The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the place is always clean which makes the experience even better. My favorite is their margherita pizza -- it's perfectly cheesy with just the right amount of sauce. I also love that the crust is thin and holds up nicely with no flop. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great slice!

The…read moreperson who took the order over the phone was patient, the girl who gave us our food and checked us out was friendly and offered us plates and seasonings. Two of my friends were in from out of state and of course, when in Jersey you have to get PIZZA! I'm not unfamiliar with this area but all my favorite pizzerias are at least 15 mins away, so I wanted to get them something closer to their hotel. I saw the good rating and heard from a friend that it was good so I landed on Brooklyn Boys. We order garlic knots, white pizza, & vodka margherita. The garlic knots were so dry they were stored in a pizza box. I felt these were more like garlic dinner rolls. The garlic knots I know are soaked in a buttery garlicky oil, these weren't that. The white pizza was good but again, a bit dry. I would have liked more ricotta all over under the mozzarella. It also just didn't have much oil, which I understand is a preference. I know some people who blot their pizza to get some grease off, I'm not one of those people. In fact, I once went to a pizzeria where they give you flavored oil with your pizza to enhance it, those are my people. I saved the best for last- the vodka margherita. The vodka sauce had a good flavor and there was a good amount, the fresh mozzarella paired nicely. Overall, I didn't feel like this was a good representation of Jersey pizza, or Brooklyn for that matter. For what it's worth my guests thought it was generally tasty and were happy, they said it was better than what they had in their respective states, although they too were very disappointed with the dinner rolls, ahem, "garlic knots".

(1) The online prices are different than the actual prices. The lady's answer, "It must be an old menu." Not my problem, but you charged me more for every single item, so maybe it is my problem. I asked for a new menu- they didn't have one. Come on,now.....I guess so you can keep ripping your customers off (2) They don't tell you on the phone it is cash only. So you either have to leave and go to a bank or ATM that doesn't charge or pay the $2.25 fee, which sucks. (3) The food- I paid $30.75. I got 3 carnita tacos, 2 chicken tacos, the taco platter (4 ground beef tacos), 2 empanadas (beef) and rice and beans. The price sounds okay, right? NOOOOOOOOOO. GREASE CITY. THE GREASIEST MOST OILY FOOD I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. DISGUSTING TO OPEN THE PACKAGES AND ALL THERE IS ...IS GREASE ALL OVER MY HANDS, MAKING THE HARD SHELL AND SOFT SHELLS SOGGY AS EVER. What a disgrace to the art of cooking to have so much friggin grease. I could've went to White Diamond if I wanted to eat food that was going to give me a stomach ache. I am so very angry. I just called the place but they're conveniently closed. I wanted to bring this food back and tell them to eat it esp Bc the lady wasn't that polite. I'm attaching pictures so you can see that I am not exaggerating. At this point, it doesn't even matter what the taste of the food was, because I felt like I just bought from an expensive fast food place. I should've went to Taco Bell, but I wanted authentic tacos and the reviews from all these people really made me think it was good here. Bianca's - really bad business to serve people food with grease dripping everywhere. I don't think you care much about your customer's satisfaction, otherwise you would have a NEW UPDATED MENU ONLINE and you would never subject anyone to a heart attack w all this grease. Needless to say - I ate the hard shell tacos. Threw the soft shells out and used my own tortillas empanadas right to the trash can. I have a stomach ache and so does my bf. Just-from the hard shell tacos. First and very last time I spend any of my hard earned money here again. And Bianca's - I'll send you the bill for my dry cleaning since the ridiculous amount of grease dripped all over my shirt.

They just want to know your order and they will get it taken care of. I saw that this bagel shop was near where I was at the time and I stopped by for a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese on an egg bagel. The register person put in my order with no fuss. I later wanted salt, pepper and ketchup as that is just the way you order the sandwich. He didn't really comment or think much of it, and just requested whoever was making it to add it. It throws me off a little that they don't converse with it, they just get down to the order. Like they have the experience where it seems normal to them to say it. Very straightforward shop. It seems like it has its regulars because the register person was checking in with some of the customers that walked in.

The staff: The staff here is friendly and has patience with the customers. They smile, talk, and joke around with their customers. Cleanliness: This sub shop is clean with no garbage on the floors, counters, or on the tables. Prices: The prices at this sub shop are fairly decent that range from $6.99 and up for a half sub. Ham & Cheese: The bread is soft, and the American cheese is good. However, the ham is a little too salty for me. Chicken Parm: The chicken is soft topped off with the marinara sauce. The cheese is melted on top of the chicken. Chicken cheesesteak: They make the best chicken cheesesteak here and is by far one of the best that I have ever tried. The chicken is cooked to perfection with the onions and green peppers. The melted Swiss cheese and ketchup makes this sub even better. Honey turkey: The honey turkey sub is made to perfection. The bread is soft, the honey turkey is delicious and when it is topped off with lettuce, tomato, mayo and banana peppers. Mac Salad: The mac salad is good and does not taste salty or anything. Overall: This is one of the best sub shops in Edison, and I have made this sub shop my weekly routine for lunch. I will most likely keep coming here and try out the other subs and menu items.

The caveat is you don't choose the items. You just get what hadn't been sold during the business day, what you end up with is a "Surprise" bag. I absolutely loved this idea and quickly jumped on board. I located a deal I was curious about at Subworks. My "Surprise " bag was advertised at a value of $16 however it would only cost me $4.99. What, wait? I am so in! I excitedly scheduled my pickup. Well, clearly the joke was on me. My "Surprise" bag included 3 double chocolate chips Otis Spunkmeyer muffins- which normally sell for a dollar each and 2 Kaiser rolls which again normally sell for a dollar each. Ridiculous! What happened to the $16 value????? This was not what I bargained for. Had a known I would have used my $5 on $5 worth of items of my own choosing. Needless to say I will not be returning to Subworks on Inman Ave in Edison. And frankly this experience left such a bad impression on me that right now I can't imagine using Too Good to Go app to try anywhere else. For the record, the only reason I didn't rate a 1 is because to their credit, the place appeared exceptionally clean and the lovely young lady behind the counter was quite pleasant. However neither of those 2 reasons will bring me back to this business.
