Great spot for a post-hike coffee! They have a little indoor and outdoor seating. You probably could stay and work a bit but it seemed like somewhere I would go to socialize or grab a coffee to-go then take a walk in the area. Stopped by this coffee shop and tried the honey vanilla chai, and it was absolutely delicious--easily one of the best chai drinks I've had in a while. The honey and vanilla complemented the spices perfectly without making it overly sweet. The space itself is really charming, with creative chalkboard artwork that adds personality throughout the shop. One of my favorite touches was the dog wall of fame, which made the atmosphere feel welcoming and community-oriented. The service was okay--not particularly memorable, but it got the job done. We stopped in Morrison Joe on the way out to Steamboat and felt like we were welcomed into a warm local family shop. The barista was super friendly, had great suggestions, and was accommodating to our orders. The vanilla latte was hot and delicious and the specialty honey drink was so good too. Nestled between restaurants, this charming coffee shop is located on the main strip of Morrison. With a large menu to choose from, to the friendly staff, recommend stopping by! We got a cold brew and an iced latte with blueberry syrup. We opted to sit outside since there was space available. The outside seating is so charming, with stone tables underneath shades of trees and next to a little greenery space with a fountain. Cute coffee shop. Love the outdoor patio area. I had the golden latte. It was different from what I expected. Usually a golden latte has ground turmeric in it. But this one was a turmeric tea so the flavor wasn't as strong. I asked for it unsweetened so it was good in that sense. Super hot and foamy so that was great. As I stepped inside this cozy rustic atmosphere, I was greeted by a friendly barista behind the counter. She actually went above and beyond crafting a delightful vanilla frappe with oat milk and a generous swirl of whipped cream. We decided to linger until closing time, then relocating to their charming front patio. Morrison Joe is a hidden gem tucked away in the small town of Morrison--you could easily miss it without maps since it's nestled behind the trees. The coffee was fantastic (we tried the October Pumpkin Patch and Golden Sunrise), but the payment system was a little clunky and required a few manual tries, so I'd recommend bringing cash just in case. Seating is limited both inside and out, making it more of a grab-and-go spot. read more

This place is super cute! We went after a hike to grab some coffee and relax. I love the outside seating area. They had decks of cards and we plaid cards for awhile while drinking our coffee to relax. We ordered some ice coffees and a cream soda. The cream soda was so flavorful, almost too flavorful. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and stumbled upon this cute coffee shop. I have a coffee addiction so I was in need of a pick me up. I ordered a sugar free hazelnut latte with an extra shot and my husband tried the butter pecan with hazelnut. My drink was so delicious and hit the spot that I headed back the next day. I don't remember too much but I do remember a blast of blueberry as an aftertaste that left me wanting more. the lady behind the counter was absolutely so sweet. the shop is small, with more outdoor than indoor seating, which was fine for me, as it was a slow thursday afternoon. i enjoy the wood touches everywhere. i had their special lavender fields latte, which was delicious and just the right amount of sweet for me :) i like that they're open to 5, which is later than a lot of coffee shops in the area. read more

It's a hidden gem! Our favorite place to get a coffee (definitely the best local coffee in the area), and either sitting inside on a chilly day or enjoying the outdoor patio on a spring or summer day. They have a lot of interesting coffee flavors to try and the service is always very quick and nice baristas. The indoor space is quite small, but there are a couple tables outside as well. read more

Came in on Father's Day and was super disappointed. There was only one employee working who was very young & the line was out the door. I was dying for coffee & the menu looked amazing so I wanted to wait. After 15 minutes, I finally got to the front of the line just to be told they were out of ice but if I wanted to wait another 5-10 mins they would go get some from across the street. I was super disappointed that getting a coffee was going to turn into a half hour experience that I had already made my family wait for so I decided to leave. I felt horrible for the young girl who was left in the position to run everything by herself on such a busy day. Employees shouldn't be managing the cash register and handing food to begin with. Really hoping next time im in the area I can stop in and have a better experience because the overall store and menu was so cute! read more

This place is a must-see if you're visiting the area. We came from out of town and there was a huge selection of specialty coffee drinks, unlike any of the "usuals" you see everywhere. Emmy was such a kind, fun barista and was super personable! She also made my dog a pup cup and we really enjoyed our time here. I will be making it a point to come here on return trips for the amazing service and coffee. :) read more

This is a cute and local place in Downtown Morrison. I have been meaning to stop by for some time. Husby and I went yesterday and they are dog friendly. They offered our doggie a puppacino which was super cute and worth a drop in the counter tip jar. Smooth blend, I tried to Americano as it's a good way to get a feel for a new place. They had a couple of baked goods being offered. The staff was friendly and I am looking forward to going back soon. read more

But this toast needs some help: the pieces were SO small, and it was clearly not avocado but avocado spread from Costco, they put 3 pieces of spinach and feta. It was hard to eat and I almost laughed when they gave it to me. Anyways, super nice. Just want them to know that the toast needs a little help.
