There's a meme on Twitter that says "we don't build monuments anymore." That's not true! I do believe that Caesar's Palace is a monument and it's celebrating 60 years this year! I love its commitment to the bit. It's monumental and fun--it truly does feel like a Roman palace with some kitsch. It's fun. It's huge. It's bright. They have so many restaurants inside--I did enjoy Peter Luger's Steakhouse, Giada's, Nobu, Dominique Ansel, and more. An old coworker loved their pool. We came here for a conference and she said she was excited to stay at Caesar's because of the pool. It's pricey but luxurious. The workout room has a Peloton and is very spacious. Rooms are pretty roomy. Customer service is fine--it helps if you gamble a lot, but even if you don't there is something for you! (Like the Absinthe show!) I love the big David statue and the shops. Sadly, on the first day/night, we discovered "cheeto" looking crumbs in the bed, so we called housekeeping and had our sheets changed. 2.7 Stars??! There is no way-it should be ZERO!!!! Caesars Palace was a nightmare that I couldn't wake up from. I wouldn't go back there if they gave me a free week-that's how terrible their customer "non-existent" service is. *From start to finish not giving us the right room that I RESERVED to taking HOURS to deliver our rollaway bed (because they could not and would not give me a two bed room, or give me a second room for three people!!!) THIS WAS NOT EVEN IN THE TOWER I HAD RESERVED AND PAID FOR!!! To keeping us up until the middle of the morning waiting for said piece of crap bed. I believe the only reason I got it is because I had to CALL-AND KEEP GOING DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK. I don't think they had any real intention on sending one since we waited till three in the morning for it. Then the next day I have to go back down myself INSTEAD of THEM handling it for me, to see if they have any two bedrooms available. They did and were going to switch me and text me when it was ready. Do you think that ever happened? No!! And by the way-how LONG did it take them to deliver our luggage to our second room? Two MORE hours that we wasted and I'll never get back waiting for this so we could try to make the plans we had made. Not to mention standing in disgusting water in the shower because it wouldn't drain. K-cups aren't included, so you have to buy theirs or go to Starbucks. Caesar's-I hope you go bankrupt soon. Stayed here in mid July with a friend who is a diamond plus Caesars member. At check in we were treated like complete crap by a lady who seemed extremely bothered to help us out. That was the start of my experience. The gambling floor was nice, table minimums are as expected, extremely expensive, however that's just the way it is so I wasn't surprised by that. The room was subpar for what you pay. Could find a working ice machine either. The pool area was nice. Restaurants also had terrible service. The Stanton Social had good food but again, the service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE for the premium price you pay. It's likely that I'll gamble at Caesars establishments again, but I'll avoid staying there and eating that at all costs. read more

Ah finally had a chance to stay at the glorious Caesars Palace after all these years. I don't think I need to do it again. Long line to check in on a weeknight. Service was okay. In the Colosseum Tower, the elevator doors were painfully slow. Everyone who got on thought they were broken. In the bathroom, the shower drain was disgustingly clogged. Made a call to maintenance and they were able to get it addressed before I got back to my room in the afternoon. The room itself was fine otherwise. I only drank the Fuji mini bar water for $16, but plenty of options otherwise. Some of the celebrity endorsed restaurants on site are tourist traps, some are better, but everything will be pricey regardless. Forum Shops, gambling and other entertainment are conveniently located. Didn't have time to hit up the pool. I wouldn't mind staying again, but it also wouldn't be near the top of the list. read more

Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is a great place to stay, right in the heart of the Strip. I stayed in the Augustus Tower and got a fountain view room, which was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, with gold and granite details everywhere, especially in the hallways and elevators, adding to its luxurious feel. The casino and restaurants are all within walking distance, making it super convenient. The only downside is that parking is a little far. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience! read more

Sitting right in the center of the Strip, it feels like a self contained city where you could easily spend an entire stay without stepping outside of the resort. The scale alone is impressive, from the expansive casino that seems to spill endlessly from one grand space to the next to the Forum Shops, which I always enjoy wandering through even if I am just window shopping. Everything here is dramatic, busy, and unapologetically extra, which somehow still works. It's iconic for a reason and delivers that classic Vegas feeling the moment you walk in. read more

Our dear friends who are 7* got us a comped room at the Julius tower in a standard king size bed. Nothing special. Felt budget friendly like at Harrahs. I heard other towers are better. I would think a hotel like this would have a fridge in each room. Instead you must request one separate from what they already have, a fridge full of drinks with sensors. It was clean and had many mirrors and outlets. The restroom had double sink and a large shower. The casino itself is bright. Too bright for me at the tables. Plenty of slots. 25 dining options. The celebrity food hall is for quick dining, Bacchanal buffet, two steak houses, Chinese, Italian, etc. Omni's nightclub. The pool is huge but I feel like there's too much shade from all the buildings. There's a pet relief area outside the front entrance. Ahhh Caesars Palace, what an amazing hotel and casino! While we've visited here many times, we've never stayed at the hotel so I cannot attention to the room accommodations. The decor and attention to detail is immaculate. Definitely taking it all in front the floor all the way up top. Caesars Palace is home to the Shoppes and free show every hour. From slots to tables to high roller games, and sports betting, not to mention some of the more high end restaurants (Bobby Flays restaurants, steak houses, Gorden Ramseys restaurant, Guy Fieri restaurant...etc), and a cigar bar, Caesars offers a little something for everyone. If heading to the strip, definitely check them out! During certain holidays there is items for sale and they have an outside bar to enjoy the weather before hitting a show or restaurant or a little gambling. Located right next to Bellagio. read more

I will mainly be talking about the casino area of Caesars since I didn't stay in their hotel. We went here for dinner and to walk around on our Vegas trip. It's Caesars so you have to at least go check it out right? Overall, I loved it here. The food court had a bunch of options like Chicken Guy which is always a fan favorite in our house. We ended up eating at Gordon Ramsay's Pub which was so good. The Beef Wellington there is amazing but don't sleep on the sticky toffee pudding. For the gambling side of things, I usually only play craps and roulette which they had plenty of options here for. But one of the cooler things was being able to walk around the shops in here too and it is such a cool experience to be indoors but have it feel like you are walking around in an outdoor market. Gotta love Vegas. Overall, I will definitely come back to Caesars next time I am in Vegas. I think it should be a mandatory stop for any trip out on the strip. read more

We live in Vegas & recommended Caesars to our friends from out of town they paid for an upgrade at the front desk & the suite was in the Augustus Tower. We all went up to the room, the suite was very pretty. My friend grabbed a glass to get some water & they all had lipstick stains on them, disgusting! My friend called housekeeping & was told they could only bring up 2 glasses she then asked for 6 paper cups & was told they could only provide 4 paper cups!! We went to the Bacchanal Buffet which was wonderful however all employees there looked irritated. We also tried Peter Luger which was great as well. My friend booked a cabana at the pool for Saturday. The service provided by John & Riley was excellent!!! Riley was providing cocktails to all the cabanas & pool by herself because 2 employees called out & she was still smiling & friendly. I cannot believe that this poor girl had to work alone & that no additional employees were called in to assist her! Caesar's use to be one of the top hotels in town but not anymore. I have visited Caesars Palace many many years ago. Coming back here with my eldest daughter recently brought back some good memories. I still remember The Atlantis Show, but it's different now. It's still a good show though. I do not gamble so the slot machines and tables do not entertain me. However, I do like to walk around, window shop, and enjoy great eats. The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace has great stores to check out and restaurants to try out. They have done a very good job renovating the walkways. I love the statues. Btw, David is here! Our stay at Caesars Palace was disappointing, mainly because of the poor customer service at the front desk. From arrival to checkout, the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. We asked about early check-in and were barely acknowledged. Even after paying for an upgraded suite and early check-in, we were given a room overlooking the parking lot and a rundown building. At checkout, there was confusion about valet charges, and when I asked the front desk for clarification, I was met with attitude instead of help. The room itself was also underwhelming for a suite, with no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee for the Keurig, and the shower never got hotter than lukewarm. The only bright spot was the valet and bell staff, who were friendly and professional. After many years of visiting Las Vegas, this was one of our least hospitable hotel experiences, and we will not be returning to Caesars Palace. read more

Absolutely wonderful experience. We stayed here for two nights and truly enjoyed every moment. We arrived around 12:30 pm and paid an additional $35 for early check-in, but it was well worth it as we were upgraded to an Octavius room with a built-in jacuzzi tub. I recommend to check in online using their portal before arriving here. You can skip a long line and complete check in process using a kiosk in the lobby. A $200 security deposit was required at check-in. The room was very spacious and faced the pool area, offering a beautiful garden view. The hotel itself is massive and has the Forum Shops attached, which adds to the overall luxury experience. We loved exploring the property, it really feels like living in Rome, with epic and stunning architecture throughout. They offer a very good buffet (around $100 per person), and I highly recommend signing up for Caesars Rewards to collect points. There's also a Starbucks on-site, perfect for quick coffee runs. The location is excellent, you can walk to most places on the Strip within minutes. As a nice gesture, they extended our checkout time to 1:00 pm at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. Let me clarify my checkin remark. We came here yesterday for the buffet. We parked in the parking garage, it was a nice easy walk through the casino to get to the Buffett. The problem is, if you come in and follow the wall around to the right you come to a set of stairs to get to the buffet. There is no ADA accessibility there. Around the corner there is an elevator for ADA but it is out of order. There are NO signs that direct you to walk to the other side of the restaurants to get to a ramp that will take you down. It's a little farther walk which is not bad but a place like this should be well marked to serve ADA clients. So Ceasars as a hotel/casino failed here with poor signage but has a lot to offer. read more

We were out here caught Def Leppard at the Coliseum at Caesars Palace. A very nice venue... although I wouldn't say it's anything above Mohegan Sun or even Turning Stone's arena. We did a little gambling prior to the show and of course there's the drink price bloat of Las Vegas. Pretty cool crowd from all over the country coming to see these old geezers who are actually still very good. It's painfully apparent that Vegas is losing its panache due to competition and quite frankly it's just overpriced and quite honestly in the middle of wasteland. We came to Las Vegas to celebrate my twins' 21st birthday and stayed at Caesars Palace. We expected things to be expensive--we're happy to spend for quality and enjoy great experiences--but what we encountered felt excessive across the board. At the pool, there were three of us. We ordered two piña coladas (which apparently came in a large size), three soda waters (not bottled, just soda water), and one small apparel item. The bill came out to $169 before tip. The server suggested a $28 tip, bringing the total to nearly $200--and that's before tax. That alone was shocking, but it didn't stop there. Throughout our stay, we paid around $8 for a regular coffee, $9 for a lemon loaf, and $10 for bottled water. These are basic items, not luxury experiences, yet the pricing was consistently inflated everywhere we went. There was also very little transparency. No one explained pricing clearly at the pool, especially regarding drink sizes or costs, which made the final bill even more frustrating. We are not budget travelers--we enjoy spending and celebrating--but this felt unreasonable and out of proportion. There's a difference between premium pricing and feeling taken advantage of. Las Vegas used to feel like a place where you could indulge and enjoy yourself. Now it feels like you're being overcharged at every turn. If you're visiting, I strongly recommend asking for prices before ordering anything, even something as simple as water or coffee. I give them one star because of the parking fee. I was well under the parking time for "residents" we get 3 hours free. Well, I had to pay 25 for 2.5 hours of parking time. The scanners do not work for local driver's licenses. This is not the first time that this has happened. Been to other resorts and the scanners don't read the bar codes on the back of the ID. I would have hit the call button but with 20 cars sitting behind me to get out, I paid the money. Fix this stuff! read more

Caesars Palace remains a marvel. It's always changing but always amazing. It's an easy place to get lost in (as I did my first time in Vegas). But if you do happen to get lost, you're at least getting lost in a cool place with a lot of great amenities. I was sad when my business conference was moved from Caesars Palace to the vastly inferior Planet Hollywood. Hopefully the next time I attend it will be back at Caesars Palace. read more

I recommend avoiding Caesars properties. My daughter and her mom (locals) booked a show and a room for a big night out. Upon check-in they were informed that they overbooked and would not be staying at Caesars. They were told that they needed to cross the street and stay at The LINQ. My daughter told them that her mom was in a wheelchair and it would be difficult to cross The Strip. They would not help them. During their trek across the Strip her mom fell out of the wheelchair. During check-in they found that they were assigned a room with 2 twin beds (not what they paid for). My daughter explained their situation but they would not supply transportation back to Caesars for the concert so they took a cab. I think Caesars totally messed up on this one. read more

This is my all-time favorite hotel to stay at Caesar's Palace is truly top-notch. There are many great hotels in Vegas, like Wynn and Encore, but I have a special place in my heart for Caesar's. It's perfectly located on the Strip and I love staying here. Whenever I'm in Vegas, I make sure to stay at Caesar's. Very nice room and a comfortable stay! The bed was firm but pillows were a bit hard for me but that was just my preference. The bathroom was very nice. One part I didn't like was at one point hot water stopped working. We had to calla guest service to have it fixed. The annoying part was she told me I had to keep checking when the water will be fixed because they would not call me which I did not like. I feel like someone should call and let me know instead of having me keep checking it.. But they fixed it quickly and the hot water started to work. Someone later called me to check if the hot water was working or not even though the first lady told me nobody would call. This place has everything you would need! Casino, fancy restaurants and shops, food courts, pools, etc. However, everything here is so overpriced that I rather go out and eat somewhere else. One margaritas is already $23 not including tips. Very happy with our choice to stay at Caesar's Palace (my first time there and my Hubs' second), and we both agree we would stay here again. Great location (middle of The Strip), loads of restaurants on hotel grounds, great club (Omnia), multiple different extras (like the Montecristo Cigar Bar) and it was very clean at all times, everywhere we went inside Caesar's. We stayed in the Octavius Tower, it is far back in the hotel but the room is a great size. The mini bar does have sensor plates so do not move anything or you will get charged. Also upon check-in and receiving our room keys we were told not to keep the room key card too close to your phone or it can demagnetize it. Check-in was a breeze, the checkout would have been a breeze but one staff member said we can do the express checkout via the kiosk and after putting in my credit card, then my driver's license it asked for more identification which was just odd, so we stepped back into the normal line and did checkout the old fashioned way (which is completely fine by me). I would absolutely recommend giving Caesar's Palace a try if you are looking for a great hotel on The Strip. read more

Not so good stay this time. Front self check-in shutdown and asked to get in a lonnngggggg line. Had already pre-checked in online and only needed a key. The rewards member line was shorter however only one associate serving that line and taking a very long time. The other line moved twice as fast. Finally checked in and provided a room with a crummy rooftop view - usually upgraded. Bathroom has no vent and smelled like smoke and poop. Otherwise a nice time. Cashed in winning Super Bowl tickets, won on a sports wager and had a nice meal. May try some of the other properties next time. Love Caesar's Palace but not so much this visit. read more

This was one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing dining experiences I've had in Las Vegas. Right from the start, the front receptionist, Griselda, was extremely unprofessional. Her tone and behavior toward us felt noticeably different compared to how other customers were treated. Whether intentional or not, it came across as discriminatory, and it left a very bad first impression that set the tone for the entire visit. She was also unreasonably strict about enforcing reservation timing, refusing to let people in even when the restaurant was clearly empty. Normally I'd understand strict policies if the place were packed or food quality justified it--but that wasn't the case here. Once inside, it became obvious why they might want to limit guests. The food was subpar, poorly seasoned, and absolutely not worth the price. For a buffet carrying the Caesars name, the quality felt shockingly low and overpriced. What made it worse was the overall vibe from the front desk: it genuinely felt like we weren't welcome, like they'd rather you leave than dine there. There was zero warmth, zero customer service, and the attitude felt dismissive--as if helping guests was an inconvenience and scrolling on a phone was the priority. Between the poor service and the disappointing food, this buffet is nowhere near worth the cost. There are far better places in Vegas where you'll actually feel welcomed and get food that matches the price. I won't be returning. read more

An amazing casino that remind you of the Roman Forum with their architecture and the statues and the ambiance! They have planned the casino in such a way that you would never want to leave the place. My friends and I came to stay on the Strip for our trip to Las Vegas. I stayed at the Linq but my friends stayed at Caesars Palace. While I did not sleep at Caesars Palace, I did visit all the gambling spots, Lounge, shops, and the room they were staying in. The Caesars Palace is one of the more popular locations on the strip. It was always packed with people and very busy. I love the energy at this casino. There were long lines for the restaurants and even getting on the elevator. Rooms were two full size beds. I've been coming to Caesar's palace since I was a young girl with my family. We came into town to see the Formula 1 races and decided to stay at Caesar's. Since this is the hotel that we've always stated as well as the mirage. There are parking garages, Valley and ride share. Keep in mind that this location is very busy, especially when there's an event in town. So pack patients and bring walking shoes. I must say, I was a little disappointed. The rooms are a mix of dated with a little, just a little upgrade. I always do a wipe down of all the high touch areas when I go to a hotel, and I must say that there wasn't much dirt on my cleaning cloth. There was some dirt that came up from the bathroom floor but not enough to complain, as we know, these workers are overworked and are given a short amount of time to clean the room and turn it around for a new guest. The couch was dirty and in need of cleaning or replaced. The carpet needed cleaning. the bathroom lights kept flickering. There was a missing bulb and stains on the ceiling. Awful! I didn't call down to have my room changed due to rooms being all booked. The Wi-Fi and phone service in this tower was awful!!!!!! I did like the process that they use. When you call down to the front desk to get assistance, you can opt to have a text sent to your phone. You text your question and receive an instant answer. When I called to the Tech Support to get connected to the internet, James was very helpful. overall, I was disappointed with the room at Caesar's palace. I doubt if I will be back unless it's a comp. This was a great hotel for a toddler who enjoyed the various pools. We were hesitant to bring a toddler to Las Vegas but this hotel made it convenient to grab a quick bite and kept her busy swimming. I wish the parking lot wasn't so far from our room since it was a journey to stroll her to the car. Overall it was a great choice to stay for a few nights. Caesar's Palace is a good Casino. We hung out here and got our gambling on and drink on. My girl does not drink, but we had fun doing a little bit of Black Jack and Texas Hold em. We won some and lost some. I didn't hit rock bottom tho. We still came home with lots of money in our pockets. Caesar's is one of Vegas oldest casinos. Its always a pleasure to visit. read more

I love this place. I love the way it looks from the strip I love the design. My favorite part is going through Caesars Palace mall shopping center not for the shops, but for the pink and blue clouds and lastly, I love this place because the hangover was filmed here. read more

One of the central jewels of the Vegas strip for a reason! We did not stay here but played here on a recent trip. Like other casinos, you have your variety of slots and table games, tons of space and options to keep you endlessly entertained if gambling is your thing. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are also some of the best on offer on the strip; you can easily spend the day exploring. Convenient, central location on the strip to where you can walk to other nearby casinos easily. read more

Caesars is one of the oldest hotels on the strip, and the age shows. The main lobby has kept its shiny appearance, but the rest of the hotel looks pretty tired, particularly the casino and the rooms. The rooms, in particular, are tired and dark, even if the bathrooms have been remodeled more recently. I find it odd that they include a coffee maker that utilizes pods in the room....but they don't provide pods. Even without the pool being open, the hotel is huge with its large ballrooms and convention center-like facilities to its multiple towers to the performance arena for Adele to the shops at the Forum. They have quite a selection of restaurants, particularly reasonably-priced restaurants, at the hotel which provide lots of dining options. read more
