A nice spot for brunch in the Cosmopolitan hotel. The smoked salmon toast was huge, it could easily feed two people! It came with a generous portion of salmon and a flavorful herb cream cheese. The toast was perfectly crunchy and had a great contrast of textures. I also got a fresh squeezed orange juice, which was refreshing and tangy. It gets quite busy in the mornings so the food took a little longer, but it was understandable. Prices are pretty comparable to other brunch spots on the strip. read more

Food flavors and cookery were very disappointing. Me and my spouse ordered a French Toast and the Short Rib Eggs Benedict. The toast was acceptable but not excellent - it was a typical French toast. The Benedict was the biggest disappointment. The short rib was dry, tough to cut and was served on a blazing hot plate. The plate was so hot that the sauce congealed and I couldn't even catch it on a fork without pushing down on it. The Benedict came with hash browns which was charred but somehow not crispy nor crunchy - another disappointment. The service was fine for me but not for our neighboring guests. After seeing wicked spoon had a 3 hr wait. We decided to go to The Henry downstairs. The front girl said 20 min wait unless we take the bar seats. But the other woman said she has a table for us right away! Lots of gluten free options available. The serve Franklin was very helpful and informative. We spent Easter Weekend in Las Vegas at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. We had Brunch at The Henry on two of the days, and each experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the service was attentive, friendly, and spot-on throughout the meal. We had the chicken and biscuit, pancakes, avocado toast, and the steak breakfast. My friend ordered the Beignets, but to me were more like friend round donuts, let's say you can skip them. So today I was disappointed in the Henry for the first time. It was a pleasant surprise that the family had booked breakfast for Mother's Day. We are early risers. So an early reservation is always the best. I always get a breakfast dish, and order the tater tot nachos (from the brunch menu) on the side. Today is the first time I was told no. We've been told multiple times before that this brunch dish is available at breakfast due to all of the components being used in other dishes. My husband politely tried to inform the waiter... he said he would ask... No. He recommended the brisket Benedict as a replacement. It is not! I was very disappointed in the meal and service. The Cosmo is known for great eats but this one misses the mark. The ambiance is hipster vibes with artful decor and huge oversized couches and generously sized tables. We had the whole grain "salad," cheesy grits, iced coffee, an americano and the Henry Breakfast and my favorite thing was the grits. My whole grain salad was more like ingredients on a plate with a drizzle of balsamic. The Henry Breakfast was something out of the Denny's cookbook that lacked imagination for being the namesake of the restaurant. Overall the service was really slow to start and ended well enough. We made a last-minute reservation here on a Monday morning, and it was a good thing that we did, because they were actually pretty busy. It's a chill restaurant with some cool artwork. Their pricing is on par with Strip pricing. I ordered the avocado toast with a side egg. The avocado toast for itself if you look at the photo! Soooooooo good. There was so much avocado on the toast. Located closest to the Boulevard Tower at the Cosmopolitan Resort. This place had awesome hours when we visited. Nearly everything else was closing or already closed. The Henry was open all night until 2pm. We had a full day of activities and were starving when we got back to the hotel. We found The Henry on a Yelp search, along with a very helpful security officer named Sheree who walked us right there through the busy Saturday night crowd. The staff was great! Trixie was a star. She greeted me in genuinely warm and friendly manner. I asked about ordering take out and she walked me over to the left side of the bar. Later, when I returned with my disappointing order, she quickly apologized and got a manager involved. She was very empathetic and kind. I asked her a couple questions about the resort as it was our first time and she was extremely helpful with her detailed directions and clarifying questions. We ordered the build your own burgers, one with fries and one with truffle tots. Ordering well done meant a 15 minute wait. It went by quickly with polite conversation from the bartender named Michael. He was entertaining several guests and taking to go orders quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, my order was wrong...twice. Yes, I know, I should have checked my orders before I left. I just wanted to get back to my nice quiet room and away from the noise and chaos of the busy casino floor. But instead of checking through all the boxes, I walked all the way to our room in the Chelsea tower to discover toppings missing from my burger. I made the trek back to the restaurant and back to the hotel room with a remade burger, only to discover that it had been rung in wrong and therefore also not what I ordered. It happens. I honestly believe there was a mixup with someone else getting my first burger and me getting theirs. It was busy and the other people waiting had also ordered burgers. The second time may have been a miscommunication with the busy atmosphere or a slight key stroke. The manager was great. The best measure of customer service can sometimes be what is done when things go wrong. This manager went above and beyond to make it right. I truly appreciated the extra effort.
