    Fresh and yummy!

Wow and yum! Loved the food, the service, the environment and literally everything! Very friendly staff and hosts. If you are here in Vegas and staying in Paris hotel- don't even bother going any where else! This should be your breakfast place. Loved the yogurt bowl. Will definitely go back during my stay!

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent! Shout out to Justin for taking such great care of me. The ambiance was beautiful, and the tables were such a cute touch. I ordered the spicy chicken and waffles, and while I know you're paying Las Vegas prices, the portion size made it feel well worth it. They were also kind enough to give me a coffee to go, which I really appreciated. It's those little gestures that make a difference. They truly treat you well here. Highly recommend!u

Jenifer, thank you for being a great server! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place has a friendly vibe, clean, and we enjoyed our garlicky shrimp and smash burger.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I recommend this place.

We got seated very quickly. The server was very attentive and checked on us often. The food was good and we had no complaints. I dislike when the potato hash browns are undercooked and these were cooked perfect. I wish they didn't taking the baguettes off the menu as I loved these. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seating area was not too loud and you are in the center of all the great things about Paris hotel and casino.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

IMHO [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cafe Americano is the only sit-down restaurant in Paris, on the bustling main casino floor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're lucky, there won't be a line to be seated, but truthfully, the line goes fast. People want to eat and get back out to the gaming tables! If you don't want to wait in line, you can always ask to sit at the bar. It's fun to people watch here while you're waiting for your food. Speaking of food, their portions are generous and delicious, and options aplenty. We both enjoyed the All-American Breakfast with 2 eggs, choice of ham, sausage or bacon, potatoes, and choice of bread, $26. I'm not sure about their lunch and dinner options, but I'll find out the next time I'm in Vegas! Angel was our friendly and helpful server!

Amazing baked goods!!! Everything was so fresh and delicious - definitely get them warmed! The cinnamon bun is a musttt! A bit on the pricier side and a bit of a wait, but absolutely worth it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cute cafe with Paris vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was very beautiful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The wait staff was very kind and they kept the coffee coming. In my opinion the coffee is the best and most memorable! The eggs Benedict was so so . The muffin was chewy and the eggs were bland. The breakfast potatoes were too salty.

I was staying at The Paris Hotel so this was an easy choice for a quick meal. Cafe Americano looked like a fairly "budget friendly" option, speaking only in Vegas terms. It was almost $40 for a double smashburger and fries with tax and tip included, and just water to drink. I had a double smashburger. $28. It includes some string fries. It was a good sized burger, pretty dry, not real tasty, but not terrible either. Most smashburgers I've had were better, but it was OK, and it was filling. The service was pretty good, and the staff was nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's right out in the middle of the walkway, so it feels like you're outdoors, and it's great for people watching while you're dining.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu has a nice variety of items such as pizza, pasta, poke, sandwiches, etc. Not bad for a casual place to dine. It's not cheap, but compared to the alternatives, it's about as reasonably priced as you can get based on where it's located.

Got seated right away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decor is so pleasing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was friendly and prompt. Food was delicious. Definitely coming back.

This is Paris main cafe in the hotel. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definitely a busy cafe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We waited only 5 minutes to be seated. Our server was ok. Our meals came out before our drinks. The tuna poke bowl was good. Portion size was big. My family enjoyed their meals. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a good place to bring your family.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The food is good, however it's a little pricy for what you get. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes you go you get a really friendly and attentive waiter, other times not so much. One of our experience the waiter was friendly and talking to the table next to us, but ignored us, then when he brought the bill without asking if we needed anything else I asked if they give military discount and he scolded me for not telling him before he brought the bill which is funny because after taking our order we didn't interact with him any more They gave great breakfast and lunch dishes the Cuban is really food and they use quality meat. Their French toast is so delicious it's crispy on the outside and pillow soft on inside

This place is a gem! Very busy so prepare to wait to sit and get food but it is soo worth it. Service was great our waiter was very attentive even though it was busy. Food was absolutely amazing, we had classic benny and Denver omelet both came with potatoes which were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Though the place was def busy for breakfast it has such a charm, we sat inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Finding anything in Vegas has felt like a Lewis and Clark adventure, and this place was no different. Between the maze of casinos, escalators, and neon signs, I was half-expecting to earn a merit badge just for finding the front door. The hostess seemed to be in no particular hurry seating folks, even with plenty of empty tables and no mention of needing reservations. Bless her heart, she must've been on Vegas time. Now, I gotta say -- Pepsi has Vegas on lockdown, and for us southern folks, that's a crying shame. You won't find a Coca-Cola around here without pulling a magic trick. Until then, I'm forced to sip on this sugar-filled flat cola and pretend it's the real thing. Once we got seated, our waitress showed up about three minutes later, and she was as pleasant as a sunny afternoon in May. She walked us through the menu like a pro, steering me right toward the crispy chicken sandwich and fries. And thank the good Lord she did, because that sandwich was downright delicious! Crispy, juicy, and seasoned just right -- I'd inhale that sandwich again without a second thought. The shoestring fries were golden, salty perfection, the kind that make you forget about calories and manners both. The vibe in here felt like sittin' outside on a cool spring day, with a few clouds drifting by and clear blue skies peeking through. The noise level was about what you'd expect for the Paris "outdoor" indoor seating inside a casino -- just enough buzz to feel lively without drowning out your story about losing five bucks to a slot machine. My wife went with the linguine Alfredo with shrimp, and she said it was just average. But between her pasta and my chicken sandwich, we left full and happy -- ready to continue our Vegas adventure, one Pepsi-filled stop at a time.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal.
