Big Brown Club
Mauricio A.

This place has been a staple in the downtown Suwanee area for a couple years now. One of the best for sandwiches, wraps and such. We come here once every couple of weeks for some good sandwiches and such. Last order I had the Big Brown Club on a wrap, and that was really good. My friends enjoyed their Vegi Slams, and italian Subs, all really good. Sides are pretty good as well. I normally do the potato salad, or pickles, but you can't go wrong with either. Overall, good experience here every time. Will continue to check it out if I'm in Suwanee.

Kids Turkey and Cheese Sandwich

Eh , wasn't really a fan. The food was very bland. I ordered an everything bagel with spinach , cheese & egg. It wasn't the worst , but I wish it would've had some type of butter or cream cheese on it because even with the cheese on it, it was dry. The bagel also didn't really taste like an everything bagel to me , it tasted like it had rye seeds on it (which I hate). The place and location was nice so I was able to walk across the lot and eat outside in the park area & it was a beautiful day that day. I ordered my son a turkey & cheese kids meal. It literally was a piece of turkey & cheese on dry, hard bread. Had I known the sandwich was going to be so dry, I would've asked for a side of condiments. My son wouldn't even eat it. I did however like that the kids meal came with juice, chips & fruit snacks.

Veggie wrap was very crunch and good!

A little expensive but the food was good! I had the veggie wrap and it was very fresh with a nice crunch to it. Kids had a build your own sandwich with salami and cheese but they didn't like so much meat it. Husband had the roast beef with horseradish sauce. You get a choice of bread and The sub roll was very soft and fresh. We'd come here again.

We had a wonderful experience here. We aren't over in the area too often but stopped by because we were craving salads and sandwiches! This place was so cute and I was amazed by the variety. There is something for everyone here, and the salads and sandwiches have many flavors (for vegetarians and meat lovers). I loved that they sell a wide variety of beverages (including alcoholic ones) and the location is right across from a park so it would be great to go back when it's warmer and maybe take it to go. My salad was a great portion and the veggies and chicken were fresh and savory. I mostly love the community here and the timeliness of getting my food in the lunch rush hour! Will def be back! Check hours because they change seasonally!

Decided to try this place during an afternoon out. Fresh ingredients, charming atmosphere, fast service. Everything tasted good, jussssttttt a bit on the over priced side for me. Definitely will give it another shot. The kids loved it. Nice for a quick weekend lunch.

This is a great area with a park. I ducked in here for some breakfast + lunch since playing long poker tourney today. Bagel is good and Turkey Sandwich is even better. Props to customer service, cleanliness, and location.

Brown Bag Club and potato salad.

Nice, clean place to grab a sandwich in the Town Center. This was my first visit and I chose the Brown Bag Club with a side of potato salad. Both the sandwich and potato salad we're fine, but nothing noteworthy. However, the multi grain bread for the sandwich, which was slightly toasted, was outstanding. I would certainly return to try another offering, maybe a hot sandwich the next time. The speed of service was definitely something to be admired. I had my sandwich within 2-3 minutes after ordering and noticed that the other customers were getting the same speed on their orders. This was during lunchtime on a Thursday. They have a number of bottled beverages to choose from (water, soda, juice, tea) and also alcoholic beverages including bottled and canned beer and cheap wine. Additionally, they have a small, countertop Coca-Cola freestyle machine.

Had a very good and cheap breakfast here after a run with some friends! Bagel was soft and chewy and the egg sandwich as a whole was good. Plenty of seating and the service was in general friendly. Good to have a nice quick breakfast and be able to sit outside with friends

Reuben chips and a pickle! Really good!
Kevin Y.

We have come here several times now to get a sandwich and sit outside with our dog and people watch . Nice family running a great sandwich shop and we often get the Reuben with a big pickle , chips and a drink and it's a great combo! Many sandwiches and meats to choose from, outdoor and indoor seating, right on the sidewalk by he amphitheater area and park. Generally a good crowd, good service, a great local place to ha g out and enjoy. Will be back with my mom and my dog when we get the chance . Highly recommend.

Been here for breakfast & lunch...So far all sandwiches are fresh and delicious! So sad that they will be closed until December 18th...Sigh I'll manage I guess. If you happen to see a woman glaring through the windows it's me! Hahaha!

This is my go to spot for Bagels in the Suwanee area. Located in the fun and friendly Suwanee Town Center, Brown Bag will serve your breakfast needs. Recently I have been coming here weekly to pick up my household supply of bagels. They have a variety of maybe 5 to choose from. They are freshly delivered from a bakery on M/W/F so I make sure to stop by on one of those days. As recommended, they stay fresh throughout the week so long as you refrigerate at home. My go to are the Everything and Sesame Bagels. So far the tastiest bagels I've had in Gwinnett. They have a really nice breakfast sandwich menu as well an array of sweet pastries and beverages to choose from. I enjoy coming here to support local and for the quality of service provided.

Updating: Had to drop to 2 stars. Food & prices have not gotten any better but the customer service has gotten worse. It's like they're used to getting business & don't really care for people anymore. No greetings when you come or go & they'll kick you out of their outdoor eating area even if you & your family are the only ones there. They also have gone around & told all their customers not to throw away ice cream in the outdoor trash (that they left out & uncovered) because it attracts flies (I guess food scraps don't do that.. just ice cream? Especially ice cream from the Rita's next door?). I would never have guessed they cared because I haven't seen them sanitize the tables & seating area once. I'll still give them an extra star for their decent amount of options & other goodies inside.

They charge $5 for their croissant, which was where it falls short. If it were the best croissant I ever had, perhaps. No substitutions. Always hated this rule for every restaurant, but I get it if you have a special and hundreds of customers. We were one of 3 parties on a weekday brunch, super slow. We also ordered the traditional breakfast and a kids breakfast. But instead of bacon, we wanted a croissant for the kids meal. They are both $5 in the menu when ordered separately. First the server said they didnt know (weird) then said they would check and left for 5 minutes. The answer was no. So I paid an extra $5 and added a croissant. I ate the bacon, which improved my salmon Benedict. But neither the croissant nor bacon felt like $5. Kids meal is now the cost of a regular. So I recommend if you dont want any substitutions, try this place. I wont be coming back. It really irks me that you cant just put bread instead of bacon on a kids meal. You aren't a robot, and you are not busy. You are also not getting me as a patron anymore. P.S. the Croissant alone was not worth $5. I rate it a 3 out of 5 on its own.

They ended up serving us Rib Roast and the waiter came out as they served it to us and said "oh my manager said they changed the cut"....those are two different types of meat/steak and it would have been nice to have the option to change my meal because really, the rib roast was not good at all. It had no flavor to it and it carried a lot of liquid to it that all the liquid fell to the bottom of the bowl and mushed up the potatoes. My sister got the chicken and waffles, and she said that the chicken was tough and seemed to be overcooked.

Waitress didn't seem to know menu well and stumbled over questions asked. Menu available via QR code only, and we had 1 phone at table, so had to share phone around. Also very noisy as staff constantly bringing out birthday cake and drinks and "singing" with rattles, and strobe lights each time - 7 times in hour we were there. And a breakfast place with no coffee or tea? Bread an add on side item at breakfast and no salt or pepper on table so take food as comes only option! Also, a waitress should not be chewing gum while talking and taking an order! Nor should they be putting on lipbalm while on floor. Waitresses could use some basic training. Food was ok, nothing special and warm not hot. Flowers in food colorful but not edible, so wasted. Would be better in arrangement on table, so can enjoy while wait for food which slow since "individualized". The mandatory tip, when not deserved, is annoying. As said no plans to return as no boxes checked :(

The coffee was excellent as well and was served in a large mug that we really appreciated. We also discovered that the coffee is sourced from a small local roaster in Johns Creek, which fits perfectly with the restaurant's commitment to supporting local businesses.
