Overpriced but delicious (sometimes) The first time I came here, I was obsessed, popping in before almost every shift to get a matcha. With time, the quality fell off and I stopped visiting this spot as often. The staff are friendly, but when I brought a friend here they made me realize, the pastries they sell aren't made here and the matcha I was obsessing over was filled with syrups I could just make at home. We need to stop for a moment and appreciate the cuteness of this cafe! Came here on a Tuesday morning at 10am and it was PACKED. The workers are very cute and customer service is amazing. I ordered a banana pudding drink and I didn't know it came in coffee or match options because the menu said banana pudding latte/matcha (totally my fault) so when it came out with coffee, I went back and asked the girl that took my order. She was very nice about it and made me one with matcha right away! The decor is very clean and aesthetically pleasing and they have a huge mirror that would be amazing for pictures. Not too much to say about the pastries because it's just very basic. The cold foam on top of my drink was delicious but the matcha itself was lacking a bit. I like my matcha much stronger than that, but if you don't then you'll love their matcha drinks. I will come back to try other drinks in the future. read more

The atmosphere is so beautiful and clean, and the employees are so sweet! My mom and I went to get a coffee and the employee recognized that we had food allergies since I wanted an alternative milk in my drink. She made sure that both of our drinks were dairy free, which is such a blessing. We are very thankful for places like these and we definitely will continue to go for good coffee. read more

Cute cafe with a very clean aesthetic. The pasteries looked beautiful and we'll be stopping by for one another time. I grabbed a matcha latte to take with us to the kids indoor play place next door. Beautiful cafe. BUT the ordering process is a slog and sh*tshow. The menu is framed in a tiny frame in front of the register, so no one can think about their order until they are at the front of a 15-20 minute line. The cashier has to have a conversation to explain everything, with every customer. No labels on the pastries. I have written this entire review while waiting to be able to see the menu. The ordering process is very involved and needs streamlining. It's nice enough product, service and decor, but ordering needs some improvement as of April 2026. read more

We finally decided to checkout this new place. Didn't have too many expectations. Place was very crowded and our lattes and mochas were not very well made very water downed not enough actual coffee. My iced latte didn't even taste like coffee I had to ask for more shots. The rose croissant was good though. read more

Super watered down, matcha taste wasn't strong, tasted more like watered down milk with a SMALL hint of matcha. crème brûlée was okay, but it was so thick it barely even mixed in the matcha. strawberry puree was just like jam. but if you are a matcha fan don't come here. Cute shop. But pastries and coffee were lacking. Every open table was extremely dirty, but there were plenty of people working to be able to clean them as people left. I could've overlooked that as it was a Sunday and I know things can get busy, maybe I came at the end of the rush. But the coffee was terrible. My hot mocha was lukewarm at best, and our pastries lacked any flavor at all. The latte art attempt was cute, but with the vibes of the shop I would expect a bit more of "art" and not just a blob. Right off the bat, milk took up 70% of the cup. the actual coffee tasted stronger this time around but still tasted too milky . So I'm just noticing other reviews mentioning this cafe hyped up on Tiktok which might explain why the line here when we went was like waiting in line for merch at a sold out concert venue. Absolutely no where to stand or sit..but we we're committed to starting our girls day and we were already here. So I see all of these people and this gorgeous place so I'm expecting everything to be life changingly good. Unfortunately it just wasn't the case. Mind you, we spent $100 on 5 drinks and just about every pastry they had so when I say I TRIED to the menu I mean I trieeeed the menu. The drinks were just not good. The iced coffee had a horribly bitter taste with zero sweetness, but the topping that was supposed to be super sweet and mixed in was lacking in flavor and only tasted like artificial flavor and sweetener. The matcha was horrible. We threw out our full cups of drinks, it was devastating to have to be so wasteful. I've been here a few times and I love the crème brûlée latte. They are a little on the expensive side. I would give this a higher rating until my last visit. I had to change my baby's diaper on the bathroom floor (thank goodness I had a travel changing pad) because they don't have a kola care or changing table. There were lots of families in there when I came so I assumed they would have that accommodation, but they don't. I also think their register is in a terrible location. It's in the middle of the cafe so if the line is long and you're sitting in the back, it's hard to get through the crowd of people if you are ready to leave. They need to switch the coffee pick up counter and the register. Just my opinion. read more

Pretty sad that this is what landed here in HV. I support small businesses but not this one. Service is very robotic. No friendly greeting. Just young girls who can barely smile and don't speak up. The time of day I went was filled with middle aged Karen-like women who judged EVERYONE who entered. Also, there was a dog in the shop shaking & shedding its fur. I love dogs, but common. I can say that I am someone who comes to Cafe Le Fleurs regularly, I love their light aesthetic atmosphere and interesting drink options. Although I love going there I can say the service is only good when the owners are around. Every experience I personally have had when simply the employees were working there has always been poor customer service and burnt coffee. I recently had gotten a raspberry matcha, a drink that I usually enjoy and makes me want to come back. Before I ordered I asked for extra raspberry, when my drink was made it was purely straight matcha, to point out that I noticed I asked "is this the one with extra raspberry" the women had looked at the barista who made my drink and I heard the barista say "just say yes" and I was left with my drink that I couldn't enjoy knowing that this lovely cafe could use better customer service. read more

Over priced, pretentious. Their coffee smelled really good but I did not get to try it. I had ordered a bakery item and a specialty matcha latte. Lattes are not supposed to have whipped creme on them. I hear my order and receiving a stunning looking drink, piled with whipped topping. I told them lattes do not traditionally come with whipped creme, they said they would refund my drink and make a standard latte with half flavored syrup. When I went to the counter to explain to the lady who sold me this drink, she decided to argue with me. "Well specialty drinks have cold foam" trying to point out the specialty menu. No where on the specialty menu does it state the drinks have any type of toppings on them. When I tried to educate her on real lattes not having this, she continued to argue. I told her my intention was to purchase another drink but after her arguing with a customer for 3 minutes I think I will just call this a wash. If you want sugar drinks that are made for instagram and tiktok likes / shares, this is a place to be. The croissant was coated with sugar syrup like a donut. Ambiance is nice and servers were very nice and friendly. Coffee fine could use more non-dairy milk choices and pastries good. Confused why some received pretty glass plates and majority received bags for the food items wasn't aware of the choice especially as I sat inside the cafe. This not good for nut allergy. They were nice and kind when I had asked if they keep any other pastries away incase of a nut allergy which they do not. The pastries are out sourced. Seating arrangements ok good to see big table besides all the 2 top tables. Chairs not so comfortable the old school vintage wood chairs. Will come again for a treat not a daily coffee stop. While the employees may not be as outwardly enthusiastic as other coffee shops (noted in other reviews), the people have been polite and friendly to us. The service has been timely, as well. The coffee drinks have been good and the pastries we've eaten have been really nice. The ambiance is nice and the place feels very new and clean (and new it is). One thing we have noticed in our four visits: very few people are on their phones. People are sitting and TALKING with one another. I don't know that the business has anything to do with that, but it feels really good. read more

The coffee was perfect we ordered multiple drinks and everyone was happy with their choice. The dessert is amazing! My go to is the almond croissant they did say more of savory bites coming soon. We love your place very cute but needs more food items. Why not have savory type croissants or baked goods? French bread would be nice. How about small type breakfast or lunch type croissant sandwiches etc. Disappointed that you get your baked goods from another bakery, why not get rid of some of the outside patio & put another room in, to bake on your own premises. When winter comes nobody will be able to sit outside, bad planning. We have been there 4 times & in the afternoon there was hardly any baked goods to choose from. Then in the late afternoon the croissants etc. were not even fresh. We would love your place to succeed because we need one here in Happy Valley. You have so much potential. I was so excited to visit this really cute café and see all the pretty flowers that some had posted on yelp. Unfortunately there were no flowers anywhere. The vibe however was very chic. The reason I'm giving this two stars is because two people had been standing so close to the open drinks by where you pick up the drinks. One girl had even picked up my order to film my drink thinking it was hers. It was probably an accident but something that could have been avoided if the server was managing the bar. I asked the sever if she could make me another one because someone had picked up and touched my drink. She agreed then another boy came over and did the same thing, he hovered over my drink touched it to turn the cup to see if it had his name on it. Again these drinks are open and people are standing way too close to these open drinks waiting for their order. People were just guessing their order instead of listening to the sever call out the name of the order. I had my daughter with me so I was sitting and watching from afar waiting for my name to get called. A plus is that that this cafe is very family friendly. When I pointed this out to the young server she said there's nothing I can do about that I just put the drinks there. I then asked to speak to the manager which she rolled her eyes and she said oh I'll let her know she's not here right now. I left with a bad taste in my mouth but not from the drink which was a banana pudding matcha- soo good! The cashier was very helpful but both were very young and I really wished I had talked to the manager. It's been a minute since I bit into something that made me say holy crap. I was craving pastries today, so I swung by on a whim to grab something for my wife and I ended up settling on the rose croissants and I took one bite as I was backing out out of the parking space and the rest of it was finished before I pulled out of the parking lot. It was light and flaky not overly sweet and had the perfect amount of rose flavor. Definitely swinging back by for breakfast tomorrow. read more

When my husband asks "would you like to go to Paris?", he means "lets go sit outside in the morning sun and sip coffee while we eat croissants". That sums it up. A beautiful cafe with fabulous pastries and the best coffee we have had since we visited the real thing. I cannot comment on "fancy" drinks... i suggest you get a whole milk latte in a ceramic cup and stay and savor. The staff is kind and patient, but is not chatty. This fits a more European esthetic than most coffee shops. I notice little additions every time, which is nice. They are obviously putting money back into the cafe and paying attention to what the clientele wants. read more
