Checked out Caffe Vita for the first time last night and really enjoyed my time there! It's a cozy cafe with a nice, quiet atmosphere!! We got the Hot Coco All the Way and the S'mores Hot Chocolate! I could easily see these being a great hit for both adults and children! They had a selection of holiday special drinks (S'mores Hot Chocolate being one of them) and I would love to go back and try out their lattes! read more

At this cafe you find yourself noticing and enjoying the little things. Happy but subtle music in a bright and clean space. They have true coffee lover drinks. Not the fru fru coffees that taste more like a dessert. Knowledgeable friendly staff. We got one cold brew and one iced latte to go. We did not over look the fact that our barista checked the no tip button during our credit card transaction. I hate the forced feeling of tipping for every single thing now a days. Kudos! read more

I've been here twice and both times have been great ! I think it's perfect to grab a quick bite and some tea. They have the cutest teapots, I would've posted but I only have video. The cafe has great drink and food selections. I definitely enjoy going there except when a particular man is working there. I am not sure of his name because I don't see him normally there, but it kinda gave me a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended), so I do not really go there anymore. I came in to redeem my card since I filled it with all my drink purchases and he made it seem like we were wasting his time. We were in the mood for some coffee and possibly a snack. We yelped "coffee" and this places showed up. It had great reviews, looked great inside and it just happened to be near us at the time. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome, already a great start. We had some of their signature drinks and boy were we in for a treat. What an absolutely scummy thing to do, putting "Cronuts" on your menu. Unless this place has specifically licensed the name from Dominique Ansel, they are infringing on his registered trademark, hoping that nobody would notice some random place in Suwanee was breaking the law. I wanted to love this place so badly as it's one of our only neighborhood coffee shops. I've given it so many chances, but every time they disappoint worse than the last. I will say, their drinks are good, but the service is SO bad it's truly not worth it. Expect to wait 30 minutes plus for a cup of coffee and not even get an apology or an acknowledgement about the wait. This happens every single time, regardless of whether or not it's crowded. This is NOT a quick spot. The food is just okay, and everything is incredibly overpriced. Staff is rude, owner is even worse. read more

I've gotten a regular vanilla latte which was delicious - and it's served in a mug so you get the nice latte art. I've also got the HoChiMin City which was just a tad bit too sweet but still very flavorful. If you are in a hurry DO NOT COME HERE! It took my coffee 15 minutes, and my pastry 25 minutes to be served! I waited for so long I decided to become friends with the lady near me. So that was a plus... but it's not OK for a cafe to take this long. I came in for a bite, and waited like it was a meal. Laté was delicious..... food (cronut) O.K. Very excited to finally see a coffee shop in the Suwanee Town Center! I've tried the pour over dark roast and light roast and both were great. Since these are pour over coffees they take time, so as long as your not in a huge rush to get in and out, you'll enjoy your experience. read more

This is a cute little spot with the potential for growth. My sister and I ordered the iced caramel macchiato and they were absolutely perfect. They "forth" the milk giving it a lightness that was unexpected. We ordered the "cronut". It was pretty good. I was most impressed with the attention the employees provided. Everything was prepared with pride and that is a major plus in the food industry these days. We will definitely be back to try some new things SOON! read more

Absolutely horrible service! The male barista was very rude. I asked for a latte and then asked the female barista to get me what she recommended. She suggested something Ho Chi Minh and I said sure! There were two people waiting in line behind me. I placed my order and waited a solid ten minutes. The female barista then shouted out ho chin Minh frappe and I took it assuming it was mine as I was front in line. Another ten minutes passed and they are looking for the frappe for the people behind me. I realized I must've accidentally got it by mistake. The male cashier was instantly rude and started berating me for picking up a "cold drink" when mine was hot and pointing and saying this was not for you in front of other customers. He made me place the frappe on the counter as if I was a child and went on berating me. I stood up for myself and said I got the Ho Chi Minh something and didn't know exactly what I got. He went on to angrily make my drink (slamming the milk around) and shout condescendingly in another language to his coworker. His behavior is not excusable and I would not give this establishment my business. read more

Avacado toast was probably the best I've ever had. Wife ordered the Nutella croissant and said it was amazing. A little pricey, but not too bad. My only complaint is that it took about 20 minutes to get our food (the restaurant wasn't even crowded). All in all, everything tasted good and the atmosphere was trendy.
