There are several locations. They're all cute and a great atmosphere. Lots of menu choices to satisfy picky eaters - including all day breakfast. Food tasted ok. service was ok (not overly busy yet). They excel at desserts and mini cakes and drinks. Pricy side.

Ok, you have to have afternoon tea at least once. We dec8ded to have it prior to the National Gallery a bit earlier, but with a 5 hour time difference, we actually had it much earlier than 12. The staff were effocient and accommodating, about 70 gbp for two with an amazing outlay of scones finger sandwiches and tea. The cafe was or ate, and a lovely setting for tea and an authentic experience. Not tyoically a tea drinker, my Lemongrass and Ginger tea was served in a lovely carafe and my wife enjoyed her Enligsh Tea. Enjoying tea in the middle of Trafalger Square in the heart of London is a true bucket list item, and our time here was very memorable@ -Zuk

Did their fall selection special, the food was delicious. The service is good and well worth a trip If in the area.

Couldn't get reservations at the Ritz but wanted to enjoy afternoon tea, Caffe Concerto is it! They are conveniently located in several areas around town. Enjoyed an afternoon tea that was equally as enjoyable minus the glitz. The tea sandwiches were delicious. Coronation chicken was delicious. It was served with champagne and tea. They have a beautifully decorated large area inside for dining or you can dine in an area along the sidewalk. The service was great and priced very affordably.

Service, food and drinks phenomenal! Cute pink girly vibe but my hubby brought me here for dinner . Enjoyed the seafood risotto and spaghetti and bolognese dinner. Friendly customer service. Definitely recommend to stop by here.

Great food and wonderful service. Ambience was amazing and really enjoyed our evening. Reservations can be made but for the winter months not needed

Had my first real London afternoon tea experience! I got the normal afternoon tea and it had sweets, and a few sandwiches! It was very filly and delicious. I had green tea , I am not a huge tea fan but this tasted soo good! Our waitress was very kind and gave us her recommendations! If you are looking for an afternoon tea this is a good place to try you should try it! It is a bit pricier but worth it

We just finished touring the Trafalgar Square area of London and were most definitely ready for a respite and a pick-me-up. Lo-and-behold there's a Caffe Concerto! This sophisticated Italian bistro was just what we were looking for! The perfect ambience, sidewalk tables, café-like setting and the Cappuccino was marvelous. Although they offer a huge menu of items, from afternoon tea, pastas, desserts and more, we were in the mood for their street bistro Cappuccinos and Mixed Berry Nut tart and a fabulous Palmier - one of the most exquisite puff pastries we've had the opportunity to enjoy. It is like a sophisticated croissant! With a little street Italian and London streetside setting, we were soon ready to continue our adventure in the city. Thankyou Caffe Concerto for getting back on our feet and the fine pastry and café.

Beautiful and busy caffe across the street from our hotel. It was tea time And decided to try it. The tea it's beautiful decorated but was tasteless. The pastry was beautiful presented but nothing else. Coffee was bold then add some alcohol an it was perfect. I will probably return to give it a second chance

4/2/23 - we were there yesterday on the way to our hotel. Just hit this place for a quick dessert before going to the hotel. Just finished Dinner and an Escape Room. Ordered a lemon slice of pie, chocolate crepes and 2 large cappuccinos. $30 pounds total and were very happy. Check out the photos. Just earned the Duke as well.

This place is below just OK. The wait staff was yelling at each other when we entered, it made me so uncomfortable I almost left. I overheard them swearing at each other and basically threatened to hit someone, pretty sure I heard: Will you give me the fucking lunch menu so I can make some money! Later on, we got a minute plus of waiters yelling at the top of their lungs about how incompetent they were. Had the rose water latte, way too much rose water, American coffee was good. Food took forever to get, French toast was good, the grilled veggie sandwich was decent. Ambiance is on par with the rest of Covent Garden, good outdoor seating. Overall, I would have left in the first 2 minutes but I had my 84 year old mother with me who was hungry and desperately looking for coffee.

The food was ok. The coffee was delicious. However, the service is extremely slow. Too bad as otherwise cute cafe.

I decided to return early the next morning, and we were seated quickly. The staff is friendly and attentive. The cafe is quirky with shelves of vintage books and customer napkin art. You read that correctly - napkin art. A craft of water with fresh mint came out quickly. We ordered Americana coffees and I had the Eggs Drury. The food came out fairly quickly. My poached eggs were served on a massive bed of bacon and fresh made English muffins. The English bacon was incredibly delicious. It is no wonder that there are lines waiting to dine here. My husband had one of their premade breakfast sandwiches, made on fresh rolls, which he loved. There was a service charge added to the bill. I would definitely recommend and return.

I ordered the chorizo sandwich; the bread had a good crunch and the sun dried tomato added a bonus pop of flavor. The real winner and bar-setter for me was their iced vanilla latte. I'm not sure if it was the espresso or the vanilla syrup they used but it was probably the best latte I had. Inside the restaurant has lots of character and you can get more info on the decorations. Employees were kind and handled the business of the day with ease. If anyone happens to see this from the cafe, I'd really love to know what vanilla syrup is used as I'm still thinking about that latte weeks later!

Their servings are HUGE, and are so affordable too! I left wishing my mother and I had the ability to save our leftovers for later, because we hated wasting any of the delicious food that we ordered. Even before we got our food we were pretty excited. When you walk in you're greeted here with a beautiful sight: fresh sandwiches, bread, and pastries, all on display right at their main counter. Once we were seated I noticed little flower pots line the window, too. Fresh food and flowers - what more can you ask from a cafe for a first impression? We also loved the owner and his wife: they were very kind and they constantly kept us up to date on our food order, just to mention what was done and what they still needed to do or cook. They clearly work hard to provide fresh fast meals - and we learned quickly as people came in and out of the place that takeaway is available here. But we wanted to enjoy a sit down meal, and enjoy we did! I started mine with fresh squeezed juice - we're talking so fresh you'll want to add sugar to it if you're used to the juice that comes in stores. And when our English breakfasts came out? Just, wonderful. My mother and I each received SO much food. Both meals came with amazing buttered bread (like, I would have happily eaten an entire plate of bread and only bread), hash browns so fresh that they may as well have given us the original potatoes (yum), and what I can really only describe as a mountain of beans, eggs, and meat (well, on mine anyway - not so much on my mother's vegetarian breakfast order). All of it absolutely delicious, and every single bite made me smile wider and wider. Definitely walk on in if you're near this little shop. Don't be afraid to order one meal and share it if there's only two of you, either - you'll likely both leave well fed, and you can always order a little more food if you want too from that great looking counter of theirs...
