They made the entire experience so easy. Gala the shop manager handled my alteration herself and she is such a Pro- very knowledgeable and helpful, and the item fits SO WELL! I also appreciated that she let me know that it was common to need fine tuning, and that they had a policy in place if I found I was in need of adjustments. I didn't manage to get any good pictures during the event because the lighting was not good, but I am COMPLETELY satisfied. Definitely worth the price-the service is fantastic! Shqipe is their master tailor and fitter - she is absolutely incredible. I came in towards the end of the day with jeans that needed a new zipper and a cashmere sweater with a hole in the middle of it that a lot of people said may not be able to be fixed due to the nature of the fabric, stitching, and hole. Shqipe fixed both FLAWLESSLY AND DAY OF. Shqipe is amazing and such a nice and sweet person - I cannot recommend this place (and her, especially) enough!!! read more
