Red Velvet Waffles With Crispy Chicken & Candied Bacon
    Ashley S.

The Red Velvet Waffles With Crispy Chicken Are Simply Delicious, They Go Well With That First Mornings Coffee Which They Pour Table Side So Theres No Waiting To Get That Fix. The Americano Is Located Within The Bottom Of The Paris Hotel Itself, With A Seating Area Designed And Designated For Them, So When It Starts To Fill Up There's A Small Wait To Be Seated But You Won't Regret The Wait..!!

Wow and yum! Loved the food, the service, the environment and literally everything! Very friendly staff and hosts. If you are here in Vegas and staying in Paris hotel- don't even bother going any where else! This should be your breakfast place. Loved the yogurt bowl. Will definitely go back during my stay!

Had a wait line in the morning for breakfast although quite fast moving. Their capp machine was broken, although not great when I had previous day - good coffee at vegas is non existent though. On the contrary, breakfast and service was good. They customized my avocado toast, and fried potatoes were good too, recommended the place if you are staying in Paris.

IMHO Cafe Americano is the only sit-down restaurant in Paris, on the bustling main casino floor. If you're lucky, there won't be a line to be seated, but truthfully, the line goes fast. People want to eat and get back out to the gaming tables! If you don't want to wait in line, you can always ask to sit at the bar. It's fun to people watch here while you're waiting for your food. Speaking of food, their portions are generous and delicious, and options aplenty. We both enjoyed the All-American Breakfast with 2 eggs, choice of ham, sausage or bacon, potatoes, and choice of bread, $26. I'm not sure about their lunch and dinner options, but I'll find out the next time I'm in Vegas! Angel was our friendly and helpful server!

Went for dinner last night around 6:30pm, beautiful place, you get to see the beautiful casino. The service was horrible and the food mediocre. We were seated right away; not very busy, we waited about 10 mins before we were greeted by our waitress, she came off very rude. We were ordered our 2 sodas and Ribeye dinner and Steak and Surf. Waitress came back maybe like 15 mins after with our drinks, threw a couple of straws and left. About maybe 25 mins later our server brought our food, it looked amazing but sadly had no flavor, even with the accompanying sauce. Such a waste of a perfectly cut of meat. We asked the server if he could get us some sauce, he said we had to ask our waitress. Waitress did not offer refill on our drinks, served water maybe like 35 mins into our dinner, aside from brining the initial drinks and water later on we did not see her. The family that sat down behind us left about 15 mins after arriving since the waitress never attended to them. The group next to us got upset because they had to wait a while to get served, once the waitress came around they wanted to place their full order and the waitress told them no since she was only going to take drink order for now since there was only 2 people waiting table (I don't know how that made sense). They were visibly upset. Overall, bad food and horrible service. Definitely don't recommend, unless maybe you just want to go for the views and get a different waiter. Steak is definitely not recommended at this place.

We got seated very quickly. The server was very attentive and checked on us often. The food was good and we had no complaints. I dislike when the potato hash browns are undercooked and these were cooked perfect. I wish they didn't taking the baguettes off the menu as I loved these. The seating area was not too loud and you are in the center of all the great things about Paris hotel and casino.

Amazing baked goods!!! Everything was so fresh and delicious - definitely get them warmed! The cinnamon bun is a musttt! A bit on the pricier side and a bit of a wait, but absolutely worth it. Such a cute cafe with Paris vibes.

I was staying at The Paris Hotel so this was an easy choice for a quick meal. Cafe Americano looked like a fairly "budget friendly" option, speaking only in Vegas terms. It was almost $40 for a double smashburger and fries with tax and tip included, and just water to drink. I had a double smashburger. $28. It includes some string fries. It was a good sized burger, pretty dry, not real tasty, but not terrible either. Most smashburgers I've had were better, but it was OK, and it was filling. The service was pretty good, and the staff was nice. It's right out in the middle of the walkway, so it feels like you're outdoors, and it's great for people watching while you're dining. The menu has a nice variety of items such as pizza, pasta, poke, sandwiches, etc. Not bad for a casual place to dine. It's not cheap, but compared to the alternatives, it's about as reasonably priced as you can get based on where it's located.

The restaurant was very beautiful. The wait staff was very kind and they kept the coffee coming. In my opinion the coffee is the best and most memorable! The eggs Benedict was so so . The muffin was chewy and the eggs were bland. The breakfast potatoes were too salty.

This is Paris main cafe in the hotel. Definitely a busy cafe. We waited only 5 minutes to be seated. Our server was ok. Our meals came out before our drinks. The tuna poke bowl was good. Portion size was big. My family enjoyed their meals. This is a good place to bring your family.

Got seated right away. Decor is so pleasing. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was delicious. Definitely coming back.

The food is good, however it's a little pricy for what you get. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes you go you get a really friendly and attentive waiter, other times not so much. One of our experience the waiter was friendly and talking to the table next to us, but ignored us, then when he brought the bill without asking if we needed anything else I asked if they give military discount and he scolded me for not telling him before he brought the bill which is funny because after taking our order we didn't interact with him any more They gave great breakfast and lunch dishes the Cuban is really food and they use quality meat. Their French toast is so delicious it's crispy on the outside and pillow soft on inside

A few months ago there was a QR code sign-up (a sign next to the register and inside the door) promoting to link your credit card with DoorDash to earn Hui Lau Shan rewards when you paid either online or in-store with the credit card that you linked. The rewards program is to earn $5 for every $100 spent in-store or online when using the linked credit card. I included photos! My mom had recently earned a $5 credit and went to redeem the code in-store which it gives the option to (also included photos)! When she asked to redeem the rewards the person at the register apparently yelled at my mom, telling her that she was trying to scam them and not believing that she could have possibly spent $100 at their store... When she tried to explain and showed him the DoorDash link that is sent to her phone every time you make a purchase there, which keeps track of the money spent towards a reward, she was told off again. She said the employee made her feel belittled in front of the rest of the customers because he was being extremely loud and rude. She gave my brother a call to ask if she was asking incorrectly and we were so confused that she'd been treated this way that we told her to just leave and not buy anything. I say confusing because there's a worker there that usually fulfills our order and he's always been kind and literally knows what we look like because we go so often. This was an employee my mom hadn't ever seen and was just taken aback. It's pretty disappointing because we've recommended this place to so many people because we LOVE mango and we liked the service. For my older mom to be met with such a response is pretty silly, especially since the rewards program is $5 for every $100 spent. For added context, I gave them a call to speak to a manager and they, apparently, weren't in! I have a feeling they won't be in regardless of when I call. The employee who asked about the rewards also didn't know what I was referring to and I tried to explain but at this point it is moot. What were we trying to scam them of, exactly? A $5 reward we earned and wanted to redeem, because we linked our credit card through their promoted rewards program?? Additionally, what about my mom made this employee believe we couldn't possibly afford $100 worth of desserts over a 2-3 month period of time? To end this off, we're pretty miffed about the whole experience and we'll miss the gentleman who treated us kindly.
