I like this location, it's always got people coming in and out but it's so fast and the quality has never dipped. Good suggestions if you wanna sub something in or create something original. They also decorate for Halloween which should be mandatory for everyone it looks great at this location. This Jamba Juice at Belmar is nice! I love Jamba Juice overall. Their selection of menu items is great. Also was excited about some of their new seasonal products for fall. My daughter and I got the pumpkin bowls! Super delicious. Priced fairly considering their size. There was only one person working the place. She attended us really fast. It has been, literally, 20 years since I've been to a Jamba Juice. I used to go in high school all the time until they put the sugar content facts on the menu and then abruptly stopped. Yesterday, however, was almost 100 degrees and I needed something icy and refreshing after shuffling kegs. I walked down the street and into this Jamba Juice. There were three people working and no line (yay!), so I immediately asked for a Coldbuster with an Immunity Boost and the server looked at me blankly, then looked at the menu to see what I meant. Turns out that after 20 years, they've changed some of the names of my favorite drinks. After scanning the menu we decided the Orange-C Booster was probably the same thing/similar. They were all very helpful, being the same age I was when I was last in a Jamba Juice, and after we all combined our brains, and figured out the new name, we also discovered the immunity boost is now called Daily Vitamin Zinc. Way to make a girl feel old... After I paid (man, that small used to be $2.75 in my day!) $7.49 plus tax and tip, my total came out to $8.53. I only had a wait a few minutes and my beautiful, bright orange drink was waiting for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my overpriced, neon orange, way-too-sweet sugar rush as I walked back to my car and blasted the AC on full. I just ordered a mega mango and got charged double for it. And I asked for the vitamins because I forgot to ask, and she (during 1/2/2024 shift 12pm white lady about 5'7" brown hair) charged me for it. Then I said isn't it free and she said yes actually it is, so I asked if she charged me a dollar for it. And she said no. Before I left I checked my balance which showed getting charged double for my drink and also the vitamins, I asked her to look into it. She told me to wait and wanted to help other customers. I've ordered this at other locations and it is always dark and filled to the rim of the cup. I don't want to blame the employee. These issues are owner responsibility, especially lack of support. Today I had the experience of ordering a Waffle Parfait at the Belmar Jamba and receiving barely any yogurt and half empty bowl. I take a certain amount of pride in writing these reviews because I honestly feel as the people working in the restaurant and food industry are rarely given the positive recognition and appreciation they deserve, these people however do not. Upon entry into the store at Bel Mar, no greeting nor acknowledgement from the two people at the store. I said good morning to which I got no response just an awkward nod of the head which I guess indicated she would be with me as soon as she got the chance. When she eventually got to me I still wasn't really greeted it was basically another weird stare. I told her I was there for a pick up to which she responded I have no pick up orders currently, I showed her the receipt on my phone and she was like, "Ok, that says pick up at 11.45!" It was 11.35, I politely responded I'm sorry I will give you guys ten minutes and I will be back, again silence. I returned 15 minutes after, one would think maybe by now she might have realised she extremely rude to someone who was nothing but extremely polite, again no greeting, this time however though I was upset, so I said I was here just a few minutes ago so I'm here for a pick up, she proceeded to check the register as if the encounter we had just minutes ago never happened and asked the name on the order, I responded, took my 4 drinks, was never thanked for my business or even properly greeted this second time around so clearly this is the norm, it wasn't just a bad few minutes she was having. This is unacceptable, the store was empty, they were not overwhelmed, it was a beautiful day out, if you can't be professional, courteous or mildly accommodating then a customer service job isn't for you, I will never be back for sure and I hope the management looks at their employees' practices and probably provide more training with regards to the importance of greeting and acknowledgement of their customers, if you get the drink wrong but the service right you still in the game but if you get the service wrong, the drink doesn't matter and all is lost. This might be the slowest Jamba Juice around. I'm leaving this review while I stand behind one other customer waiting to place their order. Managers hang around in the back room until they get busy and make the hourly worker make multiple drinks. When I walked in there was one hourly worker making 4 or 5 drinks and told me and the other customer it would be a few minutes. After 5 to 7 minutes of waiting two managers walked out from the back and one took the customers orders and one helped the hourly guy out making drinks. This used to be a clean, friendly, good store. As of a week ago. Now the floors are filthy (see photos) the containers for the juices and milks are caked and scuzzy on the inside, (at 9:30 am! It can't get that caked on in just a couple of hours, they clearly hadn't been cleaned from the day before see photos), and the service has become slow and inefficient. Why would you let a store fall apart like this? I used to be a regular, at least 3 - 4 times a week. I tried again, the next day and the floors were still filthy, the juice carriers looked the same, if not worse, than the day before, and I waited 10 minutes and the ONE person working, never acknowledged the people in line and slowly filled one smoothie order at a time. She even stood there watching the blenders instead of taking another order. This wasn't the case just a couple of weeks ago. I heard the entire staff quit. That's not a reason to let this place fall apart. read more

Jamba Juice is Great for all the many options for Either Smoothies or Juice. And the food selections are healthy with the Oatmeals. Definitely great staff and they all say Hello to you upon entering. I went in and they were training someone. Few people ahead of me, but i didn't have to wait long so that was good. Strawberry Banana smoothie was good as always and no chunks of unbroken ice. Typically a 'chain' store is not a vacation destination for me but when it comes to Jamba Juice, I'm always happy to stop in a time or two! This Jamba is my favorite so far. Why? A blending MASTER is behind the counter every morning. I was shocked upon walking in to this Jamba on Tuesday morning at 8:30am that there wasn't a line. I quickly placed my order afraid that a line would suddenly appear and just like that, it did. Suddenly there were 6 people behind me all with multiple orders and the phone began ringing. Expecting the rest of the morning staff to come up to help, I was amazed that the guy who so patiently helped me place my order was the only one behind the counter. He moved so quickly that even I was dizzy and I'm a champion multi-tasker. Phone was in hand, my drink was on the blender, and a smile was on his face as he made the next two orders that he had taken in a flash. They were done and waiting to be blended by the time mine had finished it's cycle. I'm not talking minutes here, I'm talking literally 20 seconds and all of this was finished. I was so confused at how he had done all that that I cut back in line to tip him another dollar because it was incredible how efficient and how perfect the drinks all turned out amid his rush. The same exact scenario played out the next morning as I got my drink to go before my drive back to KC. Cheers to the Smoothie King of the Jamba Juice at Belmar. I look forward to next year when I can visit again. I wasn't able to ask his name either day because he was so busy, and I don't recall if he had a name tag, but to the powers that be, the guy working the 9:00am rush on Sept 17th/18th, 2013 is incredible and deserves a raise! Another individual and myself went to this Jamba Juice location on 6/25/21, the individual taking our order, Olivia, was very courteous. While we were waiting for our smoothies a few customers before us received their orders. After walking out, one returned and asked if banana had been put in when they requested it wasn't, Olivia checked the ticket and had rung it up right. They asked Danny if they added banana, Danny said yes, Olivia showed Danny the ticket and Danny re-made the smoothie and handed it to the customer saying "it's watery now without the banana." The next customer to receive a smoothie looked at it and asked if strawberry had been added when they had asked for it not to be since they were allergic. Olivia checked the ticket and had entered it correctly, they showed it to Danny and said "Danny, you have to read the tickets, people are allergic." Danny lost their cool and started yelling at Olivia (there were 10+ customers in the store at the time): "they aren't f****** printing out Olivia, go home, you should've gone home the first time I told you to." Olivia looked surprised and walked off without saying anything. Another employee was in the store and just watched without saying anything. Our order was the next to be made by Danny, the person I was with and I both asked for ginger to be added to our smoothies. The other individual clarified with Danny before Danny made them that we had ordered ginger and Danny said "Ya, I saw it on the ticket," clearly they had been printing out the whole time and Danny wasn't reading them. Usually a good experience, but I came in today and the guy Sam who was working there was rude to every customer that was in there before I ordered and every customer after. Not only did he disclose that someone had ruined a batch of chia seeds he also said "someone's definitely getting fired " to the customer in front of me, talk about professional. The only reason I felt compelled to write this is in hopes that his very nice coworker can hopefully work with someone that treats her better because she was visibly uncomfortable and way too nice when I asked if she was ok. I online ordered and they didn't have half of the ingredients to make my smoothie so the employee made me a different smoothie which was fine except it was so watery and not at all something I would have normally paid 8 dollars for. A few months earlier a friend and I went to this same location and it took them (i wish I was joking) 45 minutes to get two smoothies done.
