One morning I was in Pikesville, MD and happened to stop by at this Café looking for a cup of coffee. Went in at its very opening of the day, the atmosphere was right, the smell of baking was so inviting. I had a cup of cappuccino and a piece of croissant. I've been wanting to visit Cafe Luli for a while as it's pretty local to me but the hours were not super convenient as they are closed Sunday which is my normal "coffee shop and chill" day. I'm so glad I was able to stop in for a quick visit today. I didn't take a picture of my cafe con leche, but it was so good! I'm not typically a hot coffee drinker but the barista recommended it with the white chocolate seasonal flavor and wow I was blown away. Both of the ladies working were friendly and helpful answering any questions I have and giving their recommendationsZ The croissant alone will ensure that I return to Cafe Luli. It was not overly sweet but was so delicious and soft. I wasn't the biggest fan of the cookie, but I am not typically a thin and crispy cookie girl. The Alfajores were also a sweet treat, melting in your mouth. The ambiance is very cute. It feels homey and smells so good when you walk in. The prices are comparable to other coffee shops in my opinion. There appears to be an upstairs area but I didn't not explore that area today as I was running around doing errands. read more

First impressions: "Oh she cuuuuute!" This "European style cafe with Argentinian flair" is tucked in the small Stevenson Village shopping plaza. If you have no clue where that is, it's less than 10 mins from: - Meadowood Regional Park (Timonium) - Wegmans (Owings Mills) - Baltimore County Library (Pikesville branch) There! Now you have no excuse not to fold it into your errands. At the time of this review, their hours are Tues-Sat 8am-3pm. I had a Nutella croissant, a cookie, and a hot cafe mocha. I loved the mocha and the Nutella croissant was filled generously. The cookie was tasty but thin and extremely buttery. Convenient (McDonogh bus stop), and not much else around here. Lots of coffee choice and very pretty pastries. Pastries were 9 dollars before tip for a croissant and 5 dollars for a basic cup of coffee If convenience counts then this place works fine. Croissant wasn't flaky or fresh. I asked for the coffee and croissant for eating there and was given it to go. Very few stools to sit on. read more

Being honest, blown away is pretty much an understatement for this spot. I had a fantastic time visiting Cafe Luli for the first time today! Located in Stevenson Village, my partner and I tried a little bit of everything--you name it, we probably had it lol. The ham and cheese croissant was to die for--crispy cheese and buttery perfection. We also got the sweet glaze croissant (not heavy at all) and the famous chocolate chip cookie. I've truly heard this was the best cookie in Baltimore, and I think it holds true! Buttery, crunchy edges with a soft middle--so decadent. We got two (one there and one to go!). Not pictured: the amazing carrot cake we brought home. If I'd known how good it was going to be, I would've grabbed more. So soft, and the cheesecake frosting was A1. The banana bread was super soft too--fluffy and delicious. We also got lattes--almond milk vanilla latte for me. It's not sweet (just a heads up if you like sugary coffee), but they had Splenda and sugar upstairs. The loft had a good amount of seating, and service was friendly and informative. It's about 25 minutes from me, which is probably a good thing because I'd spend way too much money here otherwise But I'm so happy I stopped by. Definitely had a cheat day, and I'll absolutely be back when I'm not watching what I eat. Vibes are laid back, they're known for their Argentinian flair and we never felt rushed. Also had wifi! VISIT ASAP. Even though the latte wasn't my fave item, I'd still 100% recommend coming here for every amazing pastry. read more

I have been looking forward to check out Cafe Luli as it's one of the new cafes that have recently opened up in the Baltimore county area. I got their iced americano and their glazed croissant. Iced americano was good but I will say the drink prices can get a little pricey if you choose to add non-milk options and flavors to your drink. The glazed croissant was good but nothing too special. I think it might have been better if it could be heated up but we came later in the day and the oven was no longer on. Service was nice and friendly though. There is very limited seating inside and outside so if you can't find seating, it's more of a pick up and take away your order vibe. read more

Really delicious treats. Among the best cookies and sweets I've had. The cappuccino I keep ordering is the bomb. The savory croissant left me underwhelmed. But the traditional butter is quite nice. Take home with some homemade jam from the farmers market across the parking lot! read more

I'm from California so you can call me a huge matcha snob. You know the stereotype... with that being said Cafe Luli exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable! As soon as you walk in, you can notice all of the tiny little details that were placed carefully and thoughtfully by the owner. From the paintings on the wall, every pastry, the knickknacks, and even the little toilet paper holder in the bathroom! When you go into the café, you're greeted and treated so kindly. Sarah, the owner herself made my strawberry cold foam matcha. I typically can't drink cows milk, but she make sure to use the best of the best ingredients so I didn't get sick! The Matcha was one of the most pleasant experiences that I've had here in Baltimore. You can tell with cafe luli that there is so much heart and soul put into this everything was thoughtfully, curated, and I will definitely be back! Cafe Luli is the nicest cafe in the Baltimore area. It's in Stevenson Village. There is plenty of parking. The cafe has outdoor tables with umbrellas, as well as an upstairs area with Parisian style tables and chairs. The coffee is fantastic, as are the pastries. This cafe just opened, but so far we have sampled drool worthy cookies, croissants, and a savory scone that is unlike any scone I've ever had. Delicious! My husband is looking forward to trying the turkey or ham croissant for lunch. All are store made. Too good to be true! read more

It's a really cute cafe but over priced for the quality of the food. I ordered two strawberry matchas, a chocolate chip cookie and Nutella croissant. It cost $29 before tip. The matcha was pretty but chalky and didn't have much taste. We couldn't finish them. The cookie was incredibly overpriced the size and mediocre flavor. The Nutella croissant was excellent 10/10.
