Little gem right off I-35. Don't let the location fool you. This restaurant is adjacent to a truck stop, but step inside and you'll be surprised at the menu variety and freshness of the dishes. For starters, the garden salad was delightfully fresh, accented with soft cheese, red onions, cucumbers, and dressed with a light vinaigrette. It was large enough to split with a partner and have some left over. Equally satisfying was the tomato basil soup. The Chicken Murphy was perfectly blended in a tomato-based sauce, combined with fresh mushrooms, onions, sun-dried tomatoes, more than one type of green pepper, and black olives. The Chicken Piccata was balanced with tangy lemon, capers, and butter. The portions were generous, and friendly service topped off the experience. Whether you're a local or passing through on the interstate highway, this place is worth trying out.

When you're on a road trip and officially over fast food, you start taking risks. Big ones. Like rolling up to a brand-new, no-review, truck-stop Italian restaurant in the middle of Paul's Valley, Oklahoma, on a Sunday--because, of course, nothing else is open. Enter Café Italia. It had exactly one poorly taken photo online, and that was it. No reviews, no hints, just vibes. And honestly? I was nervous. But the place looked freshly painted, and we figured, why not? Spoiler alert: We hit the jackpot. First, let's talk about the bread. They make it fresh daily, and I could have easily carb-loaded my way into a food coma with just that. But we had a mission--to test their bruschetta (our go-to Italian restaurant litmus test). It did not disappoint. Then came the mains: chicken Parmesan, the Spaghetti Works, chicken Alfredo, and two kids' spaghetti with meatballs. Every. Single. Thing. Was. Tasty. The restaurant itself was clean and cozy, the staff was beyond kind and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. And the biggest win? They're open on Sundays. If you find yourself in Paul's Valley and want a solid, non-fast-food meal, take the chance. You won't regret it.

The food here is very authentic Italian.

The food is very authentic Italian, great flavor and delicious The main course came with fresh baked bread . The waitress was very friendly and made sure I wasn't out of ice tea. The prices is very reasonable, I always stop by if I am passing thru

5 stars for front of house service. It is my first time…read morehere and I am picking up some wing for my friend and me to enjoy on our lunch break. This is the test for BOH. ;) FOH was super friendly and informative. The girl who took my order and payment had a big smile and professional attitude. They make this place feel like a small town diner where everyone knows each other and asks how your momma is doing or why you weren't in church on Sunday. XD Now, I haven't tried their sweet tea. I suppose that will be the next test, if they pass the first one. The building was a Mexican restaurant while I was growing up/working in Ada. I haven't been in here since then (about 2008-9). I have always thought, when they don't convention the outside, the inside is where the effort is. Again, we shall see. The server said my order would take about 15 minutes and it looks like she was right on the money. Wings were alright. I'd have them again, most likely. There was a little more breading than meat, it's okay tho. The chicken tasted good. Fries were like Long John Silver's. Hush puppies could be better. I'll give those another chance later. Check this place out.

The service was horrible. My family and I came after church and everyone order and when they…read morebrought the food out, mine was missing. And she said she will go check on it, 20-25 minutes passed, my family food is all gone and my never came out. And the waitress who took our order, my dad try to see where my food at and she just ignore him at first then proceeded to tell him that they never made it. Then we was leaving and wanted to tell me that my food is finally getting made. I told her no thank you, after sitting there for a hour and the only thing I received was a drink.
