This matcha! So delicious. Such a cute coffee shop! Lots of space to meet with friends. Play area for little ones. Get the cornbread muffin if they have it! So good.

Cafe Lilly is the place to get your fall drink! Whether you want Matcha or Coffee they have unique coffee flavors that are worth the drive! The Pumpkin  Cinnamon Roll drink off their new Fall menu has gone viral on TikTok!! I tried it and can honestly say I will order it again.  The Sweet Potato Pie Matcha was DELICIOUS and probably my favorite. Such a unique blend of flavors! Art in a cup!!  Decaf and sugar-free is always an option. When you can't or don't want caffeine/sugar, try decaf and a sugar-free syrup with oatmilk!  Their service has always been excellent! The Cafe is thriving and the setting is spacious and welcoming.

This is indeed an interesting place. It was previously Dog-eared Coffee, and just recently changed. This is a small place, book themed, with a play area for small children. It's a very comfortable feeling place, with a variety of seating options. While it is mainly about coffee, tea, lattes, etc. it floors have some pastry choices. I settled on a Cheese Danish with a Salted Carmel Mocha Latte. Both were very good, with the latte being amazing. Service was very good, I'll definitely be back.

The interior is very stylish and you can tell a lot of planning went into the decor. The menus are fun and the drink offerings sound delicious like the Lilly Spanish Latte. Plenty of coffee and non coffee options for the adults and kids. Most of the reviews for this business are from dog eared cafe and it is under new ownership and has been renamed to Cafe Lilly. I'm giving four stars because of the underbaked pastry. I ordered the toasted almond croissant. I've had a lot of croissants, almond included since that's my favorite to get. This one was gummy and you could press down on the dough and tell it was not fully cooked inside. Layers did not separate. Sadly did not finish it.

I realized I somehow haven't updated my review since the ownership change/rebrand. ICMYI - DogEared Coffee is now Cafe Lilly. I enjoyed supporting the really kind folks at DogEared, but the coffee just didn't rank as one of my favorites. This location is super convenient to me, but I sort of just fell off because I wasn't being consistently wowed. I was excited to see a rebrand, and let me tell y'all. Cafe Lilly is now a multiple times a week stop for me. I dare say my favorite in the Triad currently. First and foremost, the first thing I noticed in the change was the quality of the espresso. They definitely did their research in finding an espresso that is simply perfect. It's strong and not chalky, bold but not sour.. in my book, it's exactly what I want. Also - thankfully they offer decaf espresso as well. I always order decaf and they have never messed it up for me (a lot of places unfortunately do.) I love their rotating seasonal menus, and they just keep getting better. I was obsessed with the maple brown sugar shaken espresso! The maple flavor syrup was made in house and the entire drink just went so well together. Then I fell in love with the brown butter cookie dough latte - another creative flavor blend that just worked. One thing I look for in a signature drink menu is creativity, and they're nailing it here. There's a good mix of options so there's something for everyone. We're now on to the fall seasonal menu, and it's probably the best one yet. 3 absolute knockouts: the maple tahini cream, sweet potato macchiato, and a pumpkin cinnamon roll latte (with cream cheese cold foam!!!) If you don't want a signature creation, they have lots of flavors and milk options to create your own. Cafe Lilly is also offering pastries from local baker, Dough by Chlo and they're divine! Fun croissants and delicious muffins. Cafe Lilly kept the fun kids play space that so many loved about DogEared, but they also renovated the space to give it a very bright and whimsical relaxing vibe. The baristas are always super sweet and the owner is just lovely. They often post about supporting other local coffee shops, which I think is so wonderful and highlights the greatness of the local business community in the Triad. You've absolutely got to make your way to Cafe Lilly. As much as I want to keep this gem to myself, the world deserves to know what wonderful coffee happenings are brewing here!

The experience, the location and the creativity of menu were all amazing. Wow this shop may be a little harder to find if you don't live nearby. it definitely has so much heart and character.

This is a nice local cozy spot for coffee that seems pretty low-key. The space itself is small but quiet and welcoming and seems like a great place to unwind and do some work or just take some time for yourself. They also have a small little "play" area for kids if you need a distraction for them. Had a Vanilla Dream Cold Brew which was quite good and a nice blend of sweetness, vanilla and coffee flavor. I stopped by on a Saturday around noon and they didn't seem too overly busy. Only one person was behind the counter which was fine for the amount of people there at the time but might be too little if they get busy. It was fine for my experience though. Overall would recommend if you'd like to support a local business and want a quiet place that serves good quality coffee at a reasonable price.

Today was my first time visiting Cafe Lilly and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Dreamy Coco-Creamy Matcha and it was delicious! The service was great, and I loved the cozy coffee shop vibe!

New ownership and some really slick remodeling; fun selfie wall and the kids section is fantastic with little windows to see out into the cafe section. I miss the art on the walls and some off bookish theme, but they may be in process of adding that back in. Coffee: Had the Helga Hufflepuff late with butter carmel flavors--perfectly cozy. They're adding drip coffee soon which I would go for so I could take advantage of the awesome looking baked goods from Ginger Man Bakery in Ardmore!

    Nice aesthetic and spotless!

Adding a review for the place because I did make a purchase. Overall, I would say Cafe Lilly is mid. My wife got a chai latte, which we waited a few extra minutes for because they brew it fresh. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. Very weak in flavor that you can barely even taste the tea. Tasted like watered down milk. Can definitely get better elsewhere. My coffee was fine, but you can get a fine coffee in plenty of places. The service was friendly, and the shop was very clean with a nice aesthetic. I do wish they would put a place to sit or two out front in the shade. They also currently bill an extra service charge on top of their already expensive drinks, which is a turn off and something not all other places do. The treats are also prepackaged and not a great selection. Other places clearly make their treats fresh. CL is okay, but can be better.

My taste buds fell in love again!

Honestly-wow! Lovely little coffee shop at the end of the shopping center that is so cute you might have a hard time leaving, it's so relaxing in there. I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk and lavender syrup and it was the creamiest, most consistently flavored matcha I have ever had. I've tasting matcha or iced coffee at different places and the ice will impart a bad flavor, but not here! Kate prepared my matcha perfectly so they must have good training because I have also had their matcha at the women's business expo in Clemmons. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the photo op, a grass wall that is probably on a lot of Instagram post. I checked out the restroom while waiting for my drink, it was immaculate, it looks like you're in an expensive hotel. And there are Bakery items at the cash register, I think I had missed the morning rush because there were only a few items left, there was some cake pops but I had already had donuts but I will definitely be going back. There is a cute and rather large children's seating area as you go past the ordering station. If you see Cafe Lilly set up at a farmers market or street festival, do yourself a favor and grab a matcha (or coffee)! Can't wait to see what they come up with for Thanksgiving!

Step into ahhhh!!!! First of all already predisposed to Love this place based on the name which reminds me of my Grandmother with same sounding name. Then greated by warmest smiley face of cheer barista AVA. Contagious positivity. The relaxing / soothing jazz (not an expert so can't be confident in the label) cacoons one in a escape from the world of responsibilities. The decor is clean, crisp, modern and extremely tastefully. To include the mini room for the mini folks (children's room) with age appropriate books and small playhouse, childrens kitchen. Place oozes "inviting / welcome". Nice and bright but with not so much non sun facing orientation and wurh slightest of tint. Great combination. And ample air conditioning that compliments an awesome iced latte on a hot summers day. So enjoying my selections: iced salted banana brulee latte and blueberry white chocolate topped cupcake which is perfection. Not overstated just right sweetness and the consistency is also perfect. Balanced. Not dry, not sopping moist, just addictive spot on texture ans everything. Possibly the best cc I have ever encountered. The desserts are sourced from vendors around town. -- Abundant parking spaces and close to shopping strip, restaurants (some fine dining like "3 BULLS STEAK HOUSE", Food Lion, Pharmacies.

As we continue to visit local coffee shops near our home, we decided to stop in at Dog-Eared. We had visited once before last year when participating in a Yelp Elite event. My wife discovered we could place an online order through the Toast app this morning which was convenient. We always look for coffee shops that offer 20 oz. options since we both love a good latte. My wife prepped the online order and appreciated the ease of the app. She initially chose the sugar-free white chocolate syrup for me and ordered herself the sugar-free vanilla and caramel syrup for herself. After completing the order she received a phone call from Adriana letting her know they are currently out of the sugar-free white chocolate. We appreciated the heads up and my wife was able to tell her to change the order to sugar-free vanilla and caramel. When we arrived we approached the counter and told them we had an online order. The young lady behind the counter grabbed our coffees. One thing to note if you place an online order, we did not see the opportunity to tip the barista via the app. Therefore, ensure you have cash to tip when picking up. The interior looked very similar to the last time we visited, the interior reflects a book theme and is comfortable and cozy. They also have a unique play area for young children which is cool for young families. Overall, this was a great experience. Our coffees were delicious, a great local family owned business.

The place looks so modern and sleek and gives chill, cutesy vibes all around. It just so happened to be their grand opening and we showed up literally right when they opened and the owners were SO NICE. They made us feel so welcome and treated us like we were family! As we were looking at the menu, they noticed that I was Filipino and even mentioned some items that weren't on the menu. She asked if I liked Ube (I LOVE UBE) and offered to make me an Ube latte! Not sure if maybe they plan on adding it to their menu or creating a seasonal or limited menu because it definitely wasn't listed, but I'm so glad she did because oh my goodness that might have been the best Ube latte I've ever had. A lot of times I find the coffee taste overpowers the Ube, but the way she made this latte I was very impressed. I could taste the Ube right away. Sad this place isn't closer to me. Not sure when we are coming back to the area, but if we ever do I am definitely coming back to try more of their things!

It's an experience worth getting out of bed for. Now let's talk drinks, because they are NOT playing around!!! I had The black sugar shaken espresso ( Smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced with that deep caramelized sweetness.) I also tried the honey maple vanilla iced oat milk latte. ( familiar comfort in a cup. Subtly sweet, layered, and dangerously easy to drink.) And the real standout: their handmade vanilla sweet cream cold foam. This isn't your standard topping. it's thick, velvety, and crafted in-house, which you don't see often at mobile coffee setups. That alone sets them apart. I will definitely be back again before I leave on Thursday because I have to try thier lemonade!
