Yum Tiki Hubby and I just hit strip needed some food. We decided to try all new places The Boss did not disappoint. Got the daily special sandwich chips & drink with tip right at $20.00 and plenty for 2. Great service by cashier. Sandwich was fresh mozzarella, sweet ret peppers and pork on fresh made "bread". Soooo good great people watching

Got the porchetta sandwich yesterday and it was pretty damn good. Had to go back and get it again along with the roast beef sandwich. Amazing quality and delicious. The service was quick and the people working were nice.

For a quick breakfast, i enjoyed my breakfast here. The Boss Cafe is towards the back of the Linq hotel. There's not very many tables in the area answer didn't have a place to eat there. We had to ask for the breakfast sandwich to be wrapped up and we walked by the other restaurant he has towards the linq promenade entrance and ate at the available tables there. I ordered the breakfast platter. I really enjoyed the pesto and spicy peppers with eggs and potato. There was also a small slice of foccacia and sausage patty (or you can choose bacon). My partner ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and I gave him my sausage patty. He also enjoyed his sandwich as a quick eat.

Located inside the Linq Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. It's a little simple cafe where you can get sandwiches, pizza and pastries. I came to try their NY style pepperoni pizza. It was not bad it was pretty good. There are a few tables to sit at good thing I went at an off time cause I heard there could be long lines at some peak times. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful.

The boss Café can be found in the back of the LinQ hotel, near the rideshare area. As we come out of the elevators, the boss café is right in front. Went out early in search of coffee, and after taking a look at that the pastry counter, I decided to give the boss Café a try. Ordered the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, a cinnamon bun, and a medium coffee. The egg & sausage breakfast sandwich came out quick and is a large sandwich. Fluffy scrambled eggs stacked on top of a sausage patty, and there is a herb Provence aïoli on the bun. It was really good! The cinnamon bun as either overcooked or on the old side, as it was tough and chewy. While the coffee was hot, I did not like the flavor. Do not know what brand they use, but it was pretty bitter All at all, a great visit, and I recommend The boss cafe for breakfast.

Decided to come get some food from here before heading up to my room. About 20 bucks for a meal. When I first seen the sandwich I was like wow kinda small but it was very flavorful and filling. I will come back here again.

Tasty breakfast sandwich! Fluffy and fresh eggs. Coffee was decent too and they also have a bunch of pastries to choose from. A quick grab-and-go spot inside the LINQ hotel.

Ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich. Very plain and simple, priced relatively accordingly for Las Vegas. It was sufficient to start my morning and the service was really quick from getting in line to paying and getting my order. Lots of spacing onsite or you can take it to go as well.

Our first time here and we were very impressed. The pizza and sandwiches are amazing. The mozzarella is fricking fresh and really good. I really enjoyed the roast beef. The service was not bad. It's a counter order. No server. Good vibe.

Oh yes. I'm amazed this picture isn't censored. Just awesome

Wait a minute, I needed to come back to write a review on this after just checking in and writing "pretty good". That was in reference to the experience I had ordering BUT THE FOOD ITSELF IS AN ASTOUNDING BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. I got the mutz (fresh mozzarella) with pesto and a hot roast beef with dip and I actually stopped what I was doing after I took the first bite. I am VERY happy with this purchase. I'm floored the restaurant wasn't filled to the brim with people ALWAYS. Don't walk past it. Try it. I passed it the first time because it says on every sign they had tiramisu and had none when I got up to order which turned me off but I gave them another chance and I'm so glad I did. They bring value at least 50% more than what you pay for. Awesome awesome aweome. Get the mutz.

I decided to try the Boss Cafe inside the Linq because it was close and convenient. The Cafe was small but had plenty of tables available. They had some classic music playing just loud enough to hear it but not so loud you couldn't talk. The staff was friendly and professional. I've seen Buddy's TV shows and have always thought his food looked good. I ordered the Peppe which is crispy pepperoni slices on focaccia bread. The sauce was a little salty but I think that was due to the amount of parmesan cheese. Overall the pizza had some good spice to it and would definitely be something I would order again if I was staying at the Linq.

    Elizabeth M.

Was staying at the LINQ and noticed they had a "Boss Cafe." Since im a fan of Buddy's i knew i had to try this place. I got some breakfast sandwiches and let me just say. they are some of the best sandos I have tried. the eggs were season to perfection. the portion was a big portion, however, since it was so good it seemed small. I will definitely come back and try other menu items.

A few of us ordered Smoked Salmon Benedict, which was perfectly prepared with creamy Hollandaise sauce and came with a side of microgreens. Another friend had the Smoked Salmon Toast which was equally delicious. Our friend Scott was super duper hungry and ordered 2 entrees including a breakfast pllatter with perfectly scrambled eggs and the crispy chicken sandwich meal. Their Tropical Dream drink was so delicious & tasted like a light Pina Colada. Tried their blood orange, peach passion fruit, and yuzu drinks which tasted like the were made with fresh fruits and were extremely refreshing. **OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Pleasant, helpful, and polite staff members with smiles on their faces. The wait staff kept our water glasses full at all times and brought whatever we requested right away. Very impressed with the delicious food and excellent service. Will definitely be back!

Now for the worst part, the eggs, I'm not very picky with my eggs but these had like a throw up texture to them, way too fluffy, almost tasted like gerber food, took one bite and just left them there. We started out with beautifully flaky croissants which I highly recommend. Our main dishes were all shared family style among the group so we had a taste of everything. Avocado toast had a creamy texture on top of a walnut tumeric flavored bread (blech) that had a cake-like texture. This was my least favorite dish. The goat cheese was off-putting with the pesto and avocado. There were too many ingredients that did not complement each other at all-- 1 star. Here are the highlights: 1) Lobster roll with Cajun seasoned French fries. Added a squeeze of lemon and this was absolutely delicious-- huge chunks of mouthwatering, sweet lobster lightly coated in mayonnaise inside of a toasted bun.. I would definitely get this again. The fries were also perfection-- 5 stars 2) Cobb salad had thinly sliced apple and pomegranate seeds that added a refreshing crunch. I've had a lot of Cobb salads but this was so light, healthy and unexpectedly delicious. There were small crumbles of blue cheese-- just enough to provide that Cobby essence. Topping it off was a well-balanced apple vinaigrette which I think was made from fresh apples-- 5 stars. 3) The Southern Style Grits with thick chunks of bacon (wow, so good) and plump, juicy shrimp nestled in cheesy grits was so delightful. I personally preferred to add a little salt and pepper on top, and then it was just right. I loved the multiple combinations of flavors you could create in each bite. The tiny maple pecans (?) that garnished the dish were an added bonus-- 5 stars. I would suggest passing on the Dutch Baby. It was bland and we hardly ate it--1 star. Reservations are a must! But expect to wait 20-30 minutes for your table regardless. The food came out quickly and service was 5 stars!
