This is the best place for coffee and "brunch" snacks like croissants and banana bread. This place is bougie and not very commercial with more city, but is extremely amazing quality and the staff is tremendous!! The cortado is my go to with a coffee to go and I love the banana bread. Don't forget about the roaster that is about 20 steps before the shop that sells coffee beans and merch. Overall this is my favorite place on the upper keys for a later breakfast or anytime for a coffee!

This cafe was nice and quaint, service was good. I'm not much of a coffee person, but gf got a drink and we got a few items to snack on before our day in the keys. We're from California, so we appreciate nice little cafes. Especially enjoy the prices, considering of course in California, we have to decide whether to eat or have coffee. Just messing but yeah prices are reasonable here so that's a plus. Aesthetic of the cafe is nice and recommend for a quick grab and go or to relax inside. It had a consistent flow of customers so it must be pretty popular stop.

What pleasant surprise as we arrived at Café mocha it was a sweet little café. Inside of a small white bungalow. Their menu consisted of avocado toast, overnight oats, quiches , a banana toast with almond butter, ham and cheese, croissants and many many other delights. We were told to try the almond croissant, and it was smooth flakey and delicious. They did not scrimp on the almond paste, which is what I really like. The ham, cheese and egg croissant was my husband's choice and he said it was very good. He said it was very good, but it could've used just a little more salt, but you could easily add yourself. This is definitely a must stop at place especially if you're heading to the airport and wanted to bring some French pastries home with you. Warm greetings were shared as we entered by the staff. You could tell they enjoyed their jobs!

Stopped by Cafe Moka in Tavernier this morning for a Java pick me up... cute location in a small house located on US 1. Staff were friendly, and service was great. We had a couple of large lattes, which were good, but could have been more hot when served. We also ordered one of the almond croissants, which was delicious, but a bit overcooked in our opinion. All in all, good coffee, and good breakfast eats.... they also have a nice selection of lunch items as well. Recommend Cafe Moka!

Best place for coffee/matcha in The Keys! I absolutely love this spot and come here everyday mostly bc the girls who work there are so nice and always remember my order! They are the only spot that makes a really rich matcha, not watered down. The food is amazing and so fresh as well! Always so clean and cute vibes! Love love love it here!

Lovely service and absolutely delicious food and coffee. I'm in Key Largo visiting and this was a bit out of the way for me from my resort but I made the effort to go there twice it was so good. Definitely get everything pictured in my review! The mocha. The almond croissant. And the avocado toast. All very yummy

They offered great recommendations, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The restaurant sits right on the water, creating a fun, laid-back atmosphere. In fact, if a boat goes by a little too fast, don't be surprised if you get a little splash--it just adds to the waterfront charm! I ordered the Ropa Vieja, and it was fantastic and a large portion. It was very flavorful, and tender. Overall, this was a great experience If you're looking for a cute spot for lunch or a casual dinner on the water with friendly service and delicious food, Restaurant on the Creek is definitely worth a visit.

We've tried quite a few dishes over the years, and my favorites are the loaded chicken wrap and the Cuban cheesesteak. Whatever you order, don't skip the fried plantains--they're the perfect side. I have tried the skirt steak before, and it just wasn't my favorite, but everything else we've ordered has been consistently good. You can choose to sit inside in the air conditioning or outside at one of the covered picnic tables. Since you're right on the dock, it's a great place to relax, watch the boats come and go, and enjoy the Keys atmosphere. Good food, convenient fuel for the boat, and a waterfront location make this an annual stop for us every lobster season.

I walked in and was greeted warmly, and within minutes I was reminded why I remembered this place so well. It's authentic. No gimmicks. No trying too hard. Just good Cuban food. Since breakfast is clearly one of their superpowers, I went with the breakfast burrito loaded with eggs, cheese and potatoes. Wow. "Delicious" doesn't really do it justice. The eggs were perfectly seasoned, the potatoes had that beautiful crispness, and then they brought out their jalapeño hot sauce. I put some on the burrito and immediately asked, "Do you bottle this?" Yeah. It was that good. We also had the steak and eggs, and they nailed that too. Perfectly runny eggs next to a juicy, flavorful flank steak. Exactly what breakfast is supposed to be. A year later, the verdict hasn't changed. Yeah, this is the real deal. I still maintain that Denny's Latin Cafe serves the best Cuban food north of Havana. Five stars. And if somebody knows where I can get a bottle of that jalapeño sauce, we need to talk.

It's become one of our annual traditions. The restaurant is a great size with plenty of seating. You can grab a seat at the bar if you want to enjoy breakfast there, or choose from one of the many tables throughout the restaurant. During our three mornings in the Keys, we never actually sat down to eat. Instead, we stopped in each morning for a café con leche and a few pastries to take back to the villa where we were staying. Everything was fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. The service is always friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and it's one of those places we genuinely look forward to visiting every year. If you're looking for a great breakfast stop in the Keys, this place is definitely worth the extra drive.

I've ordered as walk-in, on app for pick up/delivery, over the phone for both as well. Unfortunately, over the years...this establish began it's downhill slide and has finally hit it's all-time bottom (pretty hard)! The $5.00 delivery fee which increased not too long ago from $3 (claiming not one penny goes to their drivers); we are reminded to add more money to our total delivery costs, with adding tip money directly for the driver). This is such a bold face lie on their app and website, as II have personally been told by driving employees they received $1.00 from every fee the company collects for your delivery order. This is when the fee added to the customers total for delivery was the $3 bogus add on cost, not today's current $5 (rather $2.95 & $4.95..let me make sure I don't steal that nickel from them, as they love to "nickel and dime"). The drivers for the about the past two-three years have become less english speaking and now every single delivery driver arrives saying "lo ciento hola no speak-a-e englis, you no espanol?" Not to mention, one order for delivery from this location has been on time the last six or seven times (I don't care if I am having it delivered for dinner, less than 1/2 mile south over the bridge, or 3 1/2 miles, for lunch to my place of employment).; its always late, cold, expensive and wrong!! I won't call and order anymore, about 9 months ago...I did such a terrible thing and called to place an order for pick up; never experienced such an unpleasant time spending my hard earned money (according to him, he was the manager bc I had asked to please speak with one. I want to say Eric, but I am not 100% sure). After that wonderful experience, I decided I wasn't going to bother with them anymore, their product sucks ass, they always make the wrong items on the order for which I over pay from jump street). If you don't know how to read, write, speak English...DONT MAKE THE ORDERS AND CERTAINLY DON'T BE TRYING TO DRIVE AROUND THE UPPER KEYS THINKING YOU KNOW THE AREA WHEN YOU LIVE ON THE MAINLAND IN DADE COUNTY. If you are a manager making these different pizza crusts, YOU as one of the leaders, MUST KNOW AND IF NOT LEARN SO YOU DO KNOW how to properly make what is being offered and sold and paid for by local residents...otherwise, TAKE IT OFF THE MENU AND QUIT OFFERING IT! MY FINAL/stick a fork in me...I am completely done with not only Tavernier Domino's location, but I have such a disgusting taste in my mouth now for any and all locations. If one acts, treats and slops together such trash, in a small community, with a dedicated frequent customer, I will be playing crap shoot with any other location across the nation. Apparently, this is their motto, theme, slogan and drive. They finally met their goal and have truly hit their rock bottom! Not only did they make two of the three items ordered for delivery, incorrect, they certainly didn't honor the new "satisfaction guarantee" promise, nor their advertised new "delivery insurance." Not only did this "Chad, the manager, according to him" make it right (which is after I followed all the directions and instructions to meet the required criteria for these bogus customer satisfaction lies), but he stole my incorrectly made food and tossed in the trash behind him and refused to grab it out for me. I was only looking to have one of the two made correct (not looking for refund not looking for second item correction due to eating one slice..which is how I found out it was wrong). he absolutely refused to make a new/fresh one, and with correct items this time. He started hollering at me and threatened he would call the cops if i didn't leave! He blamed me for the customer who was sitting there at the table (having no clue what the guy was saying to me about this entire situation he witnessed from beginning to end) for throwing his remaining order in the trash and walking out. This gentleman was in his motorhome and decided to dine-in there, since parking was simple in/out for large vehicles AS such. He couldn't believe the way this guy was treating me, speaking to, me, ignoring me and basically belittling and acting in a sexist/discriminatory manner...offering up no resolution whatsoever and denying any solution I was coming up with to compromise something for spending $49 and only receiving $12 worth of that amount. When I tried to show my account on my phone to him, to prove how long I've been a local long-term/full time resident/customer with my insane count of previous orders (just under the app for that matter), he walked away from me still arguing and talking over me. So now, not only am I out $49, now he stole my food and threw it out. Come to find out, this guy BIG FAT LIAR! his name is Chaz NOT Chad/manager he is NOT, in any capacity. Oh, the patron, no MORE DOMINO'S 4 him anywhere!
