My coffee was so spot on, I'm taking this extra 5 minutes to write this review. Usually I am only 3/5 satisfied with my coffee if I'm trying new places but this was DEFINITELY worth 5/5 and was good enough where I felt compelled to write this review. Savannah made my drink: Blended black and white (dark mocha and white mocha) with white coffee, extra thick. This legit turned my mood around. It's prob my own personal problem that coffee can do that for me but sheeeeesh it surely did today. I needed this more than I ever imagined and am so thankful for Savannah's skills and customer service. She deserves a raise and I will specifically asked for her to make my drink when I come back. read more

So I know coffee stands feel like a dime a dozen in Washington in general, but this particular Cafe Elite stand is my FAVORITE of all time. The coffee is always top notch, and all the girls who work here are the NICEST people. And I don't mean that fake barista nice lol. They genuinely care about their customers and will try and get to know you as a person. If you are a regular they will def start remembering your order. There's a blonde girl with short hair that works there during the week (I think maybe she manages this stand?) who is seriously the best. 10/10 recommend read more

Absolutely not!!! I am absolutely confused by the monstrosity they gave me to eat. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel... no you're probably wondering how could that go wrong? Well it went wrong very quickly! This establishment had the audacity to put the bacon egg and cheese on a cinnamon bagel... a soggy cinnamon bagel. Who in their right mind would do that? I am so glad this little cafe stayed true to its expectations. I was in the neighborhood with a friend and we were looking for some good coffee. We yelped and came across this place. It's a little coffee place which is also a drive-through and they make gourmet coffee drinks, smoothies and breakfast sandwiches. My friend went for dirty chai latte which was their special and I went for sugarfree caramel latte. The two baristas were nice and welcoming. Quick note - it is a very small place which is not meant for sitting or working at the cafe but good to pick up drinks. read more

I love this stand. Well, I love this stand in the afternoon and evening times. The morning girls have a morning coffee girl attitude which I don't care for and seem to have too many coffee fumes in their heads... or something. But on my way to a late shift or coming home from an evening shift, favorite place to stop. My coffee order is always made correctly not that I have a difficult order but a lot of other coffee places misinterpreted and try to give me extra things in it that I do not want to even if I try to be very clear with them which sometimes happens with the morning crew at this coffee stand unfortunately. However, those working the second shift always have a nice attitude, are prompt, and could be very nice conversationalists. Only giving 4 stars since I don't like the morning crew selection. read more

I'm quite frankly appalled, and unsure what I'm going to do about this moving forward. My family and I visited the Fircrest location today around 4:25pm 9/16/2020. We both got smoothies, and we tipped well for friendly service however we have a huge issue. We found MULTIPLE pieces of sharp plastic that got blended into his drink, which look almost to me as thought a CAP got BLENDED into our smoothies. We are furious. How did they not notice? And if they did, why did they serve this to us? Now we have NO idea how much of this my husband has ingested and frankly this will have severe medical and health complications for him down the road. Some of the pieces we found were barely noticeable. This is absolutely sick, and frankly I am really mad about the lack of regard and carelessness these baristas showed us, and how careless and unprofessional it seems to me that they are by failing to notice they blended plastic into a smoothie. Ah, Cafe Elite! They are all over the Seattle metro area or at least in the South Sound area but just this past week was my first time to one. Usually I like sit down coffee shops where I can relax and take in the atmosphere, the people and the product(s). But since a new fur baby came into our lives we like fast and efficient so we can get back home to be with her as much as we can. Our new Chihuahua , Alie just turned 9 weeks old so she needs lots of attention! So with our schedules a bit different for the time being these drive up coffee shops are perfect. This Cafe Elite is located right across from Tacoma Community College. I went inside the little shop instead of wait with the line of cars around it because somehow in my mind waiting to get served out of the car was more doable than inside the car at the time. Lol! Go figure. The service is still very quick even by walking in. I got an Iced Caramel Latte which was delicious and just what I needed for a young puppy that gets you up in the night and gets up early- a much needed caffeine fix on nights like that. read more

Definitely another gem of the University Place/ Fircrest area! My favorite aspect of the business is not only the quality of the drinks made quickly, but also the prices. My usual for the Washington heat is a strawberry Italian soda - for only $2! And there's' a plethora of flavors available! I think it took almost the barista a minute to name them all, I swear. That's going the extra mile, haha! And while it's located in a rather odd and confusing intersection, it's right next to where I get my clothes tailored. Convenient as hell. Friendly baristas. Reasonable prices. I've been to every coffee shop in the area and even tho it's not the closest, this is my favorite. They have 2 drive thru windows and a walk in counter. There is a nice selection of baked goods and great coffee. Everytime I go they offer my son a sucker and if I have my dog a treat. read more

All the baristas at this location make a great team and take time to personally get to know you and make a relationship with you rather than being fake nice to someone handing them money. Attentive and caring baristas who make sure your drink is right-- or they'll remake it for you! Not really sure how this place is so highly rated. Not one good thing to say about my experience. I drove up to the window, and then waited about 4 minutes for the two girls working to finish chit-chat ting with each other. It's not that they didn't notice me drive up either- looked right at me and continued their conversation. The coffee itself is terrible, and I ordered a 20 Oz latte, half of it was foam ( I am not exaggerating). And then a finance charge to use my debit card? Really? I will not return, and I hope more people post their true opinions of this place, so new customers don't waste their time or money stopping here. I'm here just about every morning on the weekdays. Courtney and Olivia are rad as hell. Neither of them burn their beans and it's a reasonably priced whatever you get. That hasn't been the norm since I've moved here to Washington. For this price of coffee it's typically shit here, and needs flavoring to mask the over burnt beans. That's not the case here. I can order a plain latte here and enjoy the taste of the coffee which is what I love from time to time. Can't stress how nice the two gals are when I normally stop by, even when things get hectic. They're always on the ball and have never slipped up really while I'm there despite the fact I've had something like 50-80 orders at this point. Seriously if you're in University Place or Fircrest you should probably stop here. read more
