The school is very well run - with top notch communication and a staff of talented, caring teachers. The staff put on regular education nights for parents, and with no judgment, really helped me identify how to be the best mom I can be. While in the Kindergarten program, our son was asked to be a leader in the classroom and take on more responsibilities. It was so wonderful to watch him thrive and be cared for by an entire staff of smart, devoted, and empathetic women. Thank you so much, MCG, for giving our son the best start! When they started attending public school, each of my children was ahead academically. One of our boys can be a bit rigid and challenging, and his teacher Ms. Jennie worked with him so well that he soared academically and behaviorally. Their hours are good for working parents and they even have fun summer programs.

We were referred to this place from a friend who also had kids there, and assumed Our first time with a daycare will go smoothly. I DO NOT recommend taking Your child here. The first day (and only day) we dropped off our 13 month old there, we were told that he did not sleep, and had a fever...AFTER his mother had picked him up. We noticed that he had a bruise on his head as well, and only after pressing them for more information they told us that he was banging his head on the crib. Few things to point out- In their own policies, if the child gets hurt in anyway they will contact the parents. My gf was told when she picked him up. The pictures they send throughout the day shows that he got the bruise HOURS before she showed up. Next is the fact that he developed a fever and they STILL did not notify us until he was picked up. And finally, after probing them for the policy violations they committed they admitted that it was a mistake on their part and they should have notified us IMMEDIATELY. I cannot convey my anger enough in this review because after we took him home so he could finally sleep and tend to his fever, he had a fibril seizure and was transported to the hospital. He was at Kindercare for 6 hours...and everything I was worried about having random people taking care of my child was validated. So to sum it all up, on the FIRST DAY our child: -could not be put to sleep -was neglected long enough for him to bang his head against a crib to develop a bruise on his head -developed a fever which the parents were not told until he was picked up. Like I said they admitted they did not follow their own policy so we received a full refund for the week, because we were NEVER coming back. On a side note he is doing better at a different daycare, obviously better taken care of than at this place. So if you're looking for a place for your infant, like another reviewer said on here DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE.

The genuine care they showed to our kids (and our whole family, honestly) for the past four years has been extraordinary. My kids were happy to walk through those doors every single day. We were always greeted by smiling staff members. The kids learned so much from the curriculum they used. The teachers made everything so fun! (Ms. Pam, our kids were talking about your St Patrick's shenanigans JUST today- you created memories they'll never forget). We took advantage of the phonics enrichment they offered (Ms. Alison, we love you!) All kids also received some Spanish curriculum, too! We received pictures, notes, and updates daily through their app. The directors, Ms. Rachna and Ms. Alyssa, are simply wonderful. They work so hard to make the center a true community, and we enjoyed all the daycare parties they hosted outside of normal hours to allow families to connect and socialize. Our kids were safe, well-fed (thank you, Ms. Jackie!), loved, and engaged every day. Leaving this place for elementary school was genuinely so difficult because of the relationships we built here. Each week we receive an education plan with what the focuses are. We are impressed by the carry over from classroom to our home. Our son is about to count to 10, sing his ABCs, and tell us about his day--and he's not even 2! AC provides such a caring, structured environment. We get updates constantly throughout the day of what our child eats, photos, videos etc. The teachers are always accessible and extremely responsive with their communication. They have been extremely kind and accommodating for our family, especially when it comes to scheduling. My child is my whole world.
