    Comped cappuccino for my boo

Starbucks line too long? Always! Head to Brioche by Guy Savoy for cappuccino or a cafe au lait in the morning. Grab a quick chai latte at night. No wait. Easy to use a beverage credit here on the way to breakfast or a show. Located near the entry and casino floor in Caesar's Palace. So convenient.

This place is perfect for grabbing a quick espresso and pastry to get you going in the morning. We had a vanilla latte which was perfectly put together. Then we shared a ham and cheese croissant which was perfectly made. The croissant was flakey and buttery just how you want it. Line moves really fast so don't assume 10 people is too long.

This is located right next to Paris hotel front desk, the main entrance with all the valet parking. I just came here to order coffee which was fine. The pastry was not appetizing enough for me to buy any. Plus, it's $7.99 each. They don't look fresh.

I got a small coffee. I would have to say the service was good, did not wait so long for my drink. One thing I was not a fan of was the price. It was a lot pricey..

We stopped by Brioche by Guy Savoy looking for a nice warm dessert after a good meal.[[HIGHLIGHT]]The exterior leaves much to be desired as it's less a bakery or even small shop and something more along the lines of an airport "bakery" stand.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They offer a number of items from coffee to pastries and more. We ordered the cinnamon and Nutella brioches expecting something at least a bit more refined, but nope. The brioches tasted a bit stale, maybe even day old. We did go later in the day so it's possible they could have just been sitting there too long but even after some time in their oven to warm it up it still didn't have any kind of soft texture. The sprinkles of cinnamon and sparsely spread out Nutella also don't do much as you find yourself searching for more after every crumb of it you find in a bite. Maybe we came into this place with a bit more expectation than we should have but it was a bit of a let down, especially considering the price. We would recommend you look at this place as more of a grab and go spot than anything more akin to Dominique Ansel just down the hall.

Great coffee and great brioche! Would be eating these all day if I could! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This was located in the lobby of Caesars Palace- Great if you want to just grab and go![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Poorly raised, gummy dough

Very disappointed with Panettone Brioche which looked good on outside, but lacked the proper brioche aroma and tasted stale. Inside I found the under-developed, under-baked gummy layers. The butter laminated dough should be kept very cold at all times so the butter won't melt. Easily the worst Viennoiserie I ever had.

Ever wanted to try food from Guy Savoy? The critically acclaimed French Chef with originally 3 Michelin stars? This is your chance at a portion of the price and without the fine dining experience. That said, the food comes from pick up only from a stall lodged near the entrance to Caesars Palace. Nice and expensive and really probably aimed at thought who are desperate for a quick bite and don't know where to find one. Taste: 4/5 Ambience: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Value for Money: 2/5 There are breakfast items here and coffee. $15 for a quiche and $15 for a croissant. They taste as they should but not at the price point they are served at.

It's a quick grab-and-go breakfast, pastries, alcoholic beverages, juices, bottled water, tea, coffee, or hot chocolate shop by Guy Savoy a 3 Michelin stars chef from France. It's located inside Caesar Palace and also at Paris Las Vegas Hotel. Pastries are normally fresh and service is usually fast. There is a good selection of Sweet or Savory Pastries, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, and fruit cups. I usually use my Caesars reward points to pay for my orders. I need to visit Restaurant by Guy Savoy's 3 Michelin Star restaurant inside Caesars one of these days!! My orders: - Hot Chocolate Single Shot $7.99- 4/5 stars - Ham and Cheese Croissant $13.99- -4/5 stars - Pain Au Chocolate $6.99- 4/5 stars My Rating: 4 Food 4/5 Service 4/5 Price 3.5/5 Atmosphere 4/5 Cleanliness 4.5/5

    Nutella brioche

$10 for stale day-old brioche is quite the scam they are running here. Find any nearby Starbucks and get something far better for a bit less.

I was not that impressed with this place. I got 2 of the brioche pastries and they were just okay. They definitely must have a stick of butter in each one. They were extremely overpriced, otherwise they would have gotten 3 stars

And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!

I want to shout out our very attentive server, Patrick. He made our dinner feel so much more informed and intimate. I was unable to take a picture of the set menu and the restaurant changed the menu the next day... so the names of the dishes are from memory. The food was exquisite. Every single dish was perfectly thought out and complimented each other so well. The entire set menu emulated spring with bright, green ingredients. Foie Gras with wine reduction and parmesan cheese foam (5/5): Beautiful introduction. The foie gras was so creamy and delicious. It was almost custard-like with how soft it was. It was fatty, savoury, and a great way to introduce the rest of the set menu. Salad (4.5/5): I loved this! The flavours were so bright and the veggies were so naturally crispy. The chef did a really good job in bringing out the natural acidity of the vegetables. Really was able to indulge in these flavours after the fatty foie gras. Scallop carpaccio topped with caviar and a side of beets (5/5): I would never think to put beets with scallops? This was so good. The umami of the caviar paired with the acidity of the sauce really hit heights. The texture of the carpaccio was perfect as well, almost a melt in your mouth experience. Pea (?) soup with lobster puree (5/5): Not gonna lie, best pea soup I ever had. I didn't even know you could elevate pea soup in this way. The lobster... essence? Puree? Beautiful addition to the soup. 10/10 would have it again. And I don't enjoy peas. Crispy tartine topped with a quail egg, morel mushrooms, asparagus, and parmesan cheese (5/5): Tartine was perfectly flaky, buttery, and crispy. All of the toppings were excellent as well. When everything was eaten together, all the flavours were so GOOD. Savoury, buttery, umami goodness!! Korean fish on couscous with tomato consume (4/5): Perfectly balanced dish. The fish was well cooked. Very soft and tender. Steak tartare with frites and bread (5/5): SO WELL SEASONED. Usually with steak tartare at other places, I have issues with it being too acidic or overly seasoned. But this was perfection with the fries. NY strip with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): Very well seared, perfectly cooked and a soft tender experience. The sauce on the side worked so well with the meat. A5 Wagyu with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): A REAL melt in your mouth experience. I did not have to chew it practically melted in my mouth and was so so SO worth the additional price tag. Yuzu ice dessert with popping candy(?): I'm unsure if they used actual popping candy but whatever they did worked so good with the dessert! It was such a lovely addition to the set menu. Really brought back childhood memories! Yuzu ice cream with pandan sponge cake and (?) wafers sprinkled with assorted nuts and gelee (5/5): I thought this dish had the prettiest presentation. The dessert was also very well thought out and was super creamy and refreshing!

The place was not busy and the bar was at least half empty. Had a show in 30 mins so was in bit of a rush and wanted a fast foie gras slider. There were about 15 people working and walking around behind the bar and the servers tending to people around us. Staring at everyone and waiting forever, I had to wave someone down to just be seen to get someone to take my order of what I already wanted. Told him my concern and tried to place an order with him but then he said he will let my server know... He went M.I.A for a good 3 minutes. No communication if my order went through or not. This was giving me Huge Anxiety and cannot remember how terrible lacking of service I have had in a long time!!! Then Johnathan, the manager, with the wild peacock hair came over and again, I had to repeat the bad service and now 10 minutes have passed by with not knowing where the guy that was going to tell my server went, leaving me with 20mins left to spare. He said he'll put that in for me and it seemed to have been rushed a lil to accomodate the lack of service. Guessing who was supposed to be our server came way later, after this whole fiasco. This could have gone way smoother if we had a server ready to go in front of us instead of being in the back for a long time with no one to jump in quickly as soon as we sat down Got the lil sliders quick but the fries were soggy and the foie gras was cold. Asked if the foie was supposed to be cold and the server said it should be warm since it's seared, it was completely cold. I touched all four sides and it was cold AF! Manager came over again and again I said the same thing. He said that don't I have a show to get to and that they're not a "fast food" restaurant. That is laughable because yeah it's not because anyone would get better service at a fast food chain than there! I said the beef patty was hot and well cooked but somehow the foie that needed less cooking time than the beef was somehow cold. And if you want to talk about fast... Doesn't seared mean a high-heat cooking technique used to quickly brown the surface of food?! Few seconds on each side and the foie should have been warmed up easily! He just got quiet and said he will take it off the bill. If you are not a fast food restaurant then don't try to play off cooking fast food items if you can't even do that properly! I asked where the wine I had was from and he said the Somm would know, I'm sure he would but I was asking him. He did ask the Somm and told me where it was from since I wasn't going to get a chance to speak with him anyways, he wasn't going to stop by The place looked the same as it has years ago - dark, lame and dingy. They need a revamp of the interior as well as their attitudes and their poor service. Seems like this place has gone way downhill

The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. No matter how tempting the baguette looks, get the brioche from the bread basket -- life is uncertain, so eat that dessert first. By some miracle, a portion of four gigantic, luscious prawns is included as an appetizer option with no upcharge. So is a plate of perfectly seared tuna Niçoise that would be an ideal lunch. So is a rich, dense onion soup that's almost like a bowl of gravy (in a good way), or two hearty slabs of pâté de campagne. The appetizer options, in fact, are so good that the entrees and desserts are a bit outshined. Duck with orange, crispy-skinned trout, and solid bavette are all good choices. Those frites, though, are among the best I've ever had in the United States. They are somehow crunchy as a potato chip and filled with hot air. Superb. Neither the crème brûlée tart nor the Paris-Brest quite stick the landing; something was missing. Do they need a little more sugar? A drop of acid? I'm not sure, but they were merely good when the brioche proves the bakery is capable of magic. As a coda, the gloriously tart lime truffle mignardise couldn't be better. The room is comfortable and the staff nail their jobs (if not their French pronunciation). Frankly, with food like this I don't really care. I'd eat it on the sidewalk.

Burger is probably the best in vegas. The other items were just ok, but it was really affordable. Kumamoto oysters for $2 each. Bread service was good. A few points of feedback: House white was meh. Probably should have ordered the bottle of French cidre which is my normal go to here. Bread for the Jambon Beurre was not the right fit. The baguette from the bread service was a better match. It tasted like they used a dense hoagie bread, and the bread to filling ratio was just off. It needed a thicker slab of butter and more cornichons. The scallop crudo was probably our least favorite. Too much avocado cream making it feel too fatty and the cucumber overpowered the delicate scallop. You basically couldn't taste the seafood at all. Plus it was lacking an acid to balance all the fat. The combo ended up just being like a fatty cucumber flavor. On other visits the mussels were good. I saw someone else order poutine and it looked amazing, so had ordered envy there. Looking forward to returning for the burger again and the normal dinner service. Full menu is better. The trout amandine before was my favorite.

The others in our group had the American in Paris and the Short Rib Hash. I sampled the other dishes. Everything was excellent. Our server did a great job taking care of us. Every trip, it's a must, but this visit gave us another reason to keep coming back: the service. Manolo, our server assistant, was absolutely incredible. His attention to detail was next level. When he packed up my leftover baguette, he even included a little bag of the delicious house salt because he noticed how much I loved it. Such a thoughtful gesture that completely caught me by surprise. It's rare to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond like that. Our server, Adam, was an equally amazing dreamboat. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable from start to finish. To top it all off, after we had already left, Adam literally sprinted after us to make sure we got back my best friends credit card that she had left in the check presenter, before we even noticed it was missing. Great food keeps us coming back, but exceptional people are what make a restaurant memorable. Huge thank you to Manolo and Adam for making an already wonderful meal even better. We'll definitely be back.

The dishes they create have been some of the best dishes I have ever had in my life. It is such a shame that I will never experience them again!! My friend is vegetarian and the dishes they made especially for her, like the pesto pasta, was out of this world. We even had to order it again because it was just that good! I have had creme brulee at so many different places, but this was by far, the best creme brulee of my life! Another reason to be sad, haha! The service was out of this world as usual and it will be so sad that we will never get to dine here again and see those wonderful people who make the experience so wonderful. I will definitely miss this beautiful and uniquely decorated restaurant!!

From the moment you arrive they make you feel welcome and special - the captains and servers are constantly checking in and ensuring you have everything you need. This is truly an intimate and unique place and I'm sad they're going away. We each ordered the four-course "choose your own adventure" menu and every item was excellent. Super fresh seafood enhanced with delicate flavors. My wife had forewarned our server from the get go that she's very picky and not at all adventurous (she's team chicken breast all the way lol). He replied no problem and they proceeded to customize each course to remove any and all "offensive" items (i.e. truffles, mushrooms, seafood, anything with flavor etc.). I especially loved the loup de mer served over a Pinot noir reduction as well as the wagyu filet. The desserts are all delicious and they provide a complete petit fours tower at the end of the meal as well. Dinner for two came to $721 before tax and tip - obviously this is a special occasion restaurant but if you have the means and can make it out there before they close I highly recommend it. That total included a four-course wine pairing for me as well as two pre-dinner cocktails.
