We were there a total of two hour and despite spending money inside there was no clear validation process, and the fee feels like a complete rip-off. During the game, Pittsburgh Steelers vs Raiders (which was also local) the place was busy and loud... that's not a criticism, just a comment on why I didn't stay, wasn't in the mood. Sorta unrelated...I don't use Caesars, but I use BetMGM. But I may sign-up. I don't live in LV, so my app wasn't available. I played up to diamond elite last year and this year already I'm a diamond plus. I do not drink alcohol or sodas, I just learned that the Starbucks and Nook Express drinks that I look forward to when playing at a Caesar's property, and the bottled waters at certain locations I frequent, are no longer available to me as a diamond elite rewards card holder which is costly to achieve. Shame on Caesars properties for abruptly removing the one perk that got me to show up at your casinos to play slots. I don't even use your staycation offers because I'm a local and like to stay at my house. Honestly, I hope you lose lots of business as a result since I feel like I've been ripped off by Caesars. I lost way more money playing Caesars slots even this year than the cost of the drinks that you have taken from me without adequate notice. Even though you can remove any perk without any notice, that doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. Caesars Palace is trying to automate its services to reduce the number of employees, but the attempt has led to a poor customer experience. Their online booking systems for services like cabanas and spa appointments don't work correctly. I tried to book a cabana online, but the checkout process failed, and my activity was flagged as fraud. There's no way to get the same price by booking in person. Booking the spa was slightly easier, but the staff was unhelpful when I asked to bypass the online system. Some didn't know what to do, and others were blatantly rude. They should test new processes before releasing them to ensure they work correctly. As a tech-savvy 30-year-old, I couldn't get their systems to work. During my trip with my 75-year-old grandfather, a 7-star member, he was frustrated on the first day due to these issues. Caesars Palace needs to address these problems because it frustrates their customers. If they don't care about that, they should know that transactional friction can negatively impact their revenue. People spend less when they can't check out and happy customers come back and spend more money. read more

Having stayed at Caesars several time over the past 5 years, I can truly say this recent visit will be my last. I'm not sure what has happened to this hotel but it has gone way down hill, especially for what they charge. Maybe it is a result of the pandemic or perhaps they're just too big to sustain itself financially but what I experienced was ridiculous. First off, let's start with the room. Everything seemed fine when I checked in and saw the room at first glance until I started noticing little things like how cheap the towels were compared to previous visits here (mind you I was staying in the Augustus Tower in an upgraded room). Theres also a kuerig machine but no coffee pods. Odd, right? I've stayed in a LOT of hotels where they provide a coffee machine which included the coffee as well. Not here for some odd reason! Honestly, this didn't bother me as much since I always get my coffee at a Starbucks or elsewhere. There was also no in-room dining menu. Apparently it is online and it's basically just you choosing food from some of the restaurants downstairs and they "deliver it" you. They don't have a true room service where there's a kitchen dedicated to making food for guests rooms. Then there was the state of the drawers and cabinets. They looked very disheveled and worn. They had worn spots where I guess knobs or handles used to be but they removed for some reason and never bothered to paint over them to make it look nicer. Now lets talk about on of the biggest issues I had while I was staying there for 5 days. Out of 5 days, my room was only cleaned TWICE!! And that is only because I had to call and complain MULTIPLE times before anyone came to clean it. Is this a joke?? Isn't maid service standard at most hotels, especially Vegas hotels on the strip? I couldn't believe I had such a hard time getting my roomed cleaned. It's such a standard thing, even at lesser quality places like Marriott or Hyatts. Add to the fact they were charging a VERY expensive "resort fee" which, according to them includes maid service. On one of the phone calls to the front desk to complain, the woman I talked to actually admitted that if you don't specifically ask for your room to be cleaned on a daily basis, they won't clean it. WTF?? Finally, they make you pay for EVERYTHING. It's like they're nickel and dimming guests now. Honestly, for the price I ended up paying, I could've stayed at one of the nicer, BETTER hotels like Bellagio or maybe even Wynn/Encore. If none of the above would bother you, then by all means stay here but if you're like me and expect certain standard services (like maid service), don't waste your money. Stayed here for a work conference. It's convenience and there was A LOT of restaurants to choose from which I liked. Room was nice, big and pretty clean. The front staff were nice and friendly. The staff even wished me an early happy birthday (after looking at my ID). I liked that the entrance to the tower elevators had a security 24/7 to ensure only guests with a key card could enter. I felt safe going to my room. The casino was less to be desired though. Older machines and I couldn't find a wheel of fortune anywhere! I had to go to a neighboring casino. Online checkin and checkout was convenient but for checkin, you still had to wait in that long line. Checkout was done online. One tip is that you need to check your bill!!! There was a large group from our company that attended the conference and each of us got a different price. Some had the resort fee tacked on or the wifi fee. I got a fee for the mini bar which I never used! I need to call them in the morning to get my $70.44 removed from my bill! read more

$25 dollars for a 40 minute parking! Are you serious? Long story short I went to Self Parking at Caesars Palace so I can buy a souvenir from Hell's Kitchen. All I did was walk for 15 minutes to buy my stuff and go back to my car. I went to pay for my ticket and it said $25. Even the people in front of me was pissed. Just to give you an idea of how much of a ripoff this was....I went to Dallas the other day to see the eclipse and used their DART transportation system for only $6 for the entire day...This 40 minute parking ticket for Caesars Palace was 4 TIMES more than that! read more

I felt compelled to write about what's happening with many of the Sportsbooks in Las Vegas and mainly with Caesar's Entertainment owned Hotels. You won't hear much about it until you arrive a d try and take a seat, but they now charge you a fee to sit in the Sportsbook. Depending on where you sit the cost will vary and it will be your seat for the day. The charges vary from $50 up to $150. Bigger events (Super Bowl, NBA All Star game Etc) will see bigger pricing increases. Yes the Sportsbook at Caesar's Palace is nice and was remodeled about 8-10 years ago. If you decide to make a sports bet you will not be able to sit and watch without paying a fee. Sadly, it's all pandemic related as they try and recoup what they've lost over the past few years. So in addition to all the fees and taxes you pay when you visit Las Vegas including a resort fee, parking fee, cabana fee, cabana tax and yes a tax on the cabana tax. Isn't Caesar's Entertainment brilliant? So getting back to the fees to sit and watch the sports you just bet on. The answer is just use the app on your phone or computer to bet and stay home and enjoy the sports on your own tv. If you support the fees, they will continue to charge them. read more

We booked two rooms at Caesar's Palace because we had tickets to see The Killers at the Coliseum Theatre. We made the reservations through Priceline and paid in advance. When we checked in, Caesar's collected a mandatory resort fee of $56.63 per person as well as an additional $100 refundable deposit per room. Somehow when they were placing the preauthorization on my credit card, they managed to duplicate the fees so I have 4 separate holds of $156.63. Very thoughtless and inconvenient. Accommodation over priced. Upgraded to a suite and the suite was tired. Wall repairs very rough and poor finish "Holiday Inn"style. Handle fell off the shower. Remote touch screen not responding when using buttons. Less than 1/2 the jets in the jet tub worked and had not been cleaned properly. Scum present when jets started. This used to be such a good sports book. It may be the most popular but it doesn't seem that crowded. This is off to the side in the casino. It looks classy. Too bad the staff isn't as well. One reviewer mentioned how there's a new bar. That sounds cool. Unfortunately it's blocking the view. It may be fun betting but don't bet on getting good service here. The staff is rudely slow. It's like this even when it's not busy. This place unfortunately has staff with the same uncaring attitude you find in the rest of the hotel. I'm going to be primarily talking about the hotel for this review. The grounds are beautiful but that's about all to say about them. The casino is the same as you'll see anywhere on the strip just with that Roman flare. First off it's kinda insane how far away the rooms are from the parking lot. Trust me it is not fun trying to get bags through a casino. The check in desk also always has a super long line. We had to wait at least 30 minutes to check in. We also had problems with our room key not working in the parking lot. In terms of the room it's a pretty standard hotel room. Bedding is fine, if you have a view of the strip it's really cool. Bathroom provides everything you need and the toiletries aren't bad. There's a mini bar in the room and it seems you cant have a fridge unless you request them to move the mini bar items. If for any reason you need a fridge make sure you let them know. It's probably one of the nicer reasonable priced hotels on the strip I just dont love the far walk to the room and the problems we had with our key cards read more

Kind of the Gold Standard of Sports Books. It's also centrally located to lots of other hotels which makes it a terrific spot. Right next to The Mirage and The Bellagio. Across from Harrah's and The Linq. But, it's also massive and very big. A long way from any exits. As The Strip goes, this is probably the best. It is a touch claustrophobic. Caesar's is a great complex, overall. I would recommend this to any first time Vegas visitor. read more

My original intent with this review was to offer two, maybe three stars, for the following reasons: First, Caesar's Palace now charges $50.00 for valet service--that's outrageous! Since Eldorado Resorts purchased Caesar's Entertainment four years ago, quality and service have dramatically suffered, and prices have skyrocketed. Fifty dollars for valet service is more than any other hotel in Las Vegas. And Caesar's Palace is no longer a four-star hotel since the takeover. Tom Reeg, CEO of Eldorado Resorts (now renamed Caesars Entertainment), apparently wants to make the 17.6 billion dollars he overpaid with nickels and dimes from valet services, lack of maintenance, and a poorly trained workforce. Second, the rooms are tattered and unclean--at least ours was. And that is representative of the entire Caesar's Entertainment chain. One of the bathroom mirror lights wasn't working correctly (it flickered on and off, mostly off). One of the beds was torn and in disrepair, not to mention uncomfortable to sleep on. One of the two water faucets dripped, and we had to place a towel in the basin to dampen the sound. All that said, it was a comp, and I couldn't very well offer less than two or three stars for a free room, right? However, when I picked up my $100K car from valet, it was not only damaged with a severely curbed wheel, but there were water spots from the rear passenger corner to the front door. When I saw this, I complained to the valet woman, and she said she would clean the car immediately. However, she appeared to have cleaned the spots with a harsh rag and an unknown liquid, causing a few surface scratches and swirls in the paint. I then had to wait for the valet manager and a security guard to make a report, causing me to miss an important meeting. The security guard gave me a report number (my driver's license), which was unprofessional, and told me to call Risk Management. I won't get into that with so much detail, but I called eight times for "Javier," but the mailbox was full and unable to accept messages every time. When I finally spoke with him today, he stonewalled me and refused to give me a declination letter, as is my legal right. He would only say I should contact my insurance carrier, which is nonsense since my deductible would cover the damage. Nickels, dimes, and pennies, as I said above. Mark my words; this incarnation of Caesar's Entertainment is going under sooner rather than later. The above is bad enough, but here's the coup de grâce. The very evening I got home, I awoke at about 0230 hours because of [what felt like] a bug biting me. I went to the bathroom, looked in the mirror, and pulled what I thought was something stuck under my mustache. I flicked it away and returned to bed. When I awoke hours later, there was blood all over my bed. I ran to the bathroom, and after some surgical digging and a pair of fine tweezers, I pulled the left-over head of the tick I didn't get in the middle of the night. How utterly disgusting and deplorable. Caesar's Entertainment now wants me to prove that they did the damage to my car. Believe it or not, that is doable, but this is how they now operate. As I sign off here, I'll bet anyone dimes to dollars that the valet charges go up by another $10 bucks within the year. Worse yet, Javier becomes vice president of Risk Management [chuckle, sneer, and gag]. Please take a good look at all my attachments. read more

Nothing like dragging suitcases a quarter mile through the casino (how about a 2nd self check in closer?) Room in Augusta Tower was big and clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom towels were thin and cheap (like low end gym towels). Had one bar of soap and had to ask for a second for shower. Check in and out is a major time waister. Not enough employees for such a huge hotel. Very low technology (Caesars, take a look at Hilton's app). Overall good hotel, but next time I'll find another for the same price point. read more

Veni, Vidi, Victima. Hotel California in Las Vegas. The arrogance of Caesar is alive and well at this establishment. First check-in in took over an hour, I was assigned a room where the locks failed. Back in the line again for another hour to fix that and experience, once again, the indifference of hotel reception. I was told lock failure "happens a lot" . The request for a king bed was not granted .. tough for tall people. . I was told room selection is a "preference" if available. The receptionist put my room on the "do not clean" list - which I didn't request- so I had to beg for towels from housekeeping instead. The towels were old and frayed, appropriate for cleaning chariot wheels The mini bar had been removed leaving a gaping hole - and there were no amenities in the room. Except for A coffee maker without coffee included. I felt less like a hotel guest and more like a hostage. No one cares here. I guess the more appropriate word would be "serf".
