We celebrated the wife's birthday here on a Saturday night in September. Overall we had another absolutely wonderful experience (just as before) with even better service and phenomenal food. We had booked a Strip View table in advance due to the special occasion; yes it costs extra but I highly recommend it if you can swing the price (you pay in advance when booking the reservation). It's such a special experience and the view is unique (I can't think of another restaurant at that elevation so close to so many tourist spots.) Our reservation was at 7pm so the sun had just set behind the mountains resulting in a beautiful orange color of the sky. Our server Roman took such great care of us and made the evening even that much more memorable. Water glasses are constantly refilled and the food was coursed out thoughtfully giving us time to enjoy the view. We started with three appetizers - the lobster bisque, the pork belly Lyonnaise and the market greens salad. The bisque is poured tableside over a bowl with large lobster pieces and little croutons. There's a great depth of flavor in the broth as well. I also really enjoyed the pork belly - it was just the right amount of sweet and smoky. I highly recommend both apps. For our meal I ordered the olive oil-poached halibut. It was cooked absolutely perfectly - the interior was barely opaque but still flaking beautifully. It's served on top of a lovely pesto-flavored couscous which compliments the buttery fish and provides a welcome textural contrast. Wife ordered the roast chicken breast (she only eats chicken lol) which I also sampled. Roman even brought out an extra little sauce pan with the chicken glaze reduction - such a nice touch! You can immediately tell this is a high-quality piece of chicken and it was also cooked perfectly - very juicy and tender. For sides we ordered the ratatouille and the potato gratin. The ratatouille is a beautiful presentation of layered squashes. I was very impressed with the seasoning level on it - it's so easy to under-salt the squash and these days many restaurants are afraid to offend people with the proper amount of it. This was just right. The potatoes in the gratin were sliced razor-thin and layered with unctuous cheese making everything come together. I would definitely order both of these again. Along with the view and excellent service one of the main reasons to dine at Eiffel Tower is for the souffle desserts. They offer 5-6 flavors and they are indescribably light but also so flavorful. This time we went with the Apple Crumble and it did not disappoint - I cannot recommend these desserts enough. I could seriously come here just to eat souffles and be quite happy. Dinner for two came to $305 before tax and tip. That included three glasses of wonderful French wine (generously poured tableside I might add!) This was the perfect place to celebrate our 10 year anniversary!! It is the epitome of elegance and extravagance; really transports you to a Parisian restaurant. As soon as you get out of the elevator, you are hit by the extraordinary atmosphere and hospitality, introducing you to their open kitchen. Then you walk throughout the restaurant to your table that's hopefully situated by the window for a view of the Bellagio fountain. The service is top-notch. Unfortunately the quality and flavor (or lack thereof) of the food is not worth the price. The best thing we ordered was the soufflé. Absolutely delicious and one of a kind. The general consensus of the rest of what we ordered lacked a complexity of flavor and wasn't very interesting. It was not as generous as the past. This is actually my daughter's favorite part of the meal, well the jelly dessert which they did not have today... So it was not her favorite part on this trip/visit. Atmosphere - Security and reservation check in, in the casino elevator entrance and again when you get to the bar lobby. Are we that exclusive? Almost all the tables have a good view of the strip, but I do miss the days when they used to put us up front by the windows. This was before the $40 up charge they have now to have the view of the Bellagio Water show. But today they gave us a complimentary window table!!! It was the best part of this visit; see pictures of our views. Open kitchen right as you get off the elevator. Table, booth, and bar seating. I have done them all. If it's your first time, I suggest paying the $40 surcharge to sit by the window, especially if you can get it facing Bellagio so you can watch the fountain water show while eating. Check Yelp and their website for hours; I did not see them posted. Casino parking, but we flew in and are using rideshare. Well, we walked from the hotel today. Service - Just okay. I had to remind them twice that we were "Lettuce Us Entertain You" loyal customers to get credit and use some of our credit for this visit. Price - $204 + tip. What a night to remember. If you're looking for a romantic dinner with an incredible view while visiting Vegas, this is it. Two of my all-time favorite restaurants have been Mastro's in Newport Beach and Moonshadows in Malibu (which was sadly lost in the Palisades Fire). The Eiffel Tower Restaurant has officially earned a spot on that list. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. We started with a great bottle of Cabernet, and if you're considering the window seating, it's absolutely worth the extra cost. The view alone makes the evening unforgettable. Every dish was excellent, from the bread and butter, to the scallops appetizer, garden salad, filet mignon, sea bass, sautéed mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and the chocolate soufflé, Wow. The filet was ordered medium but arrived closer to medium-rare, which ended up being perfect: tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The sea bass was outstanding. The service was just as impressive. Our server had an amazing personality and made the entire evening even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, we left before realizing we never got his name, but he deserves a huge thank you. As an Elite Yelper, I don't hand out five stars often, but this is one of those dining experiences that lives up to the hype. It was an exquisite experience dining at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. From the moment I arrived, the sophisticated ambiance, impeccable service, beautifully prepared food, and spectacular view created an unforgettable evening. The experience reminded me of "old-school dining" from the 1950s and 1960s, when dining out was an event rather than simply a meal. The waitstaff did not hover, yet they seemed to have an uncanny ability to sense when a beverage needed to be refilled or when attention was required. Their service was attentive without being intrusive--an increasingly rare quality in today's dining experience. The French-influenced menu offered an impressive selection of seafood, beef, and poultry entrées. I ordered the classic Beef Wellington, and it did not disappoint. Beneath its golden, flaky crust was a tender center-cut beef tenderloin coated with mustard and mushroom duxelles and wrapped in prosciutto. Snow peas added a vibrant splash of color to the plate. I also ordered a side of Pommes Dauphine, classic French potato puffs that were fried to a crisp, golden brown. I skipped the appetizers because I wanted to save room for dessert. The appetizer selections included salads, lobster bisque, Foie Gras Torchon, marinated octopus, tuna tartare, roasted bone marrow, and other delicacies. It was tempting to order one, but the desserts were calling my name. Two of the standout dessert choices were the soufflés, which must be ordered early in the meal, and the White Chocolate Banana Elysée, an indulgent dessert that provided a fitting finale to an exceptional dinner. Reservations are necessary, and there is a note on the menu that each guest must order an entrée. Given the quality of the food, service, atmosphere, and breathtaking view, that requirement hardly seemed like a hardship. Dining at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant felt like being treated like royalty--a king or queen for the evening. It was crazy hot so unfortunately burned our mouths even after waiting a bit lol I had the duck which was define! Cooked to perfection and flavor was amazing. You want something that slows the night down without killing the energy. That's where Eiffel Tower Restaurant comes in perched above the chaos inside Paris Las Vegas. Across the street the Fountains of Bellagio start to move. Water rising and twisting like it's got a mind of its own. Over a thousand fountains firing in sync shooting up to around 460 feet choreographed to everything from opera to Sinatra to modern tracks. It runs every 15 to 30 minutes at night and never feels the same twice. You don't just watch it. You feel it in your chest. Up here you're not fighting for a spot on the sidewalk. You're above it. The replica Eiffel Tower Las Vegas stands at half the size of the one in Paris but it hits just right. Close enough to see every detail of the water show and far enough to take in the Strip breathing neon and noise. It's the kind of view that makes people lean in a little closer without realizing it. The food holds its own. French leaning but not pretentious. Steaks done right seafood that tastes like it was treated with respect not rushed through a kitchen. Plates come out clean deliberate no nonsense. You sit there with a drink watching the fountains do their dance and for a second Vegas stops yelling at you. This is where you go when you want to turn the night into something that sticks. Date night anniversary or just proving you know how to pick a spot. It's not the cheapest seat in town but you're not paying for just food. You're paying for that moment when the lights hit the water the room goes quiet and whoever you're with looks at you like yeah this was the right call. Eat here once and you'll understand. We came to Vegas for spring break with our kids and decided to book the Eiffel Tower viewing deck experience! I'm so glad we did! It was such a cool experience for all. I love the inside of the Paris, it really makes you feel like you are in Paris. We took the escalator upstairs to head towards the elevators that bring you up the Eiffel Tower. Before we walked to the elevator, we stopped at the locks on the bridge. I made sure to bring a lock with us to lock to the wall with our names and our beloved dog that we lost not too long ago. The lady that took us up to the viewing deck was very friendly and informative. My kids were in awe once we started to go up 46 stories! I recommend going once the sun sets because the views are so beautiful during that time and watching the Bellagio fountains at night from the top of the Eiffel Tower is a pretty epic. You can spend as much time as you want up on the viewing deck which I thought was cool. No one is rushing you to leave. This was definitely a favorite memory from our trip. If Valentine's Day at the Eiffel Tower in Paris is a romantic cliche, then what would you call Valentine's Day at the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas? I'd call it wonderful. Say what you will about Las Vegas, but if you're willing to be entertained, Las Vegas will pull out the stops. We had the Valentines Day prix fixe menu in the Eiffel Tower dining room directly across from the Bellagio fountains. The Warm Foie Gras with Braised Fennel was decadent and unctuous. The Filet was delicious and the Bone Marrow Bread Pudding just melted in the mouth. The chocolate and raspberry meringue was a confectionery marvel and tasted marvelous. I thought this was going to be a tourist trap, but it was truly a great dining experience!! Reservations are a must, and they will try to charge you a premium for a guaranteed view or a window seat. However, it seemed that anywhere in the restaurant affords a lovely view albeit not right next to the window. The dining room was definitely premium and exuded a "luxe" vibe. We had a lovely booth a short distance from the window which afforded a lovely view of the Bellagio fountains. The service was excellent! Our server was knowledgeable about basically everything on the menu we asked about, and water glasses were always topped off and plates quickly cleared away. I had the "French kiss" cocktail which was delicious and well balanced. Our dining companions also ordered two bottles of wine for us to share, but sadly I did not note which specifics wines we had. Both were reds, and I enjoyed them both! We did opt for their bread service, but it's disappointing that a restaurant of this caliber on the strip charges $8 for bread service. That was quite disappointing, and it was a very basic bread that was not worth $8. I would skip this next time. For starters we enjoyed the warm Caesar salad which was quite good (the only warm part is the warm olive oil you pour on yourself). We also tried the lyonnaise style pork belly which was delicious (and I am not a big pork belly fan). For an entree, I had to try the individual beef Wellington having never had a beef Wellington in my life! It was very good - the puff pastry coating was light, and the beef was perfectly tender! We had the ratatouille and compressed potato pave for sides, and both were exceptional! The ratatouille was delicious and perfectly cooked, and the potatoes were delightfully crispy and wonderful! As the entrees were brought out, our server mentioned the numerous flavors of souffle they offer and recommended ordering at that time given the extra time required to prepare them. We of course each tried a different flavor - mine was the chocolate banana. Delicious!! I love souffles, and this was perfect. A rich mingling of chocolate and banana with no "eggy" taste that often befalls lesser quality souffles. After dinner, some complimentary chocolates were offered as well. We love dining at the Eiffel Tower restaurant in Las Vegas at the Paris Hotel! The first thing that knocks you off your feet is the beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains. The second thing is the intriguing structure of the building that mimics the structure of the original Eiffel Tower in Paris. The third thing is the delightful, courteous and friendly welcome from the staff! We opted to have brunch there at around 12:30. It is a relative bargain at $60 per person for three courses! There are several choices for each course. I chose the Foie Gras because it is a rare delicacy, and my husband got the yogurt parfait because he loves fruit and yogurt every day! For our main course, I wanted to re-experience the delicious lobster hollandaise. My husband got adventurous and decided to experiment with the steak and eggs. We even read up on what cut flat iron steak was and found out it's the second most tender steak cut to filet mignon, which is his favorite. The waitress was very friendly and took our orders quickly. I opted for a glass of Sancerre, which is to my mind the best Sauvignon Blanc. We added a brioche loaf to our menu and it came with three delicious breads, a fig spread butter and jam. I enjoyed sipping wine and nibbling bread while we waited for the entrees. The entrées soon made their appearance. The flat iron steak was as tender and delicious as promised, with creamy eggs on the side. My lobster hollandaise was full of delicious lobster, with an unctuous, lavish Hollandaise. We gazed out over the fountains as we enjoyed our meal. It really is wonderful how they let you linger in French restaurant and we took the time to talk about other visits we had made here. Time really does seem to stand still when you relax in this otherr worldly atmosphere! We thought we might just eat one Apple Strudel and split one to take one, but when they arrived, they were so gorgeous that we each devoured our own. This was my first visit since 2010 and I'm glad to report the experience and food is all as great as I remember it oh so many years ago. While I had been here before, it was my parent's first time and we were there for my mom's birthday. The experience was great from top to finish. Our server was wonderfully attentive. And the other gentleman was always right there filling up our waters on a very hot Independence Day weekend. The food came out cooked perfectly. Everything was perfectly medium rare as requested. But even once the food was out, our server was still checking up on us and made sure to update us on the status of our ordered soufflé. Not that I was ever concerned about it! As soon as we finished our entrees the other lovely gentleman was there kindly asking if we were finished and if he was clear to clear out our finished plates. I have dined at Mon Ami Gabi, Alexxa's, and Eiffel Tower and seriously I have had wonderful experiences at all three so do not make me pick my favorite! Hard to beat that setting for a date night. That said, I wasn't the biggest fan of the Valentine's set menu. For the price you're paying, it just didn't feel up to par. The food itself came out good, compliments to everyone in the kitchen because everything was prepared well but the overall value and selection didn't quite match the occasion or the bill. Staff was friendly and professional, which I appreciated, and service flowed smoothly considering how busy the night was. If I had to do it again, I'd probably skip the set menu and order off the regular menu instead. Just something to consider for next year for whoever runs the show there. It was a bit chewy this time around. I'd actually skip this next time. 7. Half bottle of Justin, 808 cab ($64). This was just a little over two glasses of wine. Booked Table 56 for New Years Day at 9pm. Staying across the street at the Bellagio, there wasn't much by way of commute or issues with parking/traffic- aside from the herd of humans that cross the street you have to crawl over. Checked into the restaurant at 8:52 which is located in the casino where the large elevator is. Only tip I can provide here is, you have to check in with the host rather than go straight up to restaurant. We were sat in the Table 56 which is at the front corner of the restaurant with the "best view" of the fountains. Don't get me wrong - the views are very very nice - but the corner means there's a corner metal bar in the middle of your POV. Still very cool. We started out the meal with two starters - the pork belly and the Caesar salad. The pork belly was good - a little soft for me - but the parts that had a crisp to it - I liked a lot. The salad comes needing cut up - as two large romaine hearts covered and sitting on top of the dressing. Which is fine - the taste was good. We also had table bread as well. As my entree I went with the filet, adding the au gratin potatoes as a side. The potatoes are VERY GOOD and a must-have as one of your side choices. The steak was very good - sat in the middle of the plate. With it being a signature item - we ordered the chocolate soufflé. This was very good, and our waiter who did an outstanding job (Zach?) gave us a heads up that the dessert takes 30minutes to pull off. So we ordered that ahead when prompted. The soufflé was very very good. Overall - this was great. Service was spectacular, the view was great, and the food was just as great. Make this one of your dinners. read more

Service: Good. We were a bit late due to traffic, so the response from the team was very accommodating. It wasn't busy when we arrived so the service was standard. The brunch menu is a 3 course meal that you get to choose your own adventure from the full menu instead of a pre-fixed menu. Food: Caramel Espresso Martini - Sweet as expected. If you like drinks on the sweeter side, I would recommend this! If you like something more bitter, i would go with the regular espresso martini. Creamy French Onion Soup - Great flavor. I was surprised it came out as a blended soup. It had a deep onion and umami flavor! Chicken Supreme - Very Enjoyable! It is a chicken cordon bleu wrapped in puff pastry. The chicken was well seasoned and the puff pastry was light and crisp. Chocolate Chip Cookie Souffle - Eggy. The chocolate chips and the creme anglaise gave the dessert a nice sweetness. The overall dish had a strong egg taste instead of a luscious richness. Lobster Eggs Benedict - NO! My friend ordered this and got food poisoning. If it smells fishy, don't eat it! For brunch with a view in Vegas, you need to go to the Eiffel Tower Restaurant! They fully embrace the authentic French vibes from the service & aesthetic to the food & ambiance! The brunch is a great deal, you get so many different things and it's all delicious! I highly recommend starting out with the warm brioche crown; it's so fluffy & tasty! Both the Œuf Mimosa & Smoked Pork Belly, are great options for starters. For me the star of the show was the Burger À La Française, which was basically a French onion soup in burger form! The caramelized onions & jus they serve on the side for dipping, make this one of my favorite burgers I've had; and the fingerling potato chips are great too! Table 56 at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant is one of those rare spots where the view completely takes over--in the best way. The table itself feels almost tucked away, facing straight out toward the Bellagio Fountains, and what stood out most was how you can fully focus on the view without constantly noticing other diners around you. It creates this surprisingly private, almost cinematic experience even though the restaurant was quite busy for a weekday. The food matched the setting--fresh, well-executed, and satisfying without trying too hard. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully prepared, which made it easy to just relax and enjoy the moment. Service was excellent--attentive, polished, and perfectly timed without being intrusive. A nice touch was the birthday surprise: a complimentary dessert along with a cookbook, which felt genuinely thoughtful rather than routine. It was interesting to see how many people were there despite it being a weekday, but the layout and positioning of Table 56 made it feel calm and exclusive.
