I really wish I didn't have to write this review because I would always come here with my friend which we loved coming here. I don't know what happened I guess they switched management and before the service was decent last night it was just terrible. I guess it's because they hired new girls and a different manager. I ordered a hookah and it took 30 minutes for it to be delivered to our table. The night was going fine till I requested new coals to the new girls working there. They told me sure and so I'm waiting for the coals 10 minutes later I see them chit chatting with each other and I'm wondering what's going on. The manager was outside playing cards another girl employee is hanging on the couch talking to some dude. I asked the girls 4 times for new coals till I go outside and ask the guy delivering them for more. After waiting even longer he still hasn't brought them and 30 minutes past. I go outside to complain to the manager and the guy finally brings me my coals after 30 minutes except he only gave me 2. Me already annoyed from waiting I go back to ask for more and he takes time to bring me more. I go back outside to complain to the manager and tell him I don't wanna pay for the hookah after having to ask 4 times for new coals and waiting so long to get them. After ending the night I tell one of the girls that I talked to the manager for making it complementary. She says that the manager gave me a free refill and to pay for the hookah I told her we didn't need one cause the hookah was fine already. I tell her I'll talk to a manager and than she grabs me arm pulling me back telling me to wait a second. UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't touch me especially cause I'm a customer. The manager comes and I tell him for the final time to make it free and he asked me how long I was gonna stay and than to just go. I'm disappointed cause I always would come with my friend and we would have a great time after last night I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

The service here was subpar at best. Arrived at the lounge with 3 of my friends. Took about 45 mins to have our hookah ready. Our party was about to cancel the order since we had to PREPAY for our hookah before even having it at our table. The moment we complained to the workers, our hookah was ready in 5 mins. Mind you, we were one of the first parties to order our hookah as well. The hookah was mid at best!! read more

Great atmosphere! I came here with two girlfriends on a Friday night, just to get out. It is SO CLEAN here! The owner is incredibly helpful if you are new to Hookah; she asks what you like and gives suggestions of flavors based on your likes. It was socially distanced too. Great music! And super reasonable prices, we left spending less than $25 each, including tip! And we even got a second round! I mean the indoor sitting area is cool with the best music and dark environment BUT if you're like me and check what you paid for, you won't have a way to figure that cuz the receipt doesn't show individual items and you are left wondering why were you charged So much for so little. We went dining at an Italian restaurant before arriving here and we paid less at the restaurant than for a simple hookah here. We got the best hookah on the menu but it was not good at all, I mean it was terrible . The parking is litteraly non-existent, we had to park on the street. Their hookah is great, they have an awesome DJ Saturday nights, their food vendor is delicious, the environment and seating is cozy, you have an option of sitting inside or out, and the owners are super friendly. Legitimately the best hookah and service. It's rare when a call button is actually useful but here it works. Prices are great, I have been here many times now and never leave angry. When I first started the outside portion was neat and organized and I loved sitting there. However since it started raining earlier this year they kinda put everything away and it's underutilized. The inside is more of a lounge vibe which some of my friends prefer, while the outside was more hookah patioesque. Either way, you can't beat this place. Granted the place then looked like it needed some upscaling but for the most part, it was a fun atmosphere and I met so many great people just hanging out there. I went again the other night because I learned that it's under new management to see if the place has gotten any better and it did, but my goodness were they charging up your butt. They had a fee for the hose, a 20% gratuity that's AUTOMATICALLY added to your bill. I ordered the cheapest set up which was $21, and with all the fees that were being piled on to that price, I was expecting a bill around $30 which is fine.. but nope, my bill came out to $40. It doesn't even come with a refill, or a drink lol. Nah never coming back to this place again. read more

This place is pretty legit. I've driven by it so many times in the past few weeks and finally decided to check it out. Although they don't serve any food, they allow you to bring your own to the establishment. The hookah quality is pretty amazing for a hookah lounge. They take their time packing, so you won't really see your hookah come out for 5-10 min. However, one pack here lasts over an hour vs other hookah lounges. To make things better, they're very nicely priced! One hookah at happy hour cost us $14. Also, all of their hookahs (that I've seen) are KM's. Their service is top notch as well! Each table is equipped with a buzzer that notifies a waiter to come to you if you need something. Parking might be an issue, but they're in the middle of two residential streets, so you may come across a few. They're pretty early in the opening stages, so I'm definitely anticipating some changes, such as a minimum drink order per person or minimum hookah order per 2-3 people. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoors is themed to be an inside of a ship I'm guessing? Outdoors is pretty spacious as well. If you're looking for a new hookah lounge to frequent, you definitely need to check this place out. It's worth the trip! read more
