I was walking through the lobby of the Linq hotel I could not believe that they have a vending machine that actually bakes a fresh piece of deep dish pepperoni pizza in eight minutes to order. My hopes were not very high, but because it was so late at night I didn't really have any other real options for food. When the slice came out, I was amazed at how good it looked and it was so hot. I had to wait several minutes to be able to eat it. Once I took my first bite I was an absolute shock at how delicious it was. I love a ton of pepperoni and this slice was unmatched in the amount of pepperoni. The machine gives great service. It only takes eight minutes to create the slice and it comes out so piping hot. You dare not take a bite. The ambience is very busy as there are tons of people walking through the lobby in the hotel and there are plenty of other restaurants and shops in the vicinity. It's a very busy area and this is a great machine to use if you need a quick fix, especially if it's late at night. I would definitely eat this again. read more

This is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Located near the entrance of the third District elevators, this bakery, Italian pizza sandwich eatery puts out the best sandwiches and pastries. I've had in a long time. Fresh pizzas made daily and pastries like breakfast sandwiches, croissants, and my favorite the jersey beef with au jus really made my night without spending $200 on dinner somewhere else. For 20 bucks I got a super fresh crunchy delicious beef sandwich with peppers, cheese, onion, a side of chips and a drink for the night before I stopped at another convenience spot and got a turkey club and a Gatorade for $35. Service is friendly and knowledgeable, staff is on the ball, dealing with a lot of customers coming in making demands, but what a great place. If you're looking to keep it simple and grab a bite to eat and have something quality, handmade, fresh, highly recommend the boss. For a quick breakfast, i enjoyed my breakfast here. The Boss Cafe is towards the back of the Linq hotel. There's not very many tables in the area answer didn't have a place to eat there. We had to ask for the breakfast sandwich to be wrapped up and we walked by the other restaurant he has towards the linq promenade entrance and ate at the available tables there. I ordered the breakfast platter. I really enjoyed the pesto and spicy peppers with eggs and potato. There was also a small slice of foccacia and sausage patty (or you can choose bacon). The boss Café can be found in the back of the LinQ hotel, near the rideshare area. As we come out of the elevators, the boss café is right in front. Went out early in search of coffee, and after taking a look at that the pastry counter, I decided to give the boss Café a try. Ordered the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, a cinnamon bun, and a medium coffee. The egg & sausage breakfast sandwich came out quick and is a large sandwich. Fluffy scrambled eggs stacked on top of a sausage patty, and there is a herb Provence aïoli on the bun. It was really good! The cinnamon bun as either overcooked or on the old side, as it was tough and chewy. While the coffee was hot, I did not like the flavor. Do not know what brand they use, but it was pretty bitter All at all, a great visit, and I recommend The boss cafe for breakfast. read more

If you remember Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro is the mastermind behind the whole foodie Boss line littered throughout Vegas. They got his famous pizzas, his famous cakes (the rainbow is obvi the star stunna) and his not-so-famous-that-he's-trying-to-make-famous Jersey roast beef. Along with the cafe, the Boss Vending Machine is pretty dope, too! Great options but usually just one option if you're lucky late at night. I've seen it completely sold out, as well! The focaccia bread was great, but the fountain soda was super flat. More importantly, my experience was negative due to the service. The cashier made it a point to tell us we went through the wrong end of the line and that we were confusing his customers ( no one else in line btw ...) and when my boyfriend had asked what fountain drinks they had, the guy silently stared at him (when i looked to my right i had seen the fountain drink options, so i tapped my bf to show him), I'm assuming he just started at my bf because the options were right there but he could have been helpful by just pointing that out. With the small appetite I had after a long night, my friends and I decided to get our brunch meal here. I got a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich and it was surprisingly pretty good! The sauce was a little salty but I think that was due to the amount of parmesan cheese. I got the mutz (fresh mozzarella) with pesto and a hot roast beef with dip and I actually stopped what I was doing after I took the first bite. I am VERY happy with this purchase. I'm floored the restaurant wasn't filled to the brim with people ALWAYS. Don't walk past it. Try it. I passed it the first time because it says on every sign they had tiramisu and had none when I got up to order which turned me off but I gave them another chance and I'm so glad I did. Spent a few days at The Linq and was reeled into the Boss Cafe one morning with their Breakfast Pizza on display. A row of square slices behind their display glass with fluffy eggs, bacon, and cheese piled high - I couldn't pass up trying a slice. The verdict? Delicious. An excellent use of cheese to act as the "sauce" or binding agent of the toppings to the crust of the pizza. The slice was large and plentiful. I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. The components worked perfectly together to deliver exactly what one expects in their ideal breakfast-type of pizza; thus, leaving a strong first impression during the most important meal of the day. With several days ahead of 'living' at The Linq, I had to try one of their more traditional slices at least once during our stay. I stopped by again for a square pepperoni slice. Same large size loaded with my favorite cupped-pepperoni, it was a nice, quick filling lunch. Slices tasted freshly made. Service was quick. This is definitely a nice addition to The Linq for something quick to eat. Their hours during our stay were limited to 7am - 5pm, so this isn't necessarily an ideal place for a late-night bite. Pricing, as with most things on The Strip is on the more expensive side for what it is, but the Boss Cafe is a solid, quick, and filling meal to get you going throughout the day. The line for Hash House a Go Go was too long so came here to grab a quick bite. For breakfast, you can order the breakfast sandwiches, breakfast pizza, and hash browns. The breakfast pizza is made of fluffy eggs, bacon pieces, and American cheese on focaccia. The undercarriage was nice and crispy with a fluffy and dense center. This was not the most stellar Vegas food trip, but by far our best meal was from this nondescript, easy to miss place located between Harrah's and the Linq. I had Lisa's Caprese Sandwich, which had Sweet peppers, hand made mozzarella, marinated tomatoes, basil, balsamic, arugula and olive oil on amazing focaccia bread. Diane had the Jersey Roast Beef, which had Herb-crusted and slow-roasted beef, the same amazing mozzarella, hot peppers, again on focaccia. It was so convenient, I ordered the same thing 3 nights in a row just for convenience sake and due to the fact that the Cuban Sandwich was so delicious. It was consistently great all 3 nights. Staff is wonderful here and food comes out quickly. The only negative was that I had to pay an $11.50 extra fee to obtain cash from the ATM machine right outside of the Cafe as their register broke and they have no facility for charging it to your room when something goes wrong. read more

I had high expectations for Boss Cafe and walked way further than I should have in heels to get here. There are a good number of his cake vending machines available within Vegas casinos but I wanted to get a cake from an actual restaurant. The pizza here was pretty good. The crust was too hard to enjoy and the flavor was average. The best Food Network endorsed pizza I've had is from Big Al's Pizzeria in Maywood and Orange. Nothing has ever been in the same league for me when it comes to pizza/wings/brisket. The garlic knots were also decent. I appreciated that they used real garlic but they were a bit oily for me and the marinara sauce was also incredibly average and tasted like it was straight from a jar. Most disappointing of all was the cake! I think they could have at least fooled me by removing the slice from the package and presenting it on a plate so I didn't know it was the exact same slice I could have gotten from a vending machine. The cake was dry and the ratio of cake to frosting was off. The frosting was good but overall the cake did not even taste as good as a Costco chocolate cake The servers here were friendly and bubbly. I loved how cute the seating area was and the outside features a lovely display to draw you in and really capitalize on Buddy's popularity. Considering the endorsements that Buddy has received across the network, I was disappointed by the flavor and quality of food that I ate here. It is not worth the hype or the trip to Vegas. You are better off eating somewhere else or spending the extra money on a slot machine. read more
