Once I ordered, the drive to the pick up line moved quickly. The cashier verified again that I would accept the sourdough bread, and sausage instead of bacon. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered the caramel syrup for my coffee, and I was happy to accept it. I've never been inside this location , but what I could see from my car looked nice. I told her that I had to leave because I had to get to work and went to Starbucks instead, which I really didn't want to do. But this has been a pattern with this place- either they're not hiring enough staff, the staff that they have is overwhelmed or something is going on. I've been coming here for almost a year- and I definitely would prefer to patronize a local Shop, but not if it's gonna take five minutes to even just get my order taken when I am literally the only person in line.
