately. Come Friday I decided to give them another shot, so I called at 9:30am and was told he was too busy to talk and to call back around 1pm. So, I called at the 1:30pm and he told me they weren't sure I'd they could fulfill a same day order but really didn't seem like he wanted to help me. After hanging up on the call I received a text message from the guy I talked to that said "U r not even handicapped a**wipe". (See the attached photo for proof). I decided to call scoot around Las Vegas and spoke with a very professional guy named Joey and he was able to have scooters delivered same day, and with insurance the rental was cheaper than 702. I rented a scooter from here and when I arrived in Las Vegas I got a call from the driver asking if I could meet them early? To pick up scooter. I informed him o was sorry but i was still at the car rental place and would be at the designated hotel at the agreed upon time. I arrived at the Hotel that we were staying at at 1220 as discussed. The driver was not there so i called. He said about 15 minutes. Ok. We waited, at 20 after I called again. He finally arrived about 1230. Fyi, we could not check into the hotel until 300 so we had to go find something to do while we waited. So waiting on my scooter was not what we had in mind. We then had an issue putting the scooter back together on the second day. And called for assistance. It took the 45 minutes to arrive. He did meet us at a hotel on the strip When we told him we had to go in to the show so we did not miss it, and asked him to fix it and meet up with us after the show. He agreed. So we left to go to the show. As we turned and started walking into the casino, the guy who came to help, turned and started running to the elevator. I thg ought,maybe he needed a tool that he had left in his truck,which could not fit in the garage. So we continued in to our show. Upon returning to our car, we discovered that the scooter was still behind the car with the key in it. Luckily it was not stolen. So we disassembled the scooter and left. So the pick up was for monday morning. We scheduled for the earliest pick up 900 at 900 I called and they said the driver should already be there so they will call the driver and find out how long. At 915 I called the same number back and the said it will be another 10 to 15 minutes. I expressed my frustration that we may have issues with our flight but offered to leave it at the bell desk for him to pick up. He agreed. But I again voiced my frustration at the whole experience. He said man if you have a complaint call the office. So I called the office and the gentleman who answered immediately started telling me that it was my fault and he would not even hear my side. And I got very upset and called him STUPID. yes I know I should gave not called him names but I was so upset about being treated like I did not matter. They sister called back after hearing him yelling through the phone. And he started yelling at her. She never once raided her voice but kept her calm. Something i could not do. read more

If I could give a Zero Star review, I would. First of all, I came here on vacation for a couple of nights and wanted a Vespa experience and called this company at 11am. They mentioned they could drop it off in 20 minutes at my hotel. I mentioned I would like a normal-sized cute sporty Vespa. Second, they arrived at 12:30pm, about 1 hour late. I didn't mind, I just wanted to get on the Vespa and start driving. They bring the Vespa out from the car and it's the ugliest, paint-peeling, oversized scooter. Third, I am waiting around and it's already been 45 minutes, so I call the guy and asked where he was. All he says is, "Oh we aren't coming back, it's more expensive for that Vespa." At this point I am about to lose it, and start telling him how does he not have the respect to at least call or inform me that they wouldn't come back because it was more expensive- I never had a problem paying more- I'm on vacation! So I call the original guy I talked to about delivering the Vespa in the morning and, he said his name is Robert, I tell him, "How do you not feel bad, I am on vacation and i was completely misled." All he said is he's sorry, and it will be $95 with no delivery and he wasn't willing to accommodate me since I was leaving back to LA for a pickup after I was finished. This place is great, renting the scooter for my elderly grandfather was easy. I called at about 10 am and was quoted a great price and the scooter was delivered to the hotel within 2 hours. When I called to return it, just let them know we left it at the bell desk where it was delivered and was told that was perfect they would pick it up. They remembered my name and were very professional. Will be recommending them to anyone that needs to rent a scooter. Awesome place. We were greeted by a very friendly staff that came to our aid. Airline lost a major screw to the walker we had. The handle on one side was inoperable. Went to medical store with no options there. So we entered the scooter store in hopes they would have a solution. The young man was our hero. He didn't have the part but graciously improvised and found a screw and nut that would fit. He installed it at no charge. Such a sweetheart to be so kind to fix a unbearable situation. Rented a 3 wheel indoor/outdoor Victory 13 scooter for the week. Price was better than renting through the hotel desk. It was delivered and waiting for me at the bell desk and returned just as easily. Could not have been easier. Battery life was good for hours (days) but easy to recharge as needed. Didn't beep to back up (yay). Had a great speed for long hauls but a slow speed for around people. Made it through hotel doorways too. I'd definitely use them again. Basket was tilty and seat was loose--if it were worse I would've traded it in. They seem like a super company. Lifesaver in a big city. Different locations had different policies whether you could ride it IN their establishment or had to park it outside and take the key. Worked easily in the elevators to cross the streets. Highly recommend for the disabled to have better access to this fun city. read more

Worst customer service and rude!! I rented 2 scooters online and paid for them . We live in Vegas and wanted them to go explore Vegas. When I called to see if we could pick them up since we were not staying at a hotel. They gave us a time to pick up. 5 minutes later a guy called us back and said we could not have them because we lived in Las Vegas. He also said he will NOT refund money for 10 days. I'll second the review by J.K. - I too was a bit worried by some of the basic typo's on the website, but decided to take a chance and I'm so happy I did. Just before my trip, I found out I need to have a hip replaced, so it was either get a scooter, or cancel, I'm glad I got the scooter - it was waiting for me at the hotel as promised, it delivered on speed, maneuverability, and distance. And there was virtually no place I couldn't get to in Vegas. The guy I spoke with was very friendly and helpful as you know in Vegas you do a lot of walking which I simply can't do with my bad back so the scooter was a life saver the battery lasted me all day on a single charge and i really liked the speed range it went pretty fast if needed I got to truly enjoy my stay in Vegas and see a lot of things on the strip and on Fremont street! I wish I could give this a negative star because 1 star is too much. I ordered a power chair for my mom on our Vegas trip straight from their website. I ordered it Aug 12. Our trip is Sept 7-11. I requested it to be delivered to the California Hotel and Casino @ 7a for breakfast. Waited in the lobby from 645-720a. No chair. Called the company, CLOSED. Couldn't wait. Went to breakfast. Went to website and seen the the operation hours 9a-5p. Watched a business video starting that they deliver to the bell desk. Went down @ 1123a to see if it was dropped off. No it wasn't. Berk desk helped and called the company. I had to explain that I ordered the chair a few weeks prior and they said they'll deliver it by noon. A little after noon berk desk said that the chair was here. Went down with my mom to retrieve chair and was amazed and very, very disappointed on the condition of the chair itself. A few places of torn vinyl at the seams of the back rest and the head rest. It was deplorable on how a business will not deliver product @ request time and the alliance of a product. Like really! I found this place online. Booked the special, 2013 Victory 10 with my credit card, online. It was delivered to the Main bell desk at Caesars. When I arrived I forgot that my host had reserved me one. I cancelled theirs since I already tested out the 702 scooter and it was fast. The CET Hotels use Scooterbug. I had the scooter from Monday - Thursday. Originally, we were to have until Saturday. We had to cut the trip short. We took it apart to transport downtown, no problem, cruised everywhere and put back together. When we came back to Caesars, we couldn't get it back together. Four bell desk guys try to help. So, I called 702 scooters which was closed at 630p. I ended up using Caesars scooter, for free, the Scooter bug. I found a big difference between the two. 702 scooter's are much faster then the Scooterbug. 702 scooter's go a long distance and fast. So, in the morning I called 702 and they said no problem, they will pick up the broken one and leave another. At this point, my entire family was enjoyed on how I got around fast and was not tired like they were, from all the walking, so, guess what???I rented everyone a scooter. We got 3 scooter's. Everyone was so happy and not tired from walking anymore. Don't forget to get the insurance in case scratches etc...happen. which happens a lot in Vegas since there is so many people. There were jealous people everywhere looking at us fly by. We looked at everyone and said, Wow, they look hell of tired, we just flew by them. Crossing the street was swift. All the hotels have ADA access, even the pedestrian bridges have elevators. At one point, we got 3 scooter's in the elevator at once. We go to Vegas all the time, at least every other month and will always rent from 702 Scooter's, it beats walking. You don't have to be disabled to use this. My back and leg were hurting so I got this to use for transportation as the strip is so long, even getting to your room from the casino floor is a chore. I have only good comments to say for 702 scooters and will stand by my word. I think this is the best scooter for the price, very fast, cruises long distances, can take very large young men, has a basket for your items. Don't forget to buy a large bag so you can add that bag by your feet to add more goodies as you fly by. It made my trip entirely different and more special. Best thing is, I wasn't tired from walking, which we did not have to do. Thanks 702 Scooters!! I will from this day forward, always reserve these scooters and have them drop it off at Caesars. Check it out online, they have the specials!!! Emerson is the one who took care of me, online and in Vegas on the phone. The prices are much better and the service is Awesome!! I have rented from them on my last two visited to Vegas and love their service. The first time I rented from them I rented the Victory 10. I stayed off the strip so there was a charge to have it delivered. The scooter was there and on time for me to pick up. I have knee issues and can barely walk. My family usually push me around in a wheelchair but with the scooter I was able to get around on my own. The second time I used them I stayed at one of the hotels on the strip so the delivery was free. This time I rented an electrical chair to try out and a Victory 10 for my mother in law. Again, the chair and scooter were there when we arrived. I wasn't too comfortable using the chair, felt like I was going to crash it. I called and asked if I could switch it out for a scooter the next day. The delivery guy called me the next morning and told me he would be there in 10 mins to switch it out...no hassle. The scooters are easy to use. They maneuver around the casino and slot machine areas easily and you will not have a problem getting them in and out of your hotel room. Also we used both scooter all day on one of our days and they stayed fully charged. If you or someone in your family has issues with walking long distances even if you don't plan on leaving the casino you are staying at, I highly recommend renting from them. Even with staying in one casino, there's a lot of walking in Vegas! read more

I broke my leg in mid-Dec and have been pathetically hobbling around my house in SoCal, depressing so I decided to hit lively Vegas for a few days. Without a good scooter, the visit would have been a bust. LVS was there for me with an easy to navigate web site, prompt delivery to my hotel, a kick ass FAST and manueverable little scooter that was a blast to zip around on, a price half that of the hotel and much cheaper than any other place I could find (they didn't even charge for the extra day I stayed!!!). And to top it all off extremely kind and courteous staff, a pleasure to deal with, boosted my morale and put a smile on my face. We were visiting Las Vegas with my uncle who had a knee replacement. We looked up Las Vegas scooters online and drove to the shop,since we weren't staying at a hotel we couldn't take advantage of the delivery service. Although the online hours said they were open until 9pm, the office was actually closed (we got there probably around 6 or 7pm). The man who helped us let us rent a scooter anyway. There was a hiccup in our night out since we had left the key at the shop. The man drove to meet us with the key on the strip so we could get on with our night. It was a great experience and so nice for my uncle to be able to see everything and not be left out. The customer service is top-notch! The experience with this company was great. My Scooter was waiting when I got to my hotel. It was a Go-GO elite traveler plus and it worked perfectly. So easy to use and get around with. There was no place I couldn't get to and nothing I wanted to see that was not accessible. This is the way to go if you have any mobility issue and I had no trouble keeping up with the rest of my family. It ran all day up and down the strip on an overnight charge. There was always a place to park it and I took the key out and left it for meals and some slot playing. It was a life-saver and made the trip! I would definitely use the scooter again. read more
