Found this place by going to the gym lol. Funny but it's true. Yesterday I went to the gym and when I was getting parked I saw this cute shop in the corner of my eye. I decided to check it out and I was like omg! I need to go tomorrow. Well today is tomorrow and they are open at 6am! I went in the place its so cute and cozy. Perfect spot to come with laptop and get some homework or work done. The service is nice and quick. I ordered a Café con Leche recommended by the cashier and I ordered a green chile burrito. Listen.. that burrito was packed with flavor! Not bland at all! The burrito had pull pork, potato, egg and cheese and it came with a salsa that was out of this world. Not that spicy it was perfect! Also full of flavor. The coffee was delicious! I totally recommend this gem! if you around the area or not! You still need to come by and get you a coffee or burrito. They also have smoothies, empanadas, tea, frappe, and expresso. read more

What a cool hip coffee spot. You order at the counter and then they bring it to where you're sitting. They offered their fall coffees and I tried the maple butter and brown sugar piloncillo. Visited this cafe over the weekend, and the wait was fairly short. It was easy to find a spot to sit with a group as well. I really enjoyed the cortado and pork green chili breakfast burrito, but my only note about the burrito was that it was a little too soupy due to the sauce. My friends got the other ones that were more balanced in my opinion. read more

This truly is a 5 star experience! The burrito was legitimately AUTHENTIC and juicy. It really hit the spot with the salsa. Our 2 specialty coffees were outstanding. I have not been here in several years. Likely, just before covid smashed into our lives. I forgot how wonderful this place is. Clean, friendly, organized and quiet. The coffee is first rate as well as the vegetarian burrito. My girlfriend loved her berry smoothie. I ordered a Mexican mocha and it was to die for. As I stated already, the coffee and food here is amazing but what I really enjoyed was how I was treated be the counter staff. They clearly were happy I was there. Smiles, friendly chat and very personalized service. I felt very welcome and regretted I had to take my order to go as I would have loved to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere. Please make your way here!! Such caring staff, and the ambience is roomy and welcoming. I came here today from another coffee spot down the street that was small and chaotic. I was told the coffee at the spot I left was delicious, and I was told that the coffee at this place was great and that the roaster for their coffee is Kaladi Brothers. I walked in, then turned around and left only because the space was very small and I had some work to do on my laptop. Not trying to feel claustrophobic since I needed to be there for a while with my laptop. Drove a very short way down to Cafe Ole. I belong to Planet Fitness, so I had seen this place before. I also belong to a Meetup group, "Shut Up and Write," which likes to meet here. The entire vibe here is welcoming and vibrant. The coffee is delicious and satisfying on many levels. Guess what! Their coffee is provided by KALADI BROTHERS! This coffee is organic and air roasted. Air-roasting coffee is a process that produces a superior cup of coffee using hot air to suspend and roast the coffee beans evenly. And probably most important to me is that it is a fair trade coffee producer. Fair trade creates trading partnerships based on dialogue, transparency, and respect that seek greater equity in international trade. Making your coffee count for more than just your comforting pick-me-up. I had a latte and a ham and cheese croissant. Utterly delicious! The most adorable and delicious cafe hidden in a nondescript strip center. These ladies worked their tails off for a constant stream of customers and the coffee and burritos were delicious. I LOVE this place! The coffee and food have all been good. I've tried iced, hot and blended and so far my favorite has been the iced Spanish Mocha, hot Cafe con Leche and the Horchata Latte blended. Cafe Ole was near our hotel with 5 stars reviews, however our group of 4 were all underwhelmed with the drinks and food. With Yelp check-in you do get a free fruit empanadas. The dough pastry had no taste and strawberry jelly inside was waaaay too sweet. Our friends felt the same way with their vanilla custard. It literally reminds me of those cheap Hostess pie I used to eat as a kid because we were poor. We also got the breakfast burrito, lomo saltado and spinach with cheese empanadas. Everything were meh! I don't think their food is their specialty but my Cafe con leche didn't have much taste either. My friend's coffee came finally when we were half way playing with our food. You would think that would come out first because it's the easiest to make? We all left unsatisfied and my friend screaming I'm still hungry! read more

You have to come here! The minute you walk in, it's a quirky, uniquely decorated space with plenty of seating and lots of character. The service is so friendly and helpful. The drinks and food are absolutely delicious! We got the horchata latte and sunrise smoothie, both 10/10. The spinach and cheese empanada is also 10/10, and we tried the cactus burrito which was also so yummy! Would highly recommend this place to everyone. read more

Eclectic design style, friendly staff, and a delicious dulce de leche latte... add in a mama friend impromptu meetup and you have the start of a great day! I love this place! It made me feel like I was at home drinking a cup of coffee but just ten times better coffee! I ended up getting a Green Chili Pork burrito and it was delightful. Being from New Mexico, I'm always trying to find good green chili food items. The service was very quick and friendly and they had good recommendations. Been eyeing this place almost since we moved to Colorado, there isnt many spanish/hispanic coffee shops in denver and we mostly have been looking for cafe de olla (please try to make this in your menu!!) but there cafe con leche is soooo good. My husband comes here any chance he gets lol. Their lomo and spinach and cheese empanadas are also very delicious and fresh highly recommend a stop especially after a bike ride in the nearby trails. read more

These are my least favorite reviews to write, but I need to be honest. For the incredible rating that this restaurant has, we were let down and underwhelmed. Pros: One guy who took our order was very friendly. Some of the other workers weren't quite as joyful but I'll focus on and give credit to the best one. Cons: The food was not horrible but definitely below average. Other people seem to love it here and good for them, but my entire group was disappointed. The breakfast burrito seemed very plain - I'm the kind of person who eats out a LOT because it's usually better than what I can make at home, but this was not the case. It was mostly potato, just a bit of bacon that was not crispy (looked like chopped ham), and I couldn't detect much cheese. The savory empanadas were okay - not bad but not memorable. Too much dough which overwhelms the filling. The two items we wanted to get were not available that day (it was in the morning). The sweet empanadas, nobody in my group wanted to finish theirs (and this is a group that hates to throw away food). After this meal, we weren't hungry, but we literally went to eat somewhere else because we weren't satisfied. If the overall Yelp rating was 3 stars, I'd probably think this place was as expected or maybe better. But with a solid 5-star rating (not even 4 or 4.5) across 150 reviews, I expected better. The man working the counter, Prince, was ultra pleasant, helpful, conversational and efficient. The place was clean, organized and attractively decorated. It was in my original review as well. What was greatly improved was the food. Today, my breakfast burrito was hot, fresh, large, filled with great stuff and quite yummy. My cinnamon roll was fresh and soft.
