I ordered a rice dish but saw variety of combinations from vietnamese-style sandwiches (banh mis) to noodles. Everything smelled soooooo good but we finally settled on BBQ beef and lemongrass chicken with rice. Both came out piping hot and the flavors were delicious...it almost had a vietnamese/korean inspiration to it. We also ordered thai teas, which according to the signs were brewed daily from scratch. The guys running the truck were super friendly and although new to town, were genuine and seemed eager to please. I found their hours on facebook. It looks like they are only open late nights on the weekends, but the guy serving said they would like expand hours as they got more volume.
