Not a big fan of hookah and hookah lounges but was forced to to go because of my friends. We all had different drinks and I had their mojito which tasted good but I guess the alcohol part of it was a little less than normal. We ordered their "O platter" which consisted of chicken wings, chicken tenders, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and fries. It was nothing special and tasted like a fast food kinda thing. Our host was nice. I didn't touch the hookah so I can't comment on that and one other thing that my friends complained about it was the wine glasses. Went here this weekend and everything except our server, Mikayla, was good. Her service was so bad I've got to give the whole place a 1. She was obviously not happy to be there, rushed us through our orders, and was short and curt with us for no reason. We were only a party of 3, but she added gratuity to the check. She was not at all attentive and we had to flag her down several times in order to get any service, and poor service at that. She messed up our drink orders and then tried to charge us for the wrong drinks that she put in. Even the other staff were aware of her poor attitude and they sympathized with us. The service we received was so bad that I have no reason to go back here when there are plenty of other hookah places that will be happy to have me and my business at their establishment. And after I posted this review, I have people from the business contacting me personally telling me idk what I'm talking about LMAO! Another person posted a 1 star review the same day I did saying basically the same thing. But we're somehow wrong for telling it like it is. Great service and a great atmosphere! I've been coming here for some time now and I always love to return. It has a very chill vibe and open late! I love the outdoor set up it's perfect to go year round. The parking structure is right next to it so you always have plenty of parking. They are very attentive, great food, great hookah, and great drinks. They also serve alcohol which a lot of other hookah lounges don't. All the employees are really nice and friendly. My friends and I came here one night after climbing at the gym next door. Their service is horrendous. They brought the water we asked for after 30 minutes. They also got my friend's order wrong (the hostess rolled her eyes at us) and had her wait over 50 minutes for the correct order to be brought out. They were not helpful; the servers barely stopped by at our table. They even rung up the incorrect order, which added more time wasted here. They didn't even discount/comp her meal after having us wait for it. Additionally, they lost my debit card - after calling to ensure I left it there, the hostess said it was there but when I stopped by they claimed it was never there. The chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The hummus was smooth and came with warm fresh pita bread. The rice was delicious and the side salad was fresh and light. The portion was generous and left me super satisfied. Also had a latte and it was also perfect. Hookah flavors tried Pineapple Mango and Blueberry Pomegranate. I went to this place and sat down at a table which I had employees and customers just staring me up and down looking at me as if I was LOST. When the waitress approached me, I thought the waitress wanted me to show my passport because they made me feel like I have entered into another country. If you want to go to a business with the employees and customers staring at you up and down because you don't belong at this business because you're not one of them, this is the place for you and don't forget to bring your passport because you will feel like you have entered into another country. Hookah is average, the heads last a long time. They have really great deserts here. My favorite is the blackout chocolate cake as well as New York cheese cake. The food is also very good. Cafe O was one of the lounges we used to go to back in the day. We hadn't been here in awhile but I'm so glad went back. Heather is an absolute JOY!
