Craig arrived quickly, got my car unlocked without any damage, and since he was already there, he replaced the locks on my house so I didn't have to worry about whoever had my stolen keys. Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

I was in need of a Mobil Lock Smith to do a Building Door lock rekey. Cactus Lock came highly recommended. I called and was answers by an actual person, rather rare these days. I was scheduled and within within 12 hours the truck arrived as I was not in a Rush. The Tech was Very Professional and had Years of Experience. I needed to re-key my entire house, shed, garage, etc. I was anxious because of who had access to my house with the current locks. Called Mike to have him repair my gun safe, which I was not able to open. He said he would be happy to come out, evaluate and repair the safe, but first asked me to replace the battery associated with the locking mechanism. I was somewhat skeptical since the battery currently in place cycled the keypad adequately. However, after following Mike's advice, by replacing the battery, the safe is opening like new. He had to drill the lock to open it and left the drill shavings and lock pieces on the floor and doorway. For a service I paid almost $200 (including tip) for, I'd expect a professional job and a cleaned work site. All the tools you have in that truck and you don't carry a dust pan and hand broom?! I found this extremely unprofessional and rude. Basic clean up of your job should not be my problem, should come with the overpriced service. Do better.

He genuinely wants to solve your problem and get you taken care of. George helped me get back into my car and also made me a copy of my car key. He also chopped the lock on my shed that had never worked properly and fixed the mechanism. I thought we were going to have to rip the whole thing apart and replace everything, which I was pretty stressed about because the door was so old and I didn't want to mess with it. George came out, looked at everything, and actually figured out a way to fix it instead of just throwing parts and labor at the problem and running up the bill. I'm sure he saved me a lot of money and a lot of wasted time. Other locksmiths gave me very low upfront quotes, and I've had that happen before--then when they show up, the price ends up being many times higher. George gave me a really reasonable price over the phone, and when he arrived, the final price lined up with what he had quoted. It wasn't anywhere close to being a bait-and-switch. He also went the extra mile with the security of my doors. He backed out the old, short screws and installed much longer screws, giving my family a more secure setup and a little more protection if someone ever tried to kick the door in. I also had him replace a deadbolt and install it below the existing lock on another old door. The door sits pretty high off the ground and has a huge step-up, so this non-standard placement made more sense for the way I use the door. I asked George to do it that way, and he didn't hesitate--he just did exactly what I asked. George is a good guy, does excellent work, and always tries to go the extra mile to help. I highly recommend him and Premium KeyLock Locksmith.
