A year later, and the food has gotten even better. On top of that, my wife has discovered that she really likes the masala tea here as well.

Another Birthday dinner adventure. This time it was food we had never taken part of. Nepali tastings. Started with Aloo Fry. Drinks of Masala Tea and Berry Burst Smoothie. Our entrees were Mo:Mo (chicken) Kung Fu, and Wai Wai Shrimp. We really enjoyed a totally different dining experience. We ordered no-spice and it was plenty spicy for our taste. Would like to return and try a few more dishes. Family owner business. Food made to order.

This spot (near AT&T Stadium where the Cowboys play) was incredible. The space itself is huge with room outside, downstairs, and upstairs. Seriously, it's massive, yet still has a great coffee shop feel which is great. Our baristas were extremely friendly and when it came to customizing the avocado bread for my gluten free needs, they didn't hesitate. Their gluten free bread was really good which isn't always the case. As for my coffee, I loved it. Great oatmilk and the espresso was on point. We liked it so much, we drove back there the next day with more of our friends and they loved it. If I lived in the area, this would be a strong consideration for my local shop. Well done guys!

Anyways, the girl in the front was so kind and courteous to this woman, despite her being so rude. Hats off to her, I wish I got her name, but I did compliment her on how she handled it. As fast as the coffee, it was okay. The prices were a little steep for me to be able to visit frequently, but I liked the vibe and the decor of the place.

I saw the breakfast menu and wanted to order the shelby bagel, but unfortunately they actually stop serving breakfast at 5pm... so not all day BUT dude i ordered the micah sandwich and it was SO GOOD! their menu has many options, so when i hit the roadblock on the bagel, the staff guided me to the other options very well! TLDR: get the wedding cake w coconut milk, get a sammy and sit by the fire yall. beautiful peaceful spot!!

A lot of their drinks are strong for me, and I'm not much of a coffee drinker. I like that they provide free ice water, and they have a nice selection of pastries and even a lunch menu (sandwiches, grilled cheese, tacos and more!) for those who are looking to stick around for a while. The atmosphere is beautiful; plenty of seating, comfortable chairs and different types of table, and there's even an area my friend and I like to seat in what looks like a private event table. It's open to the public as long as no one reserves the area, so we always enjoy bringing our writing equipment and books. Personally, I really enjoy their grilled cheese. I've tried their cheese danish and brownie as well. Very delicious but a bit too sweet. I'll definitely be back here as a frequent to spend time with my friend, but I'll be on the lookout for other drinks and sweets.

I haven't done the wine portion but I know my friends love wine and charcuterie. So it's a perfect get together for ppl who love wine and others who don't. They have plenty of tables/chairs downstairs and some upstairs and great outdoor patio for those with dogs. I come here often and bring visiting friends here too.

To name a few there's creme brulee, charcoal honey, ube, pandan...along with all the regular flavors. The pastries are good, they are average, which is still a good thing. Ham & cheese came out flaky. :) Presentation is beautiful. Sometimes I'll go there midday & there's not alot to choose from so it will prevent me from getting a snack. Charcuterie & wine is available but I haven't ordered any of those. A fun atmosphere, along the wall are built in seats with chairs on the opposite end of the table. Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.

Mazapan (peanut and powder sugar) Matcha Latte: mazapan oat milk, matcha, mazapan foam, mazapan…read morebits. I've never had mazapan, but I liked the sweetness of the peanuts and powder sugar in the drink. The matcha had grassy notes, which I liked. It tasted like a sweet fresh peanut milk drink but not necessarily like peanut butter milk. You can get a regular or large sized drink. Dulce de leche concha was pretty and tasty. It seemed more milk bread-like since it was soft and fluffy. It reminded me of melon pan because the crust was soft and crumbly. There's a small amount of dulce de leche in the middle, which is okay since the top is very sweet and the dulce de leche is rich. Shio pan with cream cheese and everything bagel: similar to a Chinese baked bread (cut almost all the way) filled with whipped cream cheese. The bottom has a slight crust but not hard like a Korean salt bread, and it's topped with everything bagel seasoning (not too salty). Dubai choco strawberry cookie: moist and almost fudgy because of chocolate chunks, topped with fresh strawberry slices. There's a small center of pistachio cream but the usual crispy noodles were already broken and mixed in, so it's less satisfying to me. The chocolate cookie part was like a rich brownie. It stayed soft even refrigerated. The marranito (pig-shaped sweet cookie) was thick and broke like a soft cookie. It's like a gingerbread cookie with less spices. Even refrigerated, the cookie was pretty soft. I'm usually not too fond of this type of flavor, but I liked this version. Ham and cheese bun: fluffy baked Asian bread with thin slice of ham and cheese. Bacon egg and cheese milk bread resembles a thick Chinese bread bun with a bacon-wrapped thick tamagoyaki inside. The egg part looked like it was overcooked. Coffee bun is a soft and high plain bun covered with a thick layer of slightly bitter coffee powder. The bread items started getting drier after getting cut and refrigerated but softened once they were microwaved. There are clean trays and tongs for the baked goods. The line moves along the edges. The bakery had (2) baskets of large umbrellas since it was a long and slow line and blazing hot. The outside line takes up most of the small parking lot. There is some street parking along the 2-way road. I think the bakery was busier than normal due to it being the day after a BTS concert and social media. It took about 50 minutes to get inside, 20 minutes to get through the line, then 15 minutes to receive drinks. There are a few tables along the right side of the inside bakery and a few small tables outside. Even though it was very busy, the staff projected a friendly and competent image. There're clay heart-shaped plates to eat on and plastic forks for splitting pastries. The graphics on the murals, merch (shirts and aprons), big boxes, and cups were cute. The image on the plastic cups are easily scratched off.
