It definitely made it easier to eat, since it was stuffed with ingredients. Everything tasted fresh in the sandwich. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a "double decker" sandwich. Since I'm not a big bread or sandwich person to begin with, and also wasn't expecting it to come like that, I ended up actually deconstructing it a bit and taking out the two middle pieces of bread. We got the fried pickles to share as a side, and it's really hard to go wrong with fried pickles! I pulled up to the drive-through window to pick up our order and was ignored. After about 7 minutes, I gave a short tap on my horn. I could see through the window the servers knew I was there and chose to ignore a paying customer, so I parked and went inside. I went to the cashier, who is adjacent to the drive window and explained I came inside for my order after waiting at least 10 minutes in the drive through. She said she couldn't be bothered by anyone at the drive because she and another server were waiting on the line inside. I calmly in a regular tone told her I made my order before them. Then I took my sandwiches and walked out, hearing her sarcastically yell, "Have a great day." I left only three stars for the following reasons: 1. If the store isn't planning on waiting on paying customers at the drive window, put a sign there reflecting that. Don't just make them wait. 2. I have worked in customer service before and an apology, not a sarcastic response was in order. That cashier's response was unprofessional and unacceptable. 3. The sandwiches were very good or I would not have given 3 stars. We have purchased from the Ada, Purcell, Atoka and other Subways and have never been treated so unprofessionally and rudely. I will not purchase from the Pauls Valley Subway again. You have lost a customer.
