After I got the suit back the second time, I guess the suit is finished, but the quality is absolutely terrible, and they would not give me partial refund for not finishing the suit on time (which was the sole reason I paid 500 dollars for this, if I didn't need it the next day, I wouldn't pay that much for sure). This place cannot deliver their promise and the quality of service is not acceptable, especially for this crazy price.

I bought 2 dresses at a sample sale at Kleinfield's, and both needed adjustments. One more so than the other. Sam took the original dress and essentially re-made into a different dress that fit my vision, which was not easy by any means. The dress didn't entirely fit as well and I was very nervous I made a mistake buying the dress. Sam is extremely detail-orientated, and wants everything for his clients to be perfect. I'm so happy we both went to him for our big day. My husbands suit fits him perfectly and the color and pattern were exactly what he was looking for as well. Thank you Sam for everything!

I was looking for a tailor who was dedicated to being a tailor, as opposed to a dry-cleaner who does alterations in a small corner of their shop. At Sam Leung I found a clean place, who serves one customer at a time. There was a waiting line for service, which I took as a good sign. They have a large and private dressing room to measure garments for alterations. I had 4 pairs of pants that Daniel patiently measured. He gave me a price and a pick up date. The pants were ready a few days early and I am 100% satisfied with the results! This is the place for my alteration needs! I will have to check out their custom made clothes next.

I have been shopping and loving Tuckernuck for the past four years. All my purchasing was done on line. Their customer service online was incredible and they had helped me find the perfect sizes & styles. There was only one time when I had to exchange an item for a different size. When I heard that they would be opening on the Upper East Side, I quite literally jump for joy! Well, maybe it could be better describe as I shopped joyously! I was there on opening day. The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. On the opening day, I was gifted some delightful special items. On that particular day, I was doing shopping for an event. The woman who helped me was very honest in terms of what looked good on me, what looked okay and what looked fantastic. I also made some impulse buys, how could I resist? I bought two lovely dresses, three pairs of stunning shoes, two sweaters, a Barbour (especially designed for Tuckernuck) jacket, a handbag and jewelry. This is my kind of paradise! I went back again last week and walked out, with several beautifully curated classics with a twist! They carry a great selection of stables and special occasion items. Tuckernuck isn't overtly trendy. It's not the type of merchandise that you'll wear for six months and then realize it's already out of fashion. I am in my 50's and have no trouble finding gorgeous styles that are age appropriate without, having to forgo fashionable, chic and classy. Their customer base is wide. I contacted Tuckernuck again and they apologized and sent me a new link for 25% off. That didn't work either. Eventually, I heard back from a gal named Zarina who apologized for any confusion but the discount codes sent to me yesterday expired the day before. My confusion is, why would Tuckernuck still be sending me a link to purchase with a discount code if it expired? And then send another one to fix it that also expired and get a sorry for any confusion message but no discount for you today! I am proud to have had careers for companies who stand for delivering an exceptional and memorable customer experience including most recently, Nordstrom. I thought I'd give Tuckernuck a shot this holiday season but unfortunately they fell seriously short of my basic expectations.
