I came here a few months ago in hopes that I would have an amazing experience. I got SNS nails with a tip. The woman doing my nails seemed fairly new. This is by far the best place I have ever gotten my nails done at. Amy is my go to girl. She does an amazing job! I get dip powder and it last for 3 weeks before I have to get a refill. I am writing an update on Caesars Nails & Spa. I had a facial there yesterday and it was really nice! it was well worth the price! The staff now wear name tags which is really nice so that when come back you can request that person. They time the foot massage for 5 minutes and that is also really nice. Went to Caesars late on a Sunday. They were very professional and did a great job with my manicure and pedicure!

I've only been here twice. The first time was excellent, and the nail tech did a great job. The orange nails are from the first nail tech. However, my second time was frustrating!!!!!! I had a different nail tech who immediately was impatient towards me picking a color. I almost walked out because she stood next to me and kept asking me what color. So rude! Then she shaped my nails poorly as well as painted them with dip. When I spoke up, she combated with me and gave excuses. Ironically because the first nail tech at the same salon did not make the same mistakes. So I guess it's a toss-up on who can do nails well and who can't. I'm not confrontational, so I paid, I tipped, and I said they're fine. But I lied. I'm disappointed with my nails and have to spend more money to fix them at a new salon. I'd recommend asking for the best nail tech and making an appointment. I regret not doing this because it my second time here and I left with tacky nails for my birthday coming up. I will say it's a beautiful salon with excellent service overall. I enjoyed my pedicure. But definitely wouldn't recommend coming here unless you know who to go too. The odds of you getting a nail tech like I did today is all apart of the probability. $100 for that possibility is not worth it. read more

This lady cut my nails too short and when I acknowledged it and asked them to be taken off she gave me a face and said ok but then wanted me to pay her an extra five dollars when she was the one that made the mistake of cutting my nails too short and not only that but when she was taking them off she was not careful and she literally hurted my nails... Very nice decor unfortunately the service wasn't as great. Needed a simple full set removal & manicure. I was forgotten about several times, they had to soak my hands in acetone repeatedly due to errors, & my nail polish looks messy. I expect to have moisturizers, polished looking hands after a manicure but they were dry, sloppy, & uneven. read more

Horrible experience,this place is a huge lawsuit waiting to happen ,my daughter my self and my husband came for pedicures and my daughter wanted her nails from prom soaked off , first the pedicures were trash it looks like a toddler painted our toes and my husband said the lady acted like she did not want to do his pedicure at all then they shaved my daughters nails almost to the meat they did not soak the fake nails off I am so scared my baby is going to get sick from this and she cried when we left because her fingers were throbbing and she did not want to tell me in the salon because she knew how upset I would get at these people because my daughter has an auto immune disorder and it is dangerous when she gets hurt and she is scared she will get sick now I am so angry and I told the guy there the service was poor before I even knew what they had done to my daughter and he said ok 20 percent discount then over charged me !!!!!! read more

I came here to get my nail fixed yesterday around 4pm. After 3/4 hours my nail completely broke off. I called around 8pm and they were obviously closed. I called the next morning (today) at 11:31am and she told me no one would be available until 5 or 6pm for one nail to be fixed. So I called back private and asked if they had availability for a full set for powder nails and a pedicure and all of a sudden someone could be available at 2:30pm( more money to be made vs a fixed nail that would be free you do the connection) An approximate 2 hour service verses a 15 minute service. Mind you when I was being serviced on yesterday the nail tech told me that they were going to be protesting today and that she couldn't wait until they stopped so business could go back to normal. When I came in to speak with the manager he never acknowledged my presence when the receptionist told him I needed to speak with him. He kept responding to her in his language and she "He said you're going to have to wait until he's finished what he is doing to talk to him" so I said "ok I'll wait" (I'm assuming they thought I wouldn't say I'd wait) So after I stepped out to make a phone call he called me back in and I fully explained everything to him. He kept cutting me off and saying he don't have time to explain and if I could sit down so he could just fix my nail then asked why I didn't go back to my original place to begin with (mind you I have a black nail tech now but she's typically not available for same day booking). As I took a picture of the nail he starts talking to the receptionist (at this point he's all in my phone oh well don't care) he says "1 bad review 2 bad reviews don't matter) Which is why I stopped doing business with these nails places. Do not just read this and say "seeeeee same here it's their loss". Take action. First off the decor is great, you're greeted at the door, they get you started right away, and they have a great variety of nail polishes to choose from. I have made 3 visits as I really wanted to give it a fair chance. First visit was for for a pink/White refill. Nails lifted and work was sloppy. Second visit was for a full set. They stayed on well, but the thickness was uneven and the white tips were inconsistent. I spent too much time fixing. Third and very last visit was for a dip. Hard to mess up, or so I thought. Had 6 or 10 nails chipped in FIVE DAYS. This was simply from day-to-day wear and tear of someone in bed with the flu. No more money will be wasted here. It's really sad. it is a nice place with good hours so I was ok with spending a little more, but not for poor quality. read more
