    Tomato Basil Omelet
    Kellie D.

Stopped in here for breakfast while in Greer. Did not realize they didn't open until 9ish (according to their sign). We killed some time walking around and they opened a few minutes after 9. Unique location -- right in the middle of a clothing shop! You seat yourself and waitress brought us menus immediately. I ordered the omelette with basil, tomato and mozzarella. Holy cow, the omelette was huge and fillings were plentiful. Flavor was amazing-- like eating a margherita pizza. Grits were phenomenal as well -- super creamy. Everything was hot hot hot -- grits came in a styrofoam container and I had to pour them out on my plate because they weren't cooling. Service was friendly. Prices are good. I do wonder if they put flour in their omelettes -- they seemed too fluffy and big to just be egg. Pay at the counter and you're on your way.

Great breakfast in a unique atmosphere. Set in an active clothing store this is a charming small restaurant with yummy food. The grits are a highlight---super creamy and they don't need anything else to doctor them up. Omelets are huge (see picture) reasonable prices as well.

Absolutely recommend Cafe on Trade! The staff is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. Warning: do not go if you are in a rush. It does take some time, but it's the perfect spot to go if you want time to visit as well. The food was incredible!!!! Others said the grits were some of the best they've ever had. My broccoli and cheddar quiche was the best I've ever had!

The minute we sat down we were greeted so kindly and friendly by Lily. She was so knowledgeable about the food and gave us all of the insider tips. She is so bubbly and fun and made us feel so comfortable! We were so excited for our choices, with her help, and were not disappointed. Wow what an amazing menu and everything tasted amazing. So fun festive blueberry Liberty Mimosas tasted like a fun summer sangria accompanied with the Lemon Curd Pancakes. Chefs kiss. The lemon curd pancakes were so good and even better as leftovers because I couldn't finish them all. My boyfriend heard the grits were amazing and got the exactly eggs only with sourdough and bacon. What a delightful brunch! Thank you Lily & Select! Happy Fourth indeed. Truly without her I wouldn't even write a review but she was amazing! Had us laughing and enjoying our food and drink the entire time.

I was a little surprised there wasn't a Western Omelette option on the menu. That is usually pretty standard for any diner. My husband and I both got omelettes. He got the Goodness Gracious omelette, and I did a create your own since there wasn't a Western omelette option I could add toppings in. I got ham, cheddar, green peppers, onions, jalapeños, and spinach. The meal comes with breakfast potatoes or grits, and your choice of toast. There were quite a lot of toast options which was great. My omelette was good and very full of the toppings; however, there wasn't much cheese to even out the ratio. The potatoes were amazing, and although the toast is simply bread, my rye toast was delicious. I did ask for it dry, but it came out lathered in butter. Thankfully, it hadn't melted so I could scrape it off for the most part. I did read other reviews and can confirm that the kitchen staff did not have on hair nets which I find odd when working around food. Usually a hat, net, or both is required or hair is tied back in a tight bun or something for ladies. Overall, good visit!

I had the Trash can omelet and had never had one this loaded with flavor and proteins!! Sausage meat is made locally too!!! The potatoes are not that frozen mush ..they are prepared superbly and seasoned just right. The coffee cup is made for coffee lovers (big cups and full). I'd opt for 1/3rd as I don't require the boost and need room for cream or milk. Place was spotless. We went at 10 am so it was quite clear. They serve breakfast and reopen for dinner I'll be back as there's a children's menu and I'll need to revisit that trash can omelette again. Go visit and soon. This gem is worth it!!'

This was my first trip to South Carolina and the first stop was Southern Manners - it did not disappoint! We had a huge group of ladies to celebrate our bride and the staff were all fabulous - big shout out to our cashier/server, Jaden! He was amazing and so accommodating with our 19 top. The ordering was as smooth as it could be and Jaden made sure to go around asking any questions he had about the orders. The food came out relatively quick considering how many people we had and I really appreciate the staff. The pricing was very reasonable and i would recommend if you're looking for a real home-y feeling restaurant with good food! In regards to ordering, we had special accommodations because we were a big group, but normal flow has customers ordering and paying when they walk in the door and then the food is brought to your table.
