Wow so happy I found this place. It is tucked into the corner of a strip mall with a tiny little sign. Thanks to Yelp for guiding me there. It must have guided several people there because the place was busy. I ordered a spinach and turkey crepe plus a caramel latte. Wow the crepe was large. I got 2 lunches from that. A friend and I shared a BBQ Pulled Chicken Crepe and a Turkey & Spinach Crepe. We were both expecting more flavor from the BBQ one, but to our surprise, the Turkey & Spinach was more flavorful? They were both good, but that Turkey & Spinach one is better! Then we shared an Eurocrem Crepe that was DELECTABLE. Really cute place. Wish there were more fruit choices and savory choices for crepes. In any case, we placed our order for a crepe and 2 espresso drinks, requesting to have our drinks after our meal. However, , they were somewhat slammed, nothing unexpected for the time of day (8:30 am), and EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED. It seems that someone had to run out to get more milk- leaving 2 employees instead of 3. I don't believe having a 3rd person there would've helped, they were seriously backed up, after waiting patiently an inordinate amount of time we did ask and finally got our drinks then waited again for the crepe which was ok and probably not worth the wait. They were very apologetic which I appreciate but, honestly, they won't last long if they don't get their act together. read more

We love Cafe Fleur de Lis. It is a great addition to the Oakville community. The decor and ambiance is upscale with couches, velvet chairs, a fire place etc.. a fun place to meet friends! On Sunday we ordered a chocolate croissant, a maple walnut croissant and a pistachio cannoli- all delicious. I also appreciate that they have multiple sugar free latte flavors. I ordered a hazelnut sugar free latte. The only suggestion for improvement is to have bigger more prominent signage out side as it is a bit hard to find for first time customers. The current signage is small and hard to read from a distance. Cafe Fleur De Lis is located in the Schnucks shopping center ( on Telegraph rd) back in the left corner near the gym. My wife found this spot while looking for something new for breakfast. It's tucked away in a corner of shopping plaza in the back so it's a little hard to find if you're not looking for it. Once inside it's a cute spot, cozy with plenty of Insta worthy wall art. The amount of people inside made us hopeful it was going to be a worthy choice. Unfortunately, we finally found a table that we sat at that had dishes left on it by the people that left who didn't know to take them to the tubs as it was the only option for a table, the staff walked past several times never offered to clean the spot that is until we got up and moved to another table that was vacated while we were still waiting for our food. That table was also dirty but there were no plates on it. Finally I flagged down someone and she wiped this table down for us. 30 minutes into our wait, a server brought us one of the Nutella crepes we had ordered and we asked where the other one was as well as our drinks the poor kid looked like a deer in the headlights and walked away. While we waited for the rest of the order I looked at the receipt and noticed that they only took the order for one of our crepes, so we started to share the one we got and about 5 minutes later we finally got our latte and lavender lemonade. We were not the only ones here that seemed to have this experience today. I'm guessing they're extremely under staffed or didn't expect to have this kind of business on a Sunday? While the crepe and the drinks were decent they were not wait 35 minutes for them decent. I gave three stars on the food and drinks. We both agreed that we'd probably come back to try this spot maybe on a random week day to see if the service was any better but not anytime soon. read more

I will say, do not order their avocado toast: my mother ordered it and it was toast and avocado, no presentation or anything. I could've made it at home. I've been to Café fleur de lis numerous times before, and up until now had had a great experience. I often walk by Café fleur de lis while doing my other business at the oakville shopping plaza. I often have my dog with me, and today no exception,.as I have had previously, and since Cafe fleur de lis has no drive-through. we sat at a table outside and I CALLED them to tell them my order and that Id need them to come get my card either when theyre delivering my drink to me, or prior, so that i can pay for it. Not today. Today Café fleur de lis denied me service because I had my dog with me. BTW I have a letter of medical necessity for my dog on my phone, but I choose NOT to take her into restaurants or coffee shops. thats MY choice. I can't understand why Café fleur de lis refused us service. I also don't understand how Café fleur de lis touts that they offer pup cups to dogs that come with their owners,, but then they turn away dog owners When they try to order. again, there's no drive-through at Café fleur de lis, so how does that work? Do they only allow COUPLES with dogs into their establishment? Do they have a bias against people that walk and don't drive? whos the pup cup for?? kids?? are you calling peoples kids dogs?? I'm mean clearly, it can't be for dogs. You refused mine. it may be a while before I ever go back IF I ever go back now. Starbucks is literally right across the street. and You can walk right up to a Starbucks with your dog and not only get your drink and a pup cup with your dog with you, but they'll pet love on your dog. Tell you how cute your dog is because Starbucks is ACTUALLY dog friendly. They don't lie about being pet friendly to lure you in and then deny you service when you actually come in for service. read more

Today was either my 3rd or 4th time visiting! I LOVE this coffee shop -- the aesthetic is so cute, the coffee is great (I'm a coffee snob) and the food options are great. I love it so much, I had a friend from London stay with me last month and this is where I brought her for coffee one morning! While this particular Saturday took longer than usual, it looked like they were shorter staffed than normal and were extremely busy! That didn't stop me from enjoying my experience in their shop or the food and drinks I ordered. I'll keep coming back because the quality and customer service is great. I have never waited past 25 minutes at a coffee shop on a Saturday for food, and I have gone to almost every coffee shop in St. Louis. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to receive our crepes.
