The limited seating might have deterred several members from joining but BC&T employees were extremely accommodating and found extra chairs for us to have enough room for about ten of us to gather and enjoy coffee, tea and bagels. We met Sharon who came over and greeted our group and even offered a tour later in the spring. How delightful! BC&T has a full display of wonderful local fare and gifts for purchase. The matcha part was very frozen. Not soft serve texture. The milk part of it was softer and better. I think it might be better to go later in the afternoon when everything isn't frozen still. Maybe that's because it doesn't say Gong Cha on the storefront (it says The Sweetest Spot)! But once I realized it was nearby (thank you, Google Maps), I stopped by over lunch last week. If you've been to a Gong Cha location before, you know that it has a large menu - with way too many choices, an overwhelming number of choices! But that can be great once you get familiar with the menu. Until then, I'll just panic order and enjoy what I get. Last week that was a Strawberry Green Tea, which was delicious. I love that everything is customizable (I think I got 0% added sugar and 25% ice in mine last week). Now that I know it's there, I'm sure I'll be back!
